A place to return to! An atmosphere unlike any I've seen in Bologna! The prices aren't high.

Great atmosphere, people of all ages, good music, some nights karaoke, it's always packed and doesn't disappoint. The problem is that they serve drinks in plastic cups even if you drink them inside.

Ten years ago, my first night in Bologna at this place. And after ten years, the atmosphere is still the same. Music, karaoke, a wide selection of drinks, food, and snacks with friends or meeting new people. The fact that there's a smoking area is a real plus in the winter.

The location is not bad, spread over two floors. They have karaoke downstairs. It has a self-service kiosk, something I've never seen before in a pub.

Fun! A friend of mine recommended this place for a quiet Saturday night with a friend, and I have to say, he was a good guide. Karaoke started around 10:30 PM, and it was very popular and well attended. The atmosphere is casual, and you feel comfortable because everyone sings, even those without exceptional vocal talent. That's where the fun lies!

16/03/2026: Alessandro is brilliant!!! He made our lunch experience wonderful! Our lunch was so good too. A must stop whilst in Bologna! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
14/03/2026: A great place with a perfect view of Piazza Maggiore. The staff was very welcoming and the food arrived pretty quickly. The cotoletta alla Bolognese is definitely worth it, and together with the lasagna, are some of the best I have tasted so far. The prices are a bit on the high end, but there are no unexpected charges, so if the prices on the menu are within your budget, definitely visit it and enjoy some great meals.

Trattoria Leonida

11/04/2026: A classic trattoria in Bologna — exactly the kind of iconic restaurant this beautiful city is known for. Everything is delicious: traditional regional dishes, excellent pasta, and great starters. The only thing I’d skip here is the tiramisu — I’d recommend trying it somewhere else. Otherwise, definitely a place worth adding to your list.
29/03/2026: A pleasant surprise. Trattoria Leonida exceeded expectations. Impeccable service (perhaps a better knowledge of English wouldn't hurt); excellent traditional food (even though the menu offers many dishes, you just need to choose carefully); and the bill was truly "fair." I recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna for vacation or business.
