20/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato in famiglia la comunione dì mia figlia (circa 25 persone). Conosco da 40 anni questo locale in quanto storico e caratteristico nella magica cornice di San Luca. Per l'evento siamo stati seguiti e ben consigliati dai gestori che si sono sempre dimostrati disponibili alle nostre richieste Locale curato e piacevole, servizio attento e gentile. Abbiamo concordato un menù che si è rivelato molto gustoso con materie prime di qualità. Ottime le carni e i salumi. Avevamo una sala dedicata con la giusta intimità. Tutti i commensali sono stati molto soddisfatti del pranzo. Grazie a Giulia e a tutto lo staff. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con il servizio offerti. Ci rivedremo presto.

16/05/2025: We went for lunch. We had a pizza and three cutlets Bolognese. Everything was really delicious. The pizza was well filled and soft. The cutlet was very good, really recommended. The waitress was very welcoming and friendly.

27/04/2025: The environment could use some sprucing up, especially the counter area where there is a nice piece of ruined and half-raised parquet. The mixed platter was good, the tortellini in brobo were plentiful and good, the only flaw was the slightly salty broth.

11/05/2025: My experience at this restaurant was very negative, not so much for the food, but for the seriously rude behavior of one of the waiters (or perhaps a relative of the owners, given the familiarity and arrogant attitude with which he moved). That day I had been invited by friends to lunch, but due to personal commitments I was unable to arrive at the beginning of the meal. I joined them when they were almost finished, simply to spend some time in company. When I arrived, one of the waiters thought it a good idea to "welcome" me with a comment like: "What are you doing, coming to mooch? Starving?" — said in a tone that was not at all ironic. I let it go, even though I was already annoyed. Shortly after, while he was talking to a friend of mine, he added another comment, even more out of place: he said that my face was disproportionate and that I "was disgusting". A gratuitous personal attack, a clear episode of body shaming. It is sincerely funny (in a bitter way) that certain words come from a visibly frustrated person, clearly overweight and with advanced baldness: not exactly an authority on aesthetics or style. I want to point out that I am not writing this review out of insecurity or to vent personally. On the contrary, I am at peace with myself, I am with a wonderful girl and a character like that, just for the way he behaves, could not even dream of a healthy or fulfilling relationship. I am writing on principle, and because it is right that certain things are reported. For those who want to go to this place, and especially for those who manage it. I sincerely hope that the owners read this review: if it is an employee, his behavior is totally unprofessional. If instead he is the son of the owners, the situation is even sadder. because we are not just talking about bad manners, but a real lack of human respect, which ruins the image of the entire place. The waiter, I add, also wears glasses

28/04/2025: Locale rustico immerso nel verde, bella location. Piatti davvero squisiti con ingredienti di qualità, risotto con barbabietole e gocce di stracchino, tortellini, tortelloni di ricotta in salsa verde, cotoletta alla bolognese, crescentine con affettati. Carta dei vini per tutti i palati. Prezzo nella media.

15/05/2025: Terrible. Every dish cooked with the addition of tomato puree that alters the original recipe. The broth is excessively salty, like the tomatoes au gratin and the stuffed courgettes. Everything was left on the plate. Not to mention the wine list. They have nothing of what is written. A single prosecco that is not even written what it is. We practically got up fasting.

10/05/2025: It's a shame, the location is ideal for having something to eat before going to the theater or stadium and the quality of the food is good, but the rudeness and lack of friendliness of what I believe to be the owner (the grizzled lady at the cash register) make every meal in this historic trattoria an unpleasant and disappointing visit. The rest of the dining room staff is courteous and very polite, only the owner seems to have forgotten what Bolognese hospitality is.

26/02/2025: Little choice, they even made me pay for tap water even though I asked for €1.50 half a liter in a bottle. €1.50 for coffee. I don't recommend it at all, I didn't find any consistency with the photo reviews.

13/02/2025: Il gestore è stato gentilissimo. Anche se il locale era tutto prenotato, è riuscito a trovare un posto per me. Il coniglio arrosto era molto tenero e saporito, ho assaggiato per la prima volta il friggione e l'ho trovato squisito. Eccezionale la zuppa inglese. Che dire! Ho dato il massimo del punteggio

12/02/2025: Ho cercato un ristorante tradizionale bolognese per pranzare con un amico sardo di passaggio, questo è uno dei pochi rimasti in città. Vicono la stazione ed al people mouver per l'aeroporto. Le pietanze sono gustose, cucinate con poco unto e secondo la tradizione bolognese. Abbiamo gustato il friggione, i tortellini (belli piccoli) al brodo di cappone, la lasagna e le tagliatelle. Per secondo la cotoletta alla bolognese e per finire un ottima zuppa inglese. I prezzi sono in linea con la media della citta'. La location è di una classica trattoria anni 80, il personale è disponibile, cordiale e la titolare èmolto attenta ai commensali. Consiglio di prenotare per tempo visto che è sempre molto frequentato. Consigliato

23/04/2025: Cozy place, with a warm welcome and 70s decor that feels like home, despite its age. The spaces are a bit narrow, but nothing impossible: the atmosphere remains pleasant and there is no confusion. The bathroom is small but in perfect order. Relaxed and kind service, managed directly by who appears to be the owner: helpful and attentive. We tried the green narrows with morels, seasonal mushrooms recommended by him: simple, tasty dish. The wait was a little longer than expected, but still acceptable. We also ordered a bottle of sparkling water. The two of us paid 40 euros, cover charge included. You can try it.

20/05/2025: Very bad experience as the last day of a city trip Arrogant head waiter who does not know his job Every time a plate was empty (6a7 times) it was immediately grabbed from the table. I ordered a bistec al pepe verde which was not worthy of this naan. The baking method was not asked. When I got it I understood why. This shoe with a piece of bone could not be baked seignant. This restaurant was a real disappointment compared to all the others. We were clearly not welcome here.

05/05/2025: Great recommendation from a friend. I was lucky to get a table for lunch, since she warned that it's always full! Had the risotto with pancetta and asparagus. It was divine! The risotto and asparagus were cooked perfectly! The pancetta bits were crispy giving it an added texture. Will definitely be back!

30/04/2025: Last night I went on the recommendation of the receptionist at Starhotels Excelsior and I was disappointed. I ordered a baked rabbit and of the 150 g portion, 50 were bone. I informed the person who attended us and he was not interested. He said that was the portion. Very bad. It seems they don't see the comments either...

26/04/2025: Embarrassing service! We went for lunch with two children and, in addition to not having anticipated during the phone call with which we booked that high chairs were not provided, they literally took the dishes away from our hands to make us leave early. I would like to point out that the children, one 2 and 1/2 years old and the other 9 months old, have always been in my arms (by necessity!) without causing disturbance or annoyance. An obvious prejudice towards families with children, who were also made to pay cover charge! Bordering on rudeness, close to rudeness, especially the more "adult" waiter. As for the food, small portions for a restaurant, probably because they wanted it to finish very quickly!

08/05/2025: Disappointing and expensive. Platter of poor quality cold cuts, and in Bologna it is difficult to find such bad ones. 1 platter of cold cuts for the price of 18 euros for one person, madness. Plate of meatballs and mashed potatoes: 17 euros for a plate of 4 half-raw meatballs and a mashed potato thrown on the plate that isn't even found in a canteen. It's a shame because the interior of the place is nice.
