An extraordinary sensory experience that confirms the absolute supremacy of authentic pizza. As soon as you enter, the aroma completely envelops you, anticipating the pleasure of the first bite. The dough is incredibly light, perfectly topped, with a beautifully airy crust and mouth-watering provola cheese. It's impossible to resist indulgence: we started off with a mouth-watering bucatini frittata and finished with a delicious meal. Sincere praise to the staff for their attentive and impeccable service. Special mention for offering us a taste of a truly exceptional extra virgin olive oil: a Marsicani produced just a few kilometers from here, which has rightfully been named Italy's best for years. A classy touch that demonstrates their absolute care for the local area. A well-deserved five stars!

A good, very light pizza with top-quality ingredients

I've been to this place three times in the last year, hoping to find the right evening, also considering the numerous 5/5 reviews I've read, but in my case, every time it was a terrible experience, mainly with the staff who took the orders because they were unhelpful, regardless of the day of the week I went.... Waiting times were excessively long for orders, even on two weekday evenings and not during holidays.... Personally, the pizzas didn't convince me, either me or my guests, every time.... Nothing special enough to live up to the awards displayed in the place.... without a doubt, the ingredients are high-quality because they are likely zero km.... The place is located on the main road and there is parking available, even if it is very touristy in the summer.

Found by chance during the Camino de San Nilo, the best pizza I've ever eaten. The quality of the dough and the toppings, including the olive oil, were exceptional. The waiter, Aurelio, pleasantly explained to us the philosophy they adopted to achieve this incredible quality, conveying their passion for the region and its history.

Best Neapolitan-style pizza in Caselle and the surrounding area. They even prepare your pizza for you right away. Their closing time is very flexible; definitely worth a visit.

A spacious two-story restaurant with outdoor seating: a veranda on the ground floor and a terrace on the upper floor. The decor is simple and understated. On the walls are black-and-white photographs of everyday life in the village, rural landscapes, and crafts from days gone by. A lovely evening with friends on weekdays, enjoying the space and helpful staff, which is not always a given on weekends, when they have to accommodate a multitude of customers. Excellent pizza, made with high-quality ingredients and workmanship. Very digestible.

He enthusiastically and thoroughly extolled the local products, recommended the exceptional Nutella and orange pizza, and shared his homeland's traditions with us. I have to say, the pizza was delicious. The place was busy but lively, perfect for spending an evening chatting and sipping an excellent beer. I recommend making a reservation.
