08/03/2025: ¡Qué hallazgo! Las críticas brillantes en italiano nos llevaron a este hermoso restaurante. Tuvimos una encantadora conversación con el propietario, que claramente se preocupa profundamente por promover las ofertas más características de la región y la temporada. Aunque se especializan en mariscos, el chef fue amablemente complaciente en variar algunos platos a nuestra dieta vegetariana, tanto en la selección de antipastos como en los primi. No podíamos irnos sin probar el crumble de peras de postre. Esta fue una experiencia amable.

20/10/2024: Quiet place and excellent dinner (midweek evening), then talking with the architect Cassano was really pleasant. If I had to look for a single note.....maybe they should equip themselves a little better with the menu for those who eat gluten-free.

Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione ed è stata un’esperienza culinaria fantastica!!!ma devo dire anche un’esperienza familiare xke ti senti a casa grazie alla gentile ospitalità del signor Mariano e dei suoi collaboratori,moglie,figli e chef. E’difficile oggigiorno trovare un proprietario così bravo e accomodante, molto preparato:ci ha spiegato con accuratezza ogni singolo piatto e ci ha servito il giusto vino da abbinare ad ogni piatto. 27/09/2024: io ed il mio fidanzato ci siamo recati in questo bellissimo ristorante esattamente un mese fa, non appena siamo entrati non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di notare la gentilezza e la cordialità di Peppe, il cameriere che ci ha seguiti per la nostra cena, abbiamo assaggiato il loro olio, successivamente acquistato data la bontà, a seguire abbiamo ordinato il polpo all’insalata rivisitato ed una tartare di tonno rosso eccezionale, per ultimo ma non per importanza abbiamo avuto l’onore di assaggiare la frittura più buona della costiera, la cozza fritta dovrebbe essere patrimonio dell’unesco! Ci rivedremo sicuramente al più presto.

20/04/2025: I ordered the amatriciana – it was delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and you can even watch the chefs as they cook. Just a heads-up: if you don’t have a reservation, you might wait up to 30 minutes during peak hours. But it’s worth it – I highly recommend it.

03/04/2025: A dream of a fillet! The beef fillet at Ristorante Melchiò was simply outstanding – tender as butter, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Rarely have I eaten something so brilliant! The service was warm and the view was simply fantastic. Clearly: a must for connoisseurs!

28/12/2024: We were guests for lunch. Welcoming and warm environment, the always kind and helpful dining room staff served us expertly cooked traditional dishes. The highlight is the enormous playground and farm trail which makes it an ideal place for families with children who can have fun in the open air between one course and another. Thanks again for everything, all the best.

27/04/2025: Premetto che conosciamo questo posto ci siamo sempre trovati bene, tutto ottimo ma da rivedere assolutamente lo scontrino! Una Frisona segnalata a 7 euro l’etto ci è stata segnalata sullo scontrino 100 al kg. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e ci è stato detto che la carne frollata ha un supplemento. Non abbiamo chiesto noi carne frollata nè ci è stato detto quando ci è stata servita. Ed onestamente siamo nel settore delle carni e conosciamo bene il sapore inconfondibile della carne frollata “DI 90 GIORNI” e vi assicuro che quella che ci è stata servita non lo era! Peccato davvero, sappiamo che la qualità si paga e su questo non ci sono dubbi ma questa volta siamo stati presi in giro!
