23/10/2025: On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, there's a "business lunch" for €12.50 excluding drinks, while on Saturdays and Sundays, there's the "A La Carte" menu. Tuesdays are closed. On Sundays in November, there was polenta with ragù or polenta with pork chops. The female staff has always been friendly. The dishes prepared have always tasted excellent. Huge parking lot nearby, with a mandatory parking disc on the dashboard for a maximum of 90 minutes. Two disabled spaces are available. For over a year, I stopped going to this restaurant after repeatedly experiencing discrimination compared to other customers. I returned in July 2025 and noticed that such disrespectful behavior is continuing. I have nothing against the rules, but if they apply to me, they should apply to all customers, without distinction.

My favorite dish is the gramigna with sausage (red sausage without cream), tasty and well-seasoned, as comforting as you'd expect from a true Bolognese trattoria. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, with a touch of yesteryear, and the food generally lives up to the high average reviews: classic dishes, generous portions, and familiar flavors. Service can be a bit rushed, but that doesn't ruin the experience. The only real drawback is the (rather strict) closing times, which can be a bit inconvenient if you arrive late. Overall, it's a recommended stop for those who want authentic Bolognese food, without frills.

The place is warm and welcoming, the staff is friendly, attentive, spontaneous, and kind... not at all pretentious like you often encounter in restaurants as famous as yours. And everything was to our liking... delicious and balanced, both in flavor and quantity. What an interstellar journey, the passatello with parmesan cream, pancetta crumbs, and truffle shavings! And my friend from Manchester, with whom I shared lunch, couldn't stop making noises of delight while tasting your spinach flan with parmesan cream. Thank you, it was a wonderful experience, keep it up!

21/11/2025: A good restaurant serving traditional Bolognese cuisine, located in the heart of Bologna's historic center. The cuisine is quite high-quality; my friends and I particularly enjoyed the passatelli with porcini mushrooms and truffle and the tagliatelle with ragù, a traditional dish but truly well-made. The cotoletta alla bolognese was also excellent, tender and juicy. The service was prompt and friendly, and the prices are a bit higher than the average in Bologna (which is already quite a bit expensive), but I still recommend it.
