25/07/2025: One of the best in Campania. Excellent service, imaginative and delicious appetizers, exquisite first courses, but the highlight is the meat: from a simple entrecote to a T-bone steak, it melts in your mouth. A fantastic experience.

24/07/2025: The royal continental, a hotel I thought I wouldn’t like at first but that changed quickly. The breakfast was so nice as well as their location, the beach, the castle, the nearby shops, the gelato, all a 10/10. My only concern was them not having an iron, we requested it but to my surprise they said that they didn’t own any except one which is used for room service and extra charge. Other than that the hotel is perfect, Update review, While I was surprised to find that ironing machines were not available, I later learned that this was due to a past incident which led management to discontinue the service as a safety precaution. I appreciate their concern for guest well-being, and I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that this decision was made with the best intentions in mind.

31/07/2025: We ordered rare meat and they brought it overcooked. I had asked for Angus, but instead they brought me a slice of heifer. When we complained about the mistake, they candidly replied: "Oh well, but you ate it!" Not only disorganized and careless, but also rude. As far as I'm concerned, they can only sell sandwiches and salami: grilled meat isn't for them. I'll definitely never go back.

22/07/2025: We were greeted with great warmth and kindness by the restaurateur, who immediately made us feel at ease. The appetizers were delicious, accompanied by excellent homemade bread, crispy and served still warm. For first and second courses, we tried an amazing Genovese, bucatini with rabbit sauce, and a light and crispy mixed fried fish dish, truly delicious. We also enjoyed the house wine and an amaro (bitter liquor) kindly offered by the host. Excellent traditional cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

18/05/2025: It goes almost unnoticed because it is located along the road that goes to Bacoli in a narrow point where it is difficult to stop. But you can park comfortably on the port behind it from which the bar is easily reached through an alley. I had a simple breakfast of coffee, cappuccino, croissant so I do not feel like evaluating the food. What I really liked, however, is the bistro atmosphere of the Parisian Rive Gauche, with that elegant spontaneity that makes you feel immediately good, and at home. The owners (I think), both very kind, correspond to the place and have the same elegant, sober spontaneity. In short, as I often say in my reviews, the food is not the only thing to evaluate: if I go to a place I want the overall experience to be positive, and this is one of those cases. Well done.
