Well, the dish presented today by Chef Carlo at the TERRENOSTRE Restaurant in Mercato San Severino was one of those you remember long after you leave, because "wisdom at the table" always bears fruit! The delicacy of broccoli and the savory flavor of mussels coexist sublimely in this dish, which can be enjoyed at TERRENOSTRE even out of season: compliments to the Chef!
