A fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere! The food was outstanding – the pasta was freshly prepared, perfectly al dente, and simply delicious. You can immediately tell that high-quality ingredients are used and that the cooking is done with passion. The service was very friendly, attentive, and warm, making you feel welcome from the start. The ambiance is cozy and authentically Italian – the perfect place to spend a relaxing evening. The value for money is also excellent. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

Everything was perfect! We arrived after 10 pm and received a very warm welcome. The waiter, as well as the entire team, was lovely. Their pasta is excellent and generous, and the panna cotta was delicious. Go without hesitation! Well done and thank you!

Very good overall! The servers were really pleasant and the welcome was warm. The only slight drawback: the dishes were a little too salty for our taste.

11/06/2026: If you want to try the best carbonara with cream, this is the place! Reasonable prices and a simple atmosphere, although with the place empty, they made us get up to change tables. As often happens in tourist spots in the historic center, they sell you "mayor's water" (i.e., tap water) for the modest sum of €3 a liter plus the usual €2 cover charge (prohibited by Article 16 of Regional Law No. 21 of November 29, 2006). PS: Almost all local restaurateurs, to circumvent the regional law, mistakenly define "service" as what is actually the "cover charge," but in this case, the price list displayed outside doesn't even mention this additional charge!

Coso Wine and Restaurant

14/06/2026: Excellent restaurant in the city center, serving cuisine that blends Roman tradition with international influences and creative reinterpretations of dishes that are a must-try. The baked potato carbonara and eggplant meatballs as appetizers are excellent. The meatballs are delicious, and the traditional Indonesian nasi goreng is a must-try. Service is a bit confusing. Outdoor seating is available without reservation.
