21/04/2026: I've been looking for a restaurant near Naples Central Station for days. I chose the old trattoria da Donato because of the positive reviews and the fact that it opened in 1956 (they closed yesterday). I stand by those reviews and am satisfied with my choice. Despite a small disagreement with a waiter, which was resolved promptly and politely, I can only recommend this trattoria to everyone. Furthermore, the clientele is well-mannered, mostly small groups of friends or families, making it even more recommended.

20/04/2026: It's a shame I only discovered this restaurant on my last day in Naples. Without a doubt, one of the best meals we had in Naples, but beyond that, the service was incredible. The restaurant owner (Marilene), granddaughter of the founder, is passionate about what she does and coordinates everything with great excellence! Incredible experience! I hope to return soon!

05/10/2025: Too bad I can't give 0 stars. Ordered pizzas and frittatas for home delivery. After a reminder for missed delivery, they told me they were arriving. They arrived cold and the frittatas were flattened. Never again...absolutely avoid.

Very good traditional Neapolitan dishes with well-balanced flavors. Central location and convenient if you're in the Chiaia/Toledo/Teatro San Carlo area. I'm satisfied.

25/03/2026: Today I had a simply perfect experience. In a city like Naples, having almost no wait is a true luxury. I ordered a pizza with seafood, shellfish, and it turned out to be a spectacular marvel: incredibly fresh fish and top-quality ingredients layered on a dough as light as a cloud. I hadn't eaten such a good seafood pizza in years. The staff is truly top-notch: friendly, fast, and attentive to every little request. I left feeling full and incredibly satisfied. 12/04/2026: Not bad value for money, but the cooked food could be much better without affecting the cost of the ingredients, which is what makes the difference between a canteen and a restaurant, don't be offended.

The added value of this splendid property is Rosita and Mariagrazia, who welcome you and guide you step by step through the planning of your event. We organized a wedding in two months and everything was perfect. The guest reviews are incredibly positive, and we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend the property. ❤️
