13/06/2025: A guarantee. One of the restaurants with the best quality/price ratio in Bologna. Both the place and the service and the dishes have remained unchanged for years. Something that is increasingly rare in today's times. From the Bolognese first courses such as tagliatelle, tortelloni and tortellini, to the mixed fry (excellent) to the fillet with green pepper (very tender and tasty meat) to the courteous and fast service, to the garden that is an oasis of coolness in the torrid Bolognese evenings and finally to the bill, which remains balanced at €30 (a figure that is difficult to find lower elsewhere!)

03/07/2025: Beautiful trattoria in a truly suggestive location, with a splendid view that alone is worth the visit! The food is excellent, prepared with care and with quality ingredients. The environment is quiet, peaceful and very easy-going, perfect for those looking for a totally relaxing lunch or dinner. The people who run it are very kind and make you feel at home right away. An authentic and very pleasant experience, definitely worth repeating!

29/06/2025: One of the advantages of traveling by car is being able to get off the highway and take a break for an authentic meal (much more than the rustichelle from the autogrill!). Choosing the hills of Bologna and the trattoria Sant'Antonio we were very lucky. Welcomed with kindness and friendliness we tasted the classic tagliatelle with ragù as well as the crescentine with cured meats and cheeses and the tigelle with pesto (an ancient peasant snack made with sausage, bacon, rosemary and garlic: divine!). All seasoned with a good still wine and a beautiful view of the territories of the provinces of Modena and Bologna. We can't wait to return.

16/06/2025: We come to this restaurant for all special occasions. The food is very good, typical Bolognese. The prices are quite in line with the rest of the trattorias in the city, perhaps a little higher: first courses 12~14€, cotoletta alla bolognese 17€, cover charge 3€. First courses are abundant and tasty. Cotoletta alla bolognese is very large. Street parking is available for a fee, it is often not very easy to find places nearby. Reservations are practically mandatory at least 2 weeks in advance, otherwise it is difficult to find a place.

10/06/2025: Rustic and welcoming place, the host Fabio/Paolo is a character to know and appreciate for his helpfulness and typical Emilian friendliness. Note of merit for the service: the host's aunt is dear and kind. Only advice: do not leave anything on the plates. The host could get offended.....😄😄

10/06/2025: Dinner with family in this family-run restaurant. Typical Bolognese cuisine with excellent food and a very friendly and characteristic owner. The aunt was also very good both in the kitchen and in the service. Their wine is also excellent, a blend of Sangiovese, Lambrusco and Fragola grapes. We will return.

15/06/2025: What can I say, this place is really amazing! The guys who run it are super nice and welcoming, and the place is really cute both inside and out. The murals outside are gorgeous, and the interior decoration is really well-kept. And the food? Simply divine! Even if it is a bit far, I will definitely go back to eat in the little square outside.

15/06/2025: Surrounded by the magical atmosphere of Gino Pellegrini's paintings in Piazzetta Betlemme, we had lunch in this splendid Trattoria, which with the new management has become a point of reference for catering in San Giovanni in Persiceto. Traditional dishes prepared with mastery and with excellent products accompany innovative and tasty proposals for a gastronomy made by competent professionals with a long-range vision of Emilian catering. Tortellini with cream of broth and gyoza with Bolognese ragù are real delights for the palate. Excellent wine cellar Congratulations indeed. We will return with great pleasure.

08/06/2025: The cuisine is a big plus, typical and very tasty dishes at normal prices. The service is not very polite and seems to be focused on serving tourists in large numbers.

23/06/2025: A great experience, though not perfect. I loved the idea of an alleyway restaurant, yet we weren't able to sit in the alleyway as we ended up going there without making a reservation. This was the only real disappointment of the meal, as the restaurant was clearly not meant to be enjoyed inside its significantly less appealing inside dining room. Eye-level pictures of the Virgin Mary and Padre Pio stared at me as I ate, and the sheer amount of other artwork on the walls made the space feel more cluttered than authentic. I ordered burratina to start, and the tortellini in broth as my main course. The burratina was beyond delicious, to the point where I had to cut the slices even smaller to keep from finishing it too fast. The tortellini was similarly excellent, far better than the other tortellini I have tried throughout Italy. It was firm but not crunchy, flavorful without being too salty, and I found myself trying to scrape up the broth with my fork after I'd finished. The service was friendly and accommodating, and gave us plenty of time to keep enjoying ourselves after we finished eating. I would definitely come again, but only if I'm able to secure outside seating.

23/06/2025: I had a great experience at Ristorante Teresina! This is a nice restaurant hidden in a side street of Bologna. It is a bit pricey, but the prices are comparable to those of other sit-down restaurants in Italy. The service is nice as well. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly and were very understanding when we struggled to pronounce the names of the dishes. They were also very helpful in splitting the check for us. We found Ristorante Teresina while walking the streets of Bologna. We were intrigued by the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. Luckily, the food was just as good. We ordered the clams, a charcuterie board, and mozzarella with tomatoes as our appetizers. They were all delicious, especially the mozzarella, which was very fresh. For my main, I ordered the spaghetti with mantis shrimp. The dish tasted great, but was very messy. I had to peel the tomato sauce covered shrimp with my hands, which ended with me completely covered in sauce as well. However, this is something you have to expect with this type of dish. My only suggestion is that they should provide wipes with the mantis shrimp.

06/06/2025: In Bologna, this was a place recommended to us for good food at a good price. We paid 52 euros for two people, but we ordered two pastas, half a liter of wine, soda, water, roast pork, and grilled vegetable salad. We left satisfied, full, and happy. They should consider looking for a slightly larger space. It's good, but it's already cramped for the number of diners arriving.

09/06/2025: Todo lo que teníamos era genial - carpaccio, tagliatelle con ragu, tagliata, un lado de achicoria, helado con cerezas amarena y sorbete de limón con vodka. La recomendación para el lambrusco era un buen compromiso entre sentirse como un vino frío más ligero en el calor y sentirse tinto maridaría mejor con la comida. Una buena elección. El servicio fue excelente.

02/06/2025: Nice restaurant with a large room and a nice and fresh veranda. Family atmosphere and friendly staff. Excellent traditional Bolognese first courses. Interesting dishes that follow the seasons. Excellent gramigna with sausage seasoning. You can eat second courses such as guinea fowl and rabbit but also crescentine with typical seasonings. Too bad the waiting times are quite long.

24/06/2025: Came here for dinner after seeing it recommended online, very popular. We were lucky enough to get seated straight away as quite often there is a queue. The tagliatelle bolognese was very good, well priced place for drinks too.

24/06/2025: This is a place to try Tagliatelle con ragu and Tiramisu. There is no possibility to make a reservation, but at the busiest time of lunch we only waited 15 minutes. The staff has a perfect organization.
