06/01/2026: I visited this place around a year and a half ago on holiday and it was the most memorable part of my trip, hence why I'm writing this review despite the time that has passed. The atmosphere was amazing with super nice and lively staff, wonderful service and genuinely THE best pizza I've ever eaten in my life!! I think back to it every month or so, definitely go visit this place if you happen to be in the area!

07/04/2026: Drawn by the reviews, I decided to try this little restaurant in Bacoli during a relaxing morning with my family. It was a perfect choice, and I consoled myself. The spaghetti col ricco were exceptional, the mussels superb despite it not being the best time of year, and the grilled swordfish was perfect. The service was competent and courteous. The prices were fair, in line with the quality. I'm sorry I only discovered it now; I'll be back as soon as I'm in the area.

02/05/2026: A historic pizzeria in Frattamaggiore, near Cognone Fornito, famous for its family tradition of traditional pizzerias. I had a croquette with buffalo mozzarella, pistachio, and mortadella, which was delicious. Then there were the house chips, which were even better than the croquette. Then there was the pistachio pizza, a gourmet dish, also definitely worth trying if you like white pizzas. On weekends, there's a 20-minute wait, with the option of being seated either in the ground floor or the indoor dining room. Fast and friendly staff, average prices.

09/05/2026: A tobacconist's bar that bills itself as a refined and trendy restaurant. A bit presumptuous, in my opinion. The cuisine is neither good nor bad. The prices are decidedly high for what they offer (spaghetti with scarpariello sauce costs €14, for example). The place is small and gets crowded easily. The staff is frenetic. I recommend it for a very casual midweek dinner.

The quality of the fish was excellent, and the dishes we tried were expertly prepared. One dish in particular left us speechless; the risotto was truly delicious. Highly recommended! 01/09/2025: We stayed in the apartments at the end of August, and our stay was incredibly surprising: the view is breathtaking, the service, quality, and food at the restaurant below the accommodation are wonderful. There's a homely atmosphere, and the courtesy, kindness, hospitality, and beauty of the location set this place apart. Getting around is easy with public transportation, which is always available, with two stops just steps from the apartment, or by scooter. Sole Nascente is located on the side of the island with the most interesting places to visit, such as Sorgente Bay, Citara Beach, Forio, and Sant'Angelo. I recommend dining at the agriturismo to admire the seascape, which is also clearly visible from the apartments. If we were to return to Ischia, this would be our first choice.

12/08/2025: The place is very family-friendly, with various rooms and beautiful views, but with some details that are lacking in maintenance. The service lacks empathy for new customers. It's a local restaurant where everyone already knows where to eat, but for tourists, they should offer options and recommendations about the restaurant. However, what we ordered (already recommended by other locals) was divine... excellent cuisine.

08/05/2026: The best sushi in the area. Despite the all-you-can-eat formula, the dishes are carefully crafted and fresh, and above all, the food is excellent and the service impeccable. It's rare to find an all-you-can-eat restaurant where the kindness of the staff makes such a difference. Varied dishes, fresh fish, and minimal wait times. Five stars well deserved!

02/05/2026: Delicious sushi, perhaps the only best I've ever tasted, a spectacular Philadelphia... ravioli are simply exquisite... very tasty sashimi and excellent cleanliness... we chatted a lot with the owner and she was very kind... we ate it yesterday and we'll be back tonight 😍

30/12/2025: French: This was a really great place. We drank cocktails, all homemade. Very good. The servers were all very friendly, no pressure. The prices are reasonable. Despite the extensive menu, the cocktails are very good, thank you to them.

15/11/2025: A nice place to enjoy your local beer (I recommend the Rosso) and the Quarteri Spagnoli atmosphere. Family-owned, I believe. Friendly people and they had the football game on tv.
