13/10/2025: Trattoria in the center of Bologna, with a lovely atmosphere and friendly service. The cured meats and first courses are excellent (we didn't order the second courses). Excellent value. Trattoria-style prices.

13/10/2025: I was disappointed by the quality of the food, I expected much better. The service was confusing, for a bottle of water we had to close 7 times.

29/09/2025: We stopped by that restaurant on a Sunday precisely because we read the reviews, which are usually spot-on, but this time we were wrong to trust them. Aside from the time wasted finding parking (there's no parking lot), as soon as we sat down we already spent €12 for the cover charge (€3 per person), but we only discovered this when we got the bill because it wasn't listed on the menu, unless we missed it, which of course can happen. Otherwise, I was very disappointed with the tortellini in broth, which were very hard, perhaps because they were frozen and undercooked, or old, or for something else I can't say, but they were tough. The carpaccio was inedible, because it was served without any marinade, just raw meat to be seasoned on the spot at the table, full of sinew and therefore impossible to swallow. The lasagna and tagliatelle (from the trio of first courses), on the other hand, were not bad, although of average quality, but the portions were truly tiny. That said, ordering just one dish per person, so four dishes, we spent €101.00 (a plate of tortellini in broth, a carpaccio with a side of vegetables, two trios of first courses, a bottle of water, half a liter of house wine, and four coffees). We found the quality-price ratio to be very exaggerated!

21/09/2025: Excellent trattoria serving classic Italian dishes nicely focused on those of Bologna and the surrounding region. Packed for Sunday lunch with locals so glad we made a reservation. Lovely staff. Great food. Happy Sunday buzz. For Primi we shared a couple of classics: tagliatelle and lasagne. Secondi of the beef cheeks with divine mash and fillet steak with rocket and parmesan. Shared some grilled courgettes as a side and a great lemon sorbet for dolce. The caffè was predictably good as was the caraffe of house sangiovese.

30/09/2025: The green balanzoni filled with mortadella in a parmesan cream with chopped pistachios are without a doubt the best dish I've ever eaten in a restaurant in Bologna.

11/09/2025: They say they’re open until 21, but it’s a lie. I went there at eight and they didn’t help with anything and they rudely and they told us they’re closed and refused service

07/09/2025: Great guy behind the bar who made us a fresh sandwich and fantastic coffee. We also tasted his Puglian olives and cheese. Very friendly place!

29/07/2025: Don't come here as a tourist. We booked a table to experience a slightly more expensive dining experience in Bologna and were overall very disappointed. The restaurant looked lovely inside & out, and couldn't fault the front of house staff that waited on our table. However, it was clear that the restaurant was not very welcoming to tourists as was catered to locals. We ordered very basic pasta dishes and waited over an hour for our food with nothing offered as complimentary as an apology for the wait. The food was okay, but was not worth the high-end price we paid.

13/07/2025: We didn't even sit down!!! The welcome for children was zero!!!! For the restaurant, in case the manager you posted at the entrance doesn't agree with my review, because he might even deny it. I'm from Bologna, not a tourist passing through. I'd like to clarify. Thank you for your kindness.

13/09/2025: A beautiful restaurant in Bologna. The food was delicious - we had Squacquerone cheese and mortadella for starters, and tortellini in brodo and tagliatelle alla bolognese (both of which are typical pasta dishes from Bologna) for mains. I also had a glass of wine and gelato with balsamico for dessert. We paid approx. 45 euros per person.

29/09/2025: Reviewed 5 stars for food, service, and ambiance. We had chicken salad and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Both were very good. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick (despite the restaurant being full). A positive experience.

29/09/2025: Very good food for a fair price. The waitress was very friendly and recommended a wine that not only tasted great but was also reasonably priced. But the best comes last: They truly have the best tiramisu I've ever eaten: very creamy, the coffee not overpowering, and the portion was a decent size for €7. It was so good that we ate this tiramisu every day on our trip to Bologna. Now I just need to figure out the recipe.

27/09/2025: Don't go there, mediocre food, awful staff, €443.50 for 10 people without a receipt. Unfortunately, I informed the owner that I had parked my camper in his restaurant's parking lot, and after drinking some wine, I slept there. In the morning, I found myself intentionally blocked!!! And with a taunting attitude, despite having a disabled person with me!

20/09/2025: Really poor quality and paltry portions! After a long wait, the cheese appetizer consisted of three microscopic slices with jams in the center that were clearly supermarket-bought. The mushroom appetizer was a really small portion and, most importantly, tasteless. Really poor quality for the price! I absolutely do not recommend it.

20/09/2025: We arrived at this place full of expectations, but were immediately disappointed... first of all by the service, as the waiter, quite rude, replied, annoyed, "No, you'll have to settle." Finally, after more than an hour of waiting, they served me three vegetables, completely unseasoned and flavorless... truly shameful, not because they brought me vegetables (which I was very happy to eat) but because of the truly terrible quality of the dish. Everyone else was also disappointed by all the courses... dishes presented as if they came from a Michelin-starred restaurant, but of truly poor quality, senseless waits, tiny portions... extremely slow and unpleasant service. The only positive aspect of the dinner was the wine, probably because they don't produce it themselves.

09/09/2025: 9/25 yesterday, Monday, practically everything was closed. We wanted to celebrate our anniversary and finally tried this restaurant. The menu offers a wide variety of meat and fish options, so we ordered a fish first course and a meat second course to try both options. As soon as we sat down, they brought water, a small plate with two slices of frittata, two small pieces of pizza, and four crescentine. We chose a marinara risotto and a fillet with green peppercorns. The portions were generous, so we didn't need anything else. Finally, we also tried a lemon sorbet with drops of limoncello. Delicious. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: Unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. The staff was very kind and polite, but the food was very poor. We ended up with a hair stuck in our cutlet and food poisoning the next day. The hygiene and quality of the service needed a bit of a rethink.

08/09/2025: We had two pastas that were way too salty, the staff was very stressed so we didn't get to tell them about it. We never managed to order desert so we just went ahead and paid. The coffee was also so so for Italian coffee. I understand that they are the only option there but it was expensive for what we got.
