23/08/2025: Pizzeria just outside Caserta, located in a clearing between several apartment buildings. Nice and clean place, we've been going there for a while now, and the outside is nice. Lately, I've found it a bit pricey; the food is good, but I think €76 is too much for four pizzas, two small lager beers, a Coke, and a Fanta. The pizza is good, but average, and the view isn't exceptional. This isn't a criticism, just my personal opinion. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

28/08/2025: Authentic traditional cuisine, in a hidden corner of Caserta's city center. A genuine welcome, with a special mention for the aperitifs (since the kitchen was opening in 10 minutes): what a spritz! We tried appetizers and first courses: everything was exceptional—the mozzarella, no matter how good, melted in your mouth. The price was absolutely excellent, considering the quality. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: WE HAD LUNCH TODAY, A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION WITH AN EXCELLENT QUALITY/PRICE RATIO, EXQUISITE CUISINE, HOME-MADE DESSERTS, A DELICACY, SEAWEED FRITTERS, AN EXPLOSION OF TASTE PUPILS, it should be noted that everything you eat will be an explosion of flavours.

26/10/2025: A truly excellent experience at Truth Restaurant! The atmosphere is meticulously crafted, the service attentive and friendly, and the dishes combine creativity and authentic flavor. Each course expresses a unique concept, with quality ingredients and impeccable presentation. The wine selection is also excellent. A place we'll happily return to, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. Highly recommended!

As a restaurateur, I would say: "The quality of the raw materials is extraordinary, with ingredients clearly selected with care." The cooking methods were precise, enhancing each component of the dish without overpowering it. The cuisine expresses a clear vision: solid technique, respect for the product, and a great balance of flavors. A restaurant that deserves attention, perfect for those seeking authenticity and uncompromising quality. Deserves more.

11/09/2025: Quite a bit expensive, except that I would have preferred the cured meats with less fat for the appetizer.

07/09/2025: I went there last night for the first time. The place is gorgeous!! Both inside and out. Clean and tidy!! 10 out of 10!!! Finger-licking appetizers! Very good pizza!!! 5-star salmon. Attentive service. The only flaw: we waited a bit too long for appetizers and pizzas. I must say, however, it was very crowded. But I'll definitely be back!! Reservations are recommended.

13/10/2025: Wonderful inn, the owner Angelo is a special person who truly makes you feel at home. Simple dishes but with refined, high-quality products (fresh homemade pasta, extraordinary cured meats and cheeses, meats that melted in your mouth with tenderness... their own wine, etc.) Everything was excellent and very, very plentiful!!! We had a wonderful Sunday. Thank you for everything, and see you next time! 😉
