07/04/2025: A restaurant I found by chance Since it is right in front of the beach, not all octopuses are delicious. But this restaurant's octopus dishes are so delicious. It smells deliciously grilled and is cooked deliciously. In addition, the fish dishes and lobster dishes were all great. They bring out the good flavor of the ingredients.

16/03/2025: We came to the WWF oasis to spend a day in nature and the location is a spectacle but we were equally satisfied with this family-run restaurant which is located right next to the entrance to the park, the food is absolutely of a high standard, attention to detail is evident, genuine flavours, dishes that inebriate the palate, all with kindness and friendliness, the prices are normal, in fact for the quality of the dishes they deserve even more, highly recommended.

26/01/2025: Gestore molto cordiale ma il cibo molto deludente. I fritti poggiati su maionese hanno decisamente disatteso le aspettative. Antipasto della casa (12€) non è stato per niente rispondente alla tradizione cilentana. Buono invece la scarola sul letto di ceci con stracciatella. Il misto di carne uguale nulla di che. I primi decisamente migliori. Lagane e ceci la peggior in assoluto mangiata in Cilento. 6 adulti e 3 bambini 240 euro circa. Rispetto a due anni fa in cui ne avevo un ottimo ricordo ho riscontrato un evidente peggioramento.

21/10/2024: We had the most amazing dining experience in Italy last week! The food, service, views and atmosphere is phenomenal!! The wife & husband are 3rd generation owners and operate the entire restaurant by themselves. The wife is the chef and the husband handles the front of the house. They do an incredible job with every aspect! We did a kitchen tour and it was spotless! Looked like it has never been used, which is certainly not the case. They take pride in their business and treat you like family! We cannot wait to go back!

La esposa y el marido son propietarios de 3a generación y operan todo el restaurante por sí mismos. La esposa es el chef y el marido se encarga de la parte delantera de la casa. Hacen un trabajo increíble con todos los aspectos! Hicimos un tour de cocina y estaba impecable! Parecía que nunca se ha utilizado, que ciertamente no es el caso. ¡Se enorgullecen de su negocio y te tratan como familia! ¡No podemos esperar a volver!

09/03/2025: I had dinner with my wife in this place recommended to me by a friend and, furthermore, reading the excellent reviews, even if they were few, convinced me (did they create high expectations?). I'll start by saying, unfortunately, that I saw little professionalism, the owner brings us the menu (very sparse, very little choice) and shortly after comes to take the order without even the slightest advice, despite having detected a bit of indecision about the choices. I would have expected a more professional approach, given our indecision and above all the fact that he was seeing us for the first time. However we order a cold cuts and cheese platter for two (poor, without praise or infamy) and two second courses, a cut of meat (he doesn't ask what type of cooking we wanted) and a pork belly with sauce etc... The second courses arrived, the sliced ​​meat was overcooked and the pork belly had transformed into 2 (actually No. 2 in quantity) pork ribs, that is, two bones with a little bit of meat attached and also badly cooked (the sliced ​​meat was overcooked and the pork was a little raw). The mistake we made was that we ate (we had both fasted since the morning) without contesting anything, that we paid (too much for the quality and quantity) and that we left. It must be said that when we went to pay he didn't even ask us anything, perhaps because he imagined that there had been mistakes? I'm sorry to write these things, but they are all true and deserved, I hope they can help you improve, not for us because we won't be going back.

If you are looking for an old style trattoria with typical Cilento flavors in Salerno, this is the right place. Exquisite appetizers, excellent first courses and homemade dessert. I forgot the delicious dessert (chiacchiere) was offered free at the end of the meal. Excellent prices. I recommend a visit if you are in the area.
