Il Belvédère a Pisciotta (SA) un indirizzo top, non solo per la vista mare, ma sopra tutto per il cibo cucinato con passione della proprietaria. Inimitable kindness and courtesy. Stunning view which makes up for the obvious shortcomings in the kitchen. Worthy of note are the breaded and fried anchovies. Quality and quantity inversely proportional to the bill. I'm sorry but I don't recommend it.

Maybe use more qualified staff in the room.... For the rest, the place is nice and honest in the food and the bill.

Quick stop in Pisciotta for dinner and we choose this place on the advice of people we met on the beach this summer. The location is certainly fantastic and the staff too, friendly and quick (in any case the place is not at all full this evening). The expectations for the goodness of the dishes were higher. Vegetables as an appetizer, good aubergines and courgettes, cabbage too but very salty. The shellfish with seafood, a plentiful dish but too seasoned with oil. Fried calamari and prawns, good and tender, a little thin but salty despite having asked not to add any. House wine, just a taste because we didn't like it. Therefore, since there are no alternatives, we opt for a Falanghina prosecco, not bad. Quality/price ratio: excessive.

Ristorante senza pretese e con atmosfera familiare. Il proprietario sa sempre consigliare qualche piatto di giornata cucinato dalla moglie (ottima cuoca). Il personale è gentilissimo e veloce (in particolare Maria la nipote del proprietario) Piatti tipici della cucina cilentana a volte rielaborati con un po' di fantasia; da non perdere la degustazione del "Cauraro". Pesce di giornata e una vista sul mare assolutamente impagabile. In rare giornate con atmosfera secca e limpida si arriva a vedere il vulcano di Stromboli. Uno dei ristoranti da non mancare se si va a Pisciotta per un'esperienza gastronomica semplice e sincera. Prezzi assolutamente accettabili e sotto la media.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte. Il personale familiare è gentile e disponibile. La stanza datata ma comunque pulitissima, presenta ogni necessità dal phon ad un piccolo kit di cortesia. Colazione nella norma. Il prezzo è giusto in rapporto alla qualità. Cenno particolare alle terrazze con una vista mozzafiato. Consigliato
