07/12/2025: Trattoria Da Vito certainly needs no introduction: it's been a fixture in the city's history and restaurant scene for decades.
More than fair prices and generous wine, as is tradition.
I'd also like to add a positive note about the quick, friendly, and affable Pakistani gentleman who served us.

13/10/2025: We stopped for a coffee, but I don't think I'll be back. After waiting in line outside for about 20 minutes, the waitress who was standing in line said we'd have to wait another 10 minutes. At this point, the people in front of us left quite angrily, so it was our turn. We were standing in front of the door, and the counter was completely empty, even though about 20 people had left.
They finally let us in, and at this point, they charged us 1.50 for the coffee, but like the menu outside says 1.30.
It's not the 20 cents we paid without a problem, it's everything else.

22/10/2025: Too much hype, less value for money, mediocre food. Coperto is 6 Euro for few tiny slices of bread. Go to Sfoglia Rina instead.
21/10/2025: oh wow, the taste of the food here is amaaaaazing and subtle and simple. i got the pork chop, which comes with potatoes. Braciola di maiale, and a side salad. the flavor and texture was wonderful. the space is nice too, and the service is courteous and welcoming. when it gets full, the sound bounces off the walls and creates an echo so come early if you don't that auditory overload. i meant to go back a second time and try their wonderful pasta dishes and regret having missed that.

14/10/2025: My experience was completely negative, simply because of the presumption of the gentleman at the register. The arrogance and presumption he displayed toward the customer was unparalleled... simply because I asked for a bottle of water I'd ordered and never opened to be removed from my bill. But the irony was that, despite expressing his disagreement with not charging me for it, and explaining that he was kindly doing me a favor, if I hadn't checked the receipt, I never would have gone back and asked him to give me that infamous bottle of water that he'd accidentally forgotten to remove from my bill. How sad.

02/11/2025: The place is cute and the food is excellent: quality ingredients and generous portions. Some of the staff were also friendly and helpful, despite a bit of a slur on the service.
The atmosphere of a Sunday lunch with friends, however, was ruined by the attitude of the bespectacled waiter/owner: from the moment we arrived (6 minutes late), he was extremely rude and made inappropriate jokes throughout the meal, even criticizing the amount of food we ordered.
A real shame, because good food doesn't make up for such disrespectful behavior toward customers.
I really don't think we'll be back!
02/11/2025: Nice restaurant, and the food was undoubtedly high-quality. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the restaurant owner's behavior, which was neither courteous nor respectful. Every request felt like a burden, and some comments about our choices and the quantities we ordered seemed inappropriate.
An awkward situation arose at the table; the owner probably should have left his frustrations and personal issues at home, or he should consider changing careers.
We definitely won't be returning!

22/07/2025: A sure thing, you can't go wrong. I go back whenever I can, year-round. The tortellini in brodo is an absolute must, and the tagliata and cotoletta are excellent. Highly recommended.

27/10/2025: The restaurant is small, with tables close together, but that's its beauty. The food and portions are good. Later, towards the end of the meal, there's music.
26/10/2025: A typical Bolognese restaurant, limited seating, and lots of authenticity! Dinner with friends, very good mixed appetizers, local wines, and a good cotoletta alla petroniana, but a bit bland; a little pepper would have improved it. I'll always be happy to return!

24/09/2025: I had dinner at this osteria and found the experience overall positive.
The tagliatelle alla bolognese was good, and the glass of red wine the guys offered me was a decent classic; I'm not a huge wine fan.
The water I ordered, although not a well-known brand, was still good quality, even if a little more expensive than usual.
Aside from that, I have a small suggestion: with the rock music playing in the background, it would have been nice to add some rock-themed decorative elements, like posters or aesthetic details. Overall, a pleasant and unpretentious experience, recommended!
Otherwise, the prices are fair and the place is welcoming. I also appreciated the fact that they accept several payment methods, including Satispay and TheFork Pay.
