27/12/2025: The place is very nice looking, but unfortunately the first courses weren't very good, the appetizer was so-so, and they rushed us to get up from the table. They have two lunch shifts, and with 15 minutes left, they started rushing us to pay and get up from the table.

For starters, tagliatelle with sausage and local mushrooms.
For main course, a tagliata steak, also very good.
Grilled vegetables, including some delicious tomatoes.
For dessert, a modest zuppa inglese.
It has a large summer veranda with a beautiful view.
01/01/2026: Friendly service, excellent food (especially the starters), and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is welcoming and they're very dog-friendly. I'll be back!

The outdoor setting is also beautiful.
It's a restaurant with its own style.
Unfortunately, the food doesn't match the location.
We had a gramigna pasta with too much cream. The meat dish wasn't particularly special either. The wine selection is varied and of high quality.
24/02/2026: It's been years since I've been back, and it's a sure thing. I'm from Bologna, and eating well in the city center for a reasonable price isn't a given. A generous cutlet shared between two, excellent gramigna with sausage, delicious tortellini with Parmesan cream, and truly delicious desserts. The atmosphere is informal and pleasant. We spent about €43 each, with a €35 bottle of wine, which I thought was excellent.

27/02/2026: Freshly seasoned horse tartare, very good, welcoming atmosphere, fast and friendly staff.
Recommended.
Reservations are not accepted, so arrive early.

31/12/2025: A very charming trattoria, stylishly yet simply decorated, and the food, prepared by chef Tommaso, is very good, expertly prepared, light, and with an eye for those with digestive issues, including vegan, vegetarian, and similar menus.
Good wine, especially the white.
Excellent value for money, even for large groups.

27/12/2025: The food is great, nice intimate atmosphere.
The staff lacks a bit of coordination, but besides that we had a very pleasant experience.
I have to say that the pappardelle al ragú bianco and the torta tenerina were exceptional :)

11/02/2026: Had some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life here. We were a walk in table of 7 and they hosted us, no problem.
The tiramisu tasted like the recipe my recently passed Nonna used to make and I cried at the table. The waiter also gave our table a complimentary dessert made by his mother. Wonderful experience.
11/02/2026: Blown away. Here is the authentic cuisine, full of care and attention. Everything you eat feels sacred. Paste cooked at perfection. The delicate flavour of the white truffle, sliced in front of you...

10/03/2026: Magnifico! Does the basics incredibly well - the Penne Pomodoro and Tagliatelle Bolognese were the best we have ever had

The service was prompt and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Good value for money.

16/01/2026: One of the few credible trattorias left in Bologna. Friendly and attentive staff. Typical, traditional dishes, well-prepared. Prices are reasonable. The acoustics could be improved, as they can be a bit tricky at peak times. Definitely recommended. Reservations are recommended.

26/02/2026: I gave everything 5 stars because this typical Bolognese restaurant truly deserves top marks. The dishes are authentic and prepared with great care: true flavors and quality ingredients.
I absolutely recommend the balanzoni, spectacular and full of flavor, and the Gramigna, cooked impeccably, just as Bolognese tradition dictates. Every bite is a journey through the flavors of Bologna!
The staff is welcoming, kind, and always smiling. The location is warm and well-kept, with a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the first moment.
I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants a true Bolognese experience!
