02/05/2025: Well what can I say... beautiful location, at the foot of the Dozza fortress. Even without booking they were able to seat us. Excellent high quality food cooked with professionalism. I recommend it

01/05/2025: What can I say, phenomenal place. We thought it was a rip-off for unfortunate people but it turned out to be an excellent restaurant (a Bud word: good manger :D). All good; noteworthy are the meatballs with parmesan cream full of flavor. Clean place, positive staff and service. Adequate costs.

29/04/2025: Best trattoria in Bologna. Crazy wine list selected by the owner! We highly recommend the Cavallo tartare served on the trolley (as per photo). All the pasta is handmade, exceptional ragù. If you are in Bologna you have to stop by Fantoni.

04/05/2025: In the center of Bologna, in a very particular environment (with hundreds of photographs with dedications of the famous people who have frequented the restaurant) it offers typical dishes of Bolognese cuisine, of an excellent standard. A little chaotic due to the Saturday evening on a spring long weekend (that's OK) but the service is effective. Paid less than I expected. Go there, but with a reservation.

28/05/2025: Osteria nel cuore di Bologna con un menù apparentemente tipico, ma che non mi ha convinto del tutto. Da bolognese, mi aspettavo una maggiore attenzione alla tradizione, soprattutto sulla cotoletta alla bolognese, che è stata un po' deludente, una cotoletta impanata stile milanese con sopra una fetta di prosciutto e un po di salsa di parmigiano molto liquida... L’avrei chiamata in carta “cotoletta alla bolognese della Traviata” per chiarezza, perché dalla tradizione è distante. Crescentine e salumi invece buoni e ben serviti. Altro piatto non soddisfacente un antipasto, carpaccio di pere con gorgonzola e noci, per €12 mi aspettavo maggiore cura. La pera era tagliata con l’affettatrice lasciando torsolo e semi. Un dettaglio non trascurabile, soprattutto su un piatto semplice dove la presentazione e l’attenzione fanno la differenza. Nel complesso, esperienza altalenante. Non escludo di tornare, ma non è tra le mie prime scelte.

25/05/2025: Personale molto cortese in accoglienza e perfetto per il servizio al tavolo. Ordinata la cotoletta alla bolognese, molto buona con contorno di verdure di stagione. Finalmente un ristorante dove si serve anche frutta fresca.

18/05/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff was friendly, helpful and smiling. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious, prepared with care. The service was fast, attentive and we felt really welcomed. I highly recommend this place both for the excellent quality of the food and for the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I will definitely be back!

18/04/2025: Through the recommendation of a friend, I came to try this place. The restaurant is located behind the station, very well looked after and I would even say refined, very professional and fast service, quality of the dishes also very good. We took a tagliatelle with meat sauce, good and tasty ragù at the right level, gramigna with sausage, fabulous, Bolognese cutlet, good and pork cheek, not bad even if perhaps the flavor of the sauce was a little too strong, but it was really well cooked and very tender, finally for dessert an apple pie, not bad.

18/04/2025: Tramite il consiglio di un amico, sono venuto a provare questo posto. Il ristorante si trova dietro la stazione, molto ben curato e direi anche raffinato, servizio molto professionale e veloce, qualità dei piatti anche molto buona. Abbiamo preso una tagliatella al ragù, ragù buono e saporito al punto giusto, gramigna con salsiccia, favolosa, cotoletta alla bolognese, buona e guancia di maiale, non male anche se forse era un po’ troppo forte il sapore del sughetto, ma era davvero cotta bene e tenerissima, infine come dolce un tortino alle mele, non male.

25/05/2025: Very small shop, excellent products, very good, artisanal. The lasagna is very tasty, the balanzoni with cream cheese are very good. You can take it away and there are some tables outside, where you can sit down to eat after getting a drink. Recommended!
