It's a place for young people only, the pizza is not recommended but the beer is excellent, then it obviously depends on who prepares it for you. Waiting times are a bit long. Nice and welcoming environment.

Ero stato trentaquattro anni fa al Diana in occasione di un pranzo di lavoro e poi per i più svariati motivi non c'ero più tornato fino a ieri sera. E mi sono pentito della mia lunga assenza da questo ristorante meraviglioso. Finalmente sono riuscito a trovare una cotoletta alla bolognese preparata in base alla ricetta originale e non con la solita orrenda cremina al parmigiano che ci mettono sopra ormai dappertutto. Squisite le patate al forno di contorno e deliziosa la torta di riso, la migliore della mia vita. Cinque pallini per questo ristorante non sono sufficienti, ne meriterebbe almeno sei o sette.

Sempre una certezza, galantina di pollo con maionese buonissima, cotoletta alla bolognese buonissima e fatta come tradizione vuole, bollito misto da favola e gelato di crema con amarene stupendo. Servizio impeccabile e cortese. Giusto il prezzo.

05/04/2024: I was in Bologna and I wanted to try Osteria dalle Donzelle after seeing a couple of posts on Instagram. I have to say that the advice was spot on! The welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. I ordered the dish with pumpkin Cappellacci in gorgonzola cream and walnuts, I must say that the portion was perfect, tasty and salty just to my liking. The person who was with me had the tagliatelle with meat sauce... excellent and well seasoned... The photo is not the best to give you an idea of ​​the dish..

Osteria dell'Orsa

07/04/2024: One of the best lasagnas I’ve had in my life ! We waited around 20 mins but the line moved rather quickly and it was totally worth it
06/04/2024: The food is good but I expected more for Bologna standards. It seems more for Tuists than for lovers of Bolognese cuisine. Tagliatelle with meat sauce below the level that I wouldn't eat. Delicious tortellini but the broth was not very tasty and too oily, while usually drinking the broth is the best part, here I had to leave it. Lasagna on the other hand is super, the dish you absolutely have to try. Fried Tortellini appetizer good but for the quality of the pasta, fried ones don't work in my opinion.
