It was really great pizzeria - especially pizza with Burrata. The owner was attentive and caring, and he serves on his own. There are enough tables and clean toilet.

The owner has been a trusted name in the industry for over 30 years! Naturally, they always use quality products and offer prompt, timely service. A notable detail is their use of special cutlery for tasting, especially the knife. A remarkable variety of combinations and flavors. The dough is light and fragrant. The space itself isn't particularly large, but the parking lot makes finding a spot easy. Highly recommended!

As a celiac from Campania living in the north, eating a decent pizza at the right price has become an epic feat. Not here at Carmine's, the best pizza I've ever had. Light, delicate, and super digestible. It was truly a pleasant discovery. I highly recommend it. I can't wait to try the other delights on the menu.

I think "lightness" and "easiness to digest" are the strengths of this pizza (not to mention its deliciousness!). This evening I ordered takeout pizzas via WhatsApp, but I've had the pleasure of eating here before. The location is excellent (close to the highway and a short drive from both Avellino and Atripalda) and has ample parking. The place isn't huge but it's very welcoming, so I think it's always best to book, especially if you're a large group. The menu offers a remarkable variety of pizzas and fried foods, complemented by recommendations (including possible ingredient variations) from the staff to help you find the perfect pizza. Speaking of which, the last but FUNDAMENTAL detail is the service. Every time I've been to this pizzeria, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff has been the icing on the cake of a perfect setting!

Perhaps it's because places where you feel welcomed with kindness and thoughtfulness predispose you to judge positively, or perhaps the discreet yet diligent presence of Carmine and his daughters is a significant plus, but the extraordinary pizza dough, the masterpiece of fried zucchini, the deliciousness of the fried pizza strips with white chocolate ensure that my wife, son, and I, every time we think of going to a pizzeria, never manage to deviate from the road that leads to Atripalda at Carmine Ragno.

The pizza was good, but the service wasn't. We waited an hour, during which the customer service was nonexistent except for the owner's friendly greetings upon arrival. I chose a craft beer from Irpinia, which was, unfortunately, undrinkable, and when I ordered a second one, I wasn't even asked why or anything else: it might have been a way to improve, knowing that their beers aren't appreciated. The pizza had very good toppings, the dough was pleasant to the bite, and it seemed excellent in terms of digestibility, but lacked saltiness.
