11/10/2025: I don't think it needs any introduction, it's a guarantee. Gramigna is special, and even the classic tagliatelle with ragu or gnocco verde are a delicacy 👏

04/10/2025: This trattoria is a gem. The owner is friendly, the waiters are friendly, and the food is excellent, from starters to main courses. For gourmets. You always leave happy. A well-deserved 5 stars.

19/09/2025: I went there at lunchtime. The place is clean, set with paper placemats. We tried some starters: lasagna, tagliatelle with ragù, and tortellini with cream (all half portions, not generous). The ragù wasn't particularly good, so the tagliatelle were so-so, and so was the lasagna, which was reheated and barely warm. The tortellini with cream were quite good. Prices were high. I won't be returning.

26/09/2025: Amazing lunch! Perfect food, service was professional and pleasant!! Definitely I will come back in my next trip to Italy.. Ps: book in advance, otherwise no table will be available to the walks in!!

06/10/2025: Fantoni is a surefire option if you're looking for traditional Bolognese fare. They've added more sophisticated dishes and complemented the traditional with a few new twists, but the guarantee of feeling at home in a casual, comfortable place where you can spend time in peace remains unchanged. The food is good, the staff are always helpful and courteous, the drinks are good, and the prices are reasonable. It's still a valid option. I recommend it.

06/10/2025: Really poor service. Never again.

29/09/2025: No we didn't book but got a table straight away. They took our order and got our drinks. Then a large group booking came in and we were just left we had our starter and then it took 45 minutes for our mains to arrive, after I asked the wait staff how long it would be. He apologised and mentioned about the large group but we had ordered way before they arrived. We were never asked if we wanted another drink or anything during that time. Other people were arriving and were getting served and there meals arrived before ours. When our food arrived it was nice but the sides never arrived. When I asked for the bill they said we had another order coming (the sides) he implied that was my request when I had specified i wanted everything to come together. The wait staff never stopped just disappointed with overall experience.

05/10/2025: Historic restaurant in the beautiful town of Dozza. The restaurant is housed in the castle's stables. The atmosphere is classic yet very welcoming, and the food is excellent. We went for the mutton and were not disappointed. We'll definitely be back.

07/10/2025: The traditional dishes were very well prepared! I also recommend the beef tartare, which was very tasty! The service was quick and the prices were fair. The highlight of this restaurant is its beautiful setting, which is truly charming. The only downside is that it was quite loud, but that's to be expected for such a popular place.

05/10/2025: We stopped because the place is really nice, but the welcome from the manager was not at all appreciated: he was unfriendly both towards us and the employees (who, however, seemed knowledgeable and patient). A constant display of superiority, decidedly poorly expressed. In any case, good value for money.

17/10/2025: With a friend who lives in Bologna. We had pasta with bolognese and cheese sauce, and dessert. While the classic version is served in soup, this cheese pasta was incredibly delicious. I was also intrigued by the seasonal menu.

16/10/2025: The cod was wonderful! The beef tartare was amazing. 5 stars and praise!

12/10/2025: The appetizers were excellent. Good wine selection. Service wasn't impeccable (it took 20 minutes for the second bottle of wine; the place was very busy and there were only two people in the room).

22/09/2025: I particularly liked the wide selection of beers (8 Italian, 1 German & 1 from Sardinia). We had time to visit this restaurant twice and the first visit was spectacular. Great customer service, wonderful attention to detail and fabulous food. Our second visit did not live up to expectations but the beer and food were still great

10/10/2025: A real Italian restaurant that has been serving for 120 years. It would be a great loss to come to Bologna and not to come here. Ambiance is perfect, service is excellent. We ordered a Tagliatelle al ragu and a Stretta alla Romagnola. It was our 3rd dinner in Bologna and it was by far the best. I especially highly recommend Stretta alla Romagnola, it was a masterpiece.
