24/09/2025: Very disappointing: lukewarm food, large plates with small portions, and a charge for two bottles of water we didn't order. The staff was inattentive and didn't even ask for our reservations—we simply felt unwelcome. In the end, they handed us the bill without asking and asked us to leave because the tables were needed. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. If there were zero stars, I'd gladly give it.

30/09/2025: Sunday, a carefree stroll through the city center streets in excellent company. We're feeling hungry, and we find ourselves in front of this trattoria. We decide to go in; the charming location is tempting. We're greeted kindly, and we're immediately seated at a table. While we wait to read the menu, we're served a very soft and delicious baked crescenta (the only flaw was the slightly yeasty flavor). We have lunch of Bolognese flavors: passatelli in broth, lasagna (with a ragù that's not exactly Bologna red), and cotoletta e patate. I have to say, they're delicious. I'm only giving it three stars for now because it's definitely worth trying again and seeing if it's worth repeating. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. Upon arrival, we waited quite a while just to receive the menus, which we had requested. The first courses arrived around 2:45 PM and were really good, with no complaints about the quality of the food. The problem arose later: we waited exactly an hour for the second courses. When we asked a waiter if it was still too late, he responded in a rather presumptuous tone, laughing and saying it couldn't have been an hour. Shortly afterward, however, he checked and realized we were right. He apologized and promised to offer us desserts and coffee as a gesture of apology. It's a shame that when we got the bill, not only were desserts included, but none of the staff seemed to have been informed of that promise. After a brief discussion, only one dessert was deducted from our total. In conclusion, the food was very good, but the service was very disorganized and communication between the staff was poor. It's a shame, because with a little more attention and consistency with what was promised, it would have been a completely different experience.
