22/02/2025: I had already been here last year and I can say that every time it is a unique emotion! Enchanting place surrounded by greenery and breathtaking views! You can visit the wonderful house museum of Giorgio Morandi, it is really worth it, then go to the waterfalls of San Cristoforo di Labante, plus you are about half an hour from the splendid Florence and half an hour from the enchanting Bologna, undisputed cities among the most beautiful and historic in Italy! As for the restaurant, beautiful, with great attention to detail from the furniture to the glassware, very elegant, romantic and very clean!! Super food, we have had both meat and fish in the various times we have been to this paradise and I can confirm that everything is very fresh and of excellent quality, everything is truly exquisite, I highly recommend it to people who understand and appreciate quality of a certain level! Highly qualified staff, the owners are two extraordinary people, the waiters are polite, kind and explain the entire menu to you in great detail, they are always available to customers and always know how to recommend the best wine to pair with each type of menu chosen, plus they can communicate in various languages, for example, we were in the company of our English friends and they spoke the language fluently and without problems, really really good! The rooms are beautiful, not huge, but very well-kept in every detail, super comfortable mattresses, very clean sheets with a truly pleasant clean smell, comfort and cleanliness are top notch and then for those who love tranquility you won't hear any noise! ​​Honest prices for the type of place it is and the quality of a certain level it offers. I highly recommend it!

11/02/2025: Very cosy and cute place with a wonderful waiter that made us feel at home. The food was very good and there was great range of vegan options. Definitely recommended!

15/03/2025: 3 years ago lasagna was 10 euros. A year ago, they were 13 euros. Today, March 2025, they are 14 euros!! And the portions are very small!! It's a scam, avoid! Like water, they announce the price for 1 liter, but it’s 1/2 liter!!! E un furto! 3 years ago, the erano lasagna is 10 euros. The ad scorso is 13. Oggi, March 2025, sound system is 14!!! E le porzioni sono piccolissimi! E un furto!!

16/03/2025: Restaurant without too many pretensions. Good food, excellent tortellini in broth. Seconds below expectations. The girls in the room were very kind and smiling, but the owner was unpleasant and not very friendly!

20/03/2025: English: Review of May 24. We point out that one person is celiac and we sit down. With the platter of cold cuts we ask for some bread on the side for the celiac girl, the waitress seems to understand our request, immediately afterwards the owner arrives with slices of bread completely different (and a few days old) in dough and shape compared to those that the rest of the table was eating. The girl eats the bread and feels that something is wrong, after notifying the waitress we are told this sentence: "we don't communicate with the kitchen so I can't do anything if they made a mistake" only the proximity to the sanctuary made us react calmly and so calling the owner confirms that he was not informed of anything. In the end, even the other dish that the girl had ordered contained gluten in the mushroom cream, but what a nice surprise! At least that dish was not put on the bill but hiring such lazy, presumptuous and arrogant people I think is also the restaurant's fault. AIC informed of the incident anyway

26/02/2025: Little choice, they even made me pay for tap water even though I asked for €1.50 half a liter in a bottle. €1.50 for coffee. I don't recommend it at all, I didn't find any consistency with the photo reviews.

06/02/2025: Excellent downtown restaurant. Highly crafted traditional Bolognese dishes. The pan-fried chicory with a little chilli pepper also left an impression on me. The host is very kind and will make you feel at home straight away. The environment is cozy and with soft lights as I like. Advised.

09/03/2025: Che dire mi sembra di aver passato una esperienza degna delle montagne russe. Premesso che siamo bolognesi e abbiamo scelto il locale su consiglio spassionato di amici, ci siamo trovati di fronte a un tipico locale bolognese caratteristico nel suo genere ma di cui si sfrutta ogni angolo anche dove non ci si sta il tavolo. Menù di non molti piatti e per me questo è sinonimo di serietà e cura che puntualmente viene confermata. I piatti sono ben eseguiti e curati ma dopo questo picco di alto si scende vorticosamente nel servizio scadente se rapportato ai prezzi proposti (alti). Carta dei vini datata ed inutilizzabile, scelta del vino fatta dal proprietario e ci troviamo una bottiglia con tappo a vite. Richiesto ulteriore pane e non ci viene portato perché è nel forno per poi farcelo avere alla fine e scopriamo che era uscito dal forno il guorno prima. Peccato perché i primi e i secondi (dolci niente di eccezionale) sono buoni ma come sono buoni in tantissime altre trattorie a prezzi molto ma molto inferiori a quelli proposti. Il locale è pieno, ma soprattutto di turisti e questo mi dispiace, ma fa solo ingolosire il portafoglio.

06/03/2025: Tappa fissa a Bologna in questo ristorantino che conosco da circa 15 anni e che si conferma sempre al TOP. Tagliatella al ragù insuperabile. Vini di altissima qualità e con ampia scelta. Ottimo il dessert mascarpone con scaglie di cioccolato. Consigliato come sempre. Emanuele number one 👍👍👍

11/02/2025: I called to reserve a table for four people. The owner is incredibly rude, I asked where they were, since I knew that the old place had been closed, as well as some general information that I wasn't even able to express since he wouldn't let me talk. Finally, bored by my attempted questions, he rudely told me to go eat somewhere else and hung up the phone on my face. But I will definitely go elsewhere, presumption and arrogance do not deserve other words.

22/01/2025: Disappointing experience even before trying it. I intended to book at the Lambrusco restaurant, intrigued by its proposal, but the experience was disappointing even before setting foot there. After calling for information, I found myself faced with a rather ambiguous situation: instead of answering clearly about the availability of the restaurant, the person who answered insistently tried to convince me to try another place, as if the restaurant no longer existed. Sifting through online reviews, I noticed that many customers have complained that the official website reports the restaurant has been closed since last June, which raises further doubts about the reliability of the information provided.

13/02/2025: Il gestore è stato gentilissimo. Anche se il locale era tutto prenotato, è riuscito a trovare un posto per me. Il coniglio arrosto era molto tenero e saporito, ho assaggiato per la prima volta il friggione e l'ho trovato squisito. Eccezionale la zuppa inglese. Che dire! Ho dato il massimo del punteggio

12/02/2025: Ho cercato un ristorante tradizionale bolognese per pranzare con un amico sardo di passaggio, questo è uno dei pochi rimasti in città. Vicono la stazione ed al people mouver per l'aeroporto. Le pietanze sono gustose, cucinate con poco unto e secondo la tradizione bolognese. Abbiamo gustato il friggione, i tortellini (belli piccoli) al brodo di cappone, la lasagna e le tagliatelle. Per secondo la cotoletta alla bolognese e per finire un ottima zuppa inglese. I prezzi sono in linea con la media della citta'. La location è di una classica trattoria anni 80, il personale è disponibile, cordiale e la titolare èmolto attenta ai commensali. Consiglio di prenotare per tempo visto che è sempre molto frequentato. Consigliato

09/03/2025: Location in the center of Bologna, a little inconvenient if you go by car for parking. Inside the restaurant is well furnished, the soft lights create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, few seats. Menu with few but good things: lasagna recommended if you appreciate bechamel, very good platters. The tiger cutlet is their strong dish, a reinterpretation of the Bolognese cutlet but not comparable: it's good, but it's another dish. Hands-on service, the fact of taking shifts is a little inconvenient but for management needs it is understandable. The bill is a little lower than the various taverns in the area. Good!
