A real discovery! ❤️ As soon as you enter, you breathe in an authentic Neapolitan atmosphere: you can feel all the passion and tradition in every detail. But the real star is the pizza. Simply extraordinary! Light, fluffy yet well-cooked dough, super-fresh ingredients, and flavors that blend perfectly. Every bite confirms: for me, this is the best pizza I've ever eaten! And then the croquettes... something out of this world! Friendly and attentive service, always with a smile, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you love real pizza made with passion, this pizzeria is simply the best. I'll be back again and again! 🍕✨

25/05/2026: A fantastic restaurant in Naples for natural wine lovers! We were looking for a nice, authentic place after exploring the city, and we stumbled upon Dialetti. The menu is short, but everything is fresh and homemade. Special mention goes to the wine selection, which is truly excellent. It's not a budget option, but the quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes make it worthwhile. The staff is very welcoming.
25/05/2026: What can I say? The "Tasting without De" formula is a blast. I attended the latest event at Dialetti and was truly thrilled. Forget the usual boring, detached wine lessons, the ones where they just explain the scent of the undergrowth: here, you literally sit at the table with the winemaker. A unique conviviality immediately developed, it felt like dinner with old friends. We chatted, laughed, and, above all, we entered the world of the producer, understanding their choices, their history, and what it truly means to follow the rhythms and rules of nature. All of this, of course, accompanied by their natural cuisine dishes, which never disappoint and pair perfectly with whatever you're drinking.

FACIMMECE'NA Pizza

14/06/2026: My review is for the gluten-free pizza. From the look, you can tell the difference compared to a gluten-free pizza. Smaller, lighter in color. High crust (I like it that way)... not thin (personally, I prefer it that way). The flavor is excellent. Above all, it's not full of oil. Often, many pizzerias use plenty of oil to soften the dough. This one, however, was light. I regret not posting photos. The only negative note... After the pizza, I asked for gluten-free ice cream or dessert and... nothing... there was nothing for a celiac. I don't know if there were gluten-free appetizers; I didn't order them. Friendly waiters. Small but welcoming atmosphere. The gluten-free pizza oven is well separated from the other areas. Tip: If you offer gluten-free pizza, it would be nice and fair to ensure that a celiac doesn't experience that "discomfort." It doesn't take much. Attention that makes the difference.
