29/09/2025: A local shopkeeper recommended this place, and I thank him. A light dinner, fresh fish cooked simply but showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. The meal was delicious, and it's a shame I was alone because they have an excellent wine list. But they opened a Greco for me, which was pretty good even for just a glass. Well done! Highly recommended. ...and congratulations on the vinyl collection, rightly on display for customers to browse. Again, well done!

22/10/2025: Michelin star restaurant so has a high bar and it did not disappoint. Extensive wine list, impeccable service, and steller dishes. Amuse bouche to start, great bread basket, appetizers were on point and main dishes were very flavorful and surprisingly not overly petite. Small dessert tray and lemoncello shots to end the night. They have several different dining options and we were recommended the patio which is BEAUTIFUL. However, we were seated at the end of the patio and did not know it is also a public walkway. We had people walking past us looking at us and our food throughout the night which was a little awkward and tiring. If you sit outside, make sure to not get seated on the end by the corner.

He said, “Tell me what you feel like eating ; even if it’s not on the menu, I’ll make it for you.” It wasn’t just dinner; it was pure emotion. I felt like a child again; sitting in my grandfather’s kitchen; surrounded by love, comfort, and the scent of something wonderful being made just for me. Each plate was a masterpiece; crafted with passion, precision, and soul. Every flavor told a story, every bite carried warmth. The waiter’s kindness completed the experience; it felt like family, gathered around the table after years apart. Il Buco isn’t just a restaurant; it’s home, heart, and passion served on a plate, a place where food becomes art, and emotion becomes flavor.

22/09/2025: The best pizza on the entire island! The owner is incredibly nice. The prices are commensurate with the quality, which is very rare here 😉 I recommend it to everyone, even if it's just a slice. We went from Royal Palm just for this pizza 🤩

19/09/2025: Tonight I was strolling through the heart of Forio d’Ischia, and my craving for a true Neapolitan pizza led me straight into Bar Pizzeria La Stambata, right in the lively Piazzetta. Don’t let the casual look fool you—this place is a hidden gem! 🍕✨ I asked for a table for two and was curious about the slogan on the team’s t-shirts: “Le Viege.” The owner (Geppo, if I caught the name right) smiled and explained it’s their signature pizza. The way he described it—well, let’s just say I didn’t even bother looking at the menu. I ordered Le Viege for myself and a porcini pizza for my partner. When the pizzas arrived… wow. I should have asked about the size—it was the BIGGEST pizza I’ve ever seen! At first glance, mine looked like a mountain of salad: wild crunchy rocket, sweet juicy tomatoes, and generous shavings of parmesan. For a moment, I thought: “Wait, did I just order a salad?” 🥗😅 But then came the surprise. Hidden underneath this heavenly garden was the actual pizza—perfectly folded, oozing with melted cheese, Parma ham, salami, and porcini mushrooms. Every bite was an explosion of flavors. Pure bliss. 🤤 My partner’s porcini pizza? Equally delicious. And of course, everything went down beautifully with a cold Italian beer. 🍺 This place isn’t just a pizzeria—it’s an experience. 27/09/2025: The quality and flavor of the food is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. We arrived early without a reservation; there was no line to the dining room, only takeout. We waited 30 minutes for the pizzas. There were three of us, and the fried pizza was excellent, light and not greasy. The ingredients were excellent; my Cetara pizza arrived a little undercooked, as pictured, but it was still good, with a melt-in-the-mouth crust.

12/10/2025: We found this pizzeria by chance. We went with a couple of friends, us from Rome and them from Catania. Intrigued by the good reviews, and close to the B&B, we decided to give it a try. I have to say that from the outside, it doesn't look very inviting, but as always, the appearance doesn't make the man, and this time it was more true than ever. The appetizer of spectacular fried pizza hearts and the fantastic, very large pizzas. 8 for the food. If we're in Naples again, we'll definitely be back.
