25/05/2025: For what they’re charging, I would expect the condition of the rooms to be a bit higher than what we experienced. We stayed on the fifth floor, with a small balcony looking over the bay of Naples. The room size was fine, and the view fantastic, but the couch fabric was frayed, and there was significant corrosion on the metal on the bathtub fixtures, and the makeup lamp light was burned out and pulling away from the wall. They supplied us with some good quality instant coffee in the room, with ceramic cups, but there were no glasses supplied (only paper cups). We needed a new lightbulb in the desk lamp and the bathroom mirror, and a second blanket, which was apparently a standard (the front desk told me to check in the closet for the second blanket), but was missing from our room. We had to call three times to get the blanket and never got the lightbulb until the next day when we stopped at the front desk. To be fair, once we asked in person for the replacement bulb, they did send someone up immediately but were not able to replace the light in the makeup mirror or fasten it more securely into the wall. They gave us the option to switch rooms, which we declined. The service staff was very polite and tried to be helpful, but they were quite busy. There was no front door person, and no assistance readily available for help with luggage. Breakfast was in a beautiful sunny space, and there was a good selection of options for just about every appetite. If I were to rate this hotel on a star system, they’d earn about a 3.5 star rating.

21/05/2025: Great location. Friendly staff. Pleasant room was functional, good size and a lovely view over the water of the castle and capri. Comfortable bed. Would use again. Entrance is not pram or wheelchair friendly especially when they have the normal doors closed and only the revolving one is available. Pool is closed outside of summer which includes all of May. The breakfast is typically Italian (Italians don’t do breakfast), but is acceptable enough to get your day going and included in the price it was still welcome.

06/06/2025: Siamo stati davvero bene, Il cibo era ottimo. L’ambiente è tranquillo e piacevole, ma quello che fa davvero la differenza è il personale: super gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Davvero un bel posto, ci tornerò volentieri.

23/04/2025: Personale estremamente maleducato, zero rispetto del cliente. Attività che lavora con odio, invidia e frustrazione. Sconsiglio vivamente questo “locale” (se così si può chiamare) a chiunque abbia un minimo di rispetto per sé stesso. Appena varcata la soglia, più che sentirti cliente ti senti giudicato: occhi che scrutano, sguardi che sezionano, e un brusio costante che si trasforma presto in un teatrino di pettegolezzi da quattro soldi. Il personale? Più interessato a sparlare dei presenti e degli assenti che a servire con professionalità. Non ci tornerò mai più.

30/05/2025: We celebrated our baby girl's baptism at the "White chill out lungomare" ... What can I say, everything was perfect! Truly wonderful staff. Every request was fulfilled. Fresh and quality food, we received compliments from practically all the guests. We can't wait to go back. Congratulations ♥️

25/05/2025: Located on the seafront of Pozzuoli, a little gem, which delights your palate with its excellent specialties. You can taste a welcome entree of a shrimp covered in almonds ... and then follow with appetizers unique in their flavor, simple foods enriched with the imagination of the Chef who goes beyond the various ethnic groups ... all accompanied by an excellent wine list ... if I could I would give 10 stars, the service is impeccable and excellent the waiters Guido and Rosario are of the highest level where at every meal they describe the excellence of each course. Treat yourself to a fundamental stop for you. Very well connected, with the Pozzuoli subway, with various parking areas.

10/06/2025: Very kind lady. We ask for a takeaway fritto misto to share for two and she immediately gives us directions to make a large portion. She makes us sit on the sofa while waiting, very fast service also because we had told her that our ferry was about to leave... Excellent food.

09/06/2025: Lovely, generational restaurant. Lots on the menu, but not always available. The pizza is amazing. Base is light, fluffy and, for me just right.

04/05/2025: Una vera gemma per chi ama la cucina giapponese con un tocco moderno. Roji non è solo un ristorante, è un’esperienza sensoriale che mescola tradizione e creatività in modo impeccabile. L’ambiente è elegante ma accogliente, con luci soffuse e arredi minimal che ti fanno subito entrare in atmosfera. Il servizio è attento, cortese e ben preparato: ogni piatto viene spiegato con passione e competenza. Il menù è una fusione riuscitissima di gusti giapponesi classici e influenze contemporanee. Ogni portata è curata nei minimi dettagli, sia nel sapore che nella presentazione. Da non perdere i roll speciali della casa (un vero colpo di scena a ogni morso) e i piatti caldi, intensi e pieni di personalità. Anche i crudi sono freschissimi e trattati con rispetto e fantasia. Ottima anche la selezione di vini e sakè, perfetta per accompagnare il viaggio. Consiglio: lasciatevi guidare dallo chef o provate i menù degustazione se volete scoprire l’anima vera del locale. Un posto in cui tornare, e non solo per mangiare: per vivere, ogni volta, qualcosa di nuovo.

29/05/2025: Excellent rotisserie present for decades in Colli Aminei but with a much older past. I said excellent rotisserie but not only: flans, first courses, second courses, side dishes of all kinds, focaccias, vegetables, in short a great high-level gastronomy. A few years ago they expanded on the street front by acquiring other premises that they have used as a restaurant room. The wine list is also excellent. Must try!

28/05/2025: Great experience at 1000 Gourmet for an evening with friends. The place is welcoming and the pizzas are special, mine in particular with aubergine cream really beautiful and tasty. It was Tuesday so with a reservation we were immediately seated but I imagine that on the weekend a reservation is necessary. The desserts are also good. I recommend it!

09/03/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch with a friend of mine in this restaurant we found by chance and we were very impressed by the quality of the service. In particular, the waiter who assisted us was extremely helpful and attentive and was also able to recommend the best dishes, always with a sincere smile which made the experience even more pleasant. Delicious food of course :)

Locale elegante e molto suggestivo, arredato con cura, offre vasta scelta di drink buonissimi a prezzi in linea alle aspettative...forse anche economiche per la location! Personale simpatico e preparato, pronti a dare consigli! Consigliatissimo per un dopo cena elegante
