Al Dente Spaghetteria In Salerno

Intrigued by the place, I passed by by car several times and yesterday I had the opportunity to try it. Since it was Saturday evening, there was a wait, but the process was done quite quickly. The interior of the place is - to my taste - a little too narrow to accommodate the customers and the shouting plus the background music did not allow us to chat peacefully. However, the staff turned out to be friendly and accommodating. The protagonist, pasta, was exalted with the homage to Vittorio and with GUALANEGNA. Impeccable cooking - al dente - and correct portion for my taste. I recommend it, on average between 10-15 euros per person if you don't want to also take starters, wines and desserts. That is, the classic pasta dish as comfort food.

Everything simply good and perfect

The place is nice and modern and the food was very good. I asked for a modification of a dish and they were accommodating, which I appreciated. Only downside is that the service was a little slow and the portion of the tiramisu was a bit small for the price. Overall still a good experience.

The spaghetti is great. Give their special recipes a try. The service is nice and the interior is pleasant. Water is on the house. I definitely recommend this place.

Spaghetti are other level here. We really enjoy the food the mixture of flavours. Very nice food and restaurant. The price also right.

Found this place by chance while looking for a place to have dinner and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We tasted three different specialties and all three were excellent. The service was quite quick. The open kitchen is always a guarantee. Highly recommended.

Davvero una piacevole novità a pochi passi dal centro storico di Salerno. Una spaghetteria in piena regola anche se con pochi coperti e file lunghe. Il menù è vario ed utilizzano un ottimo spaghettone di "Mancini" che tiene bene la cottura. Anche i condimenti sono di qualità così come gli antipasti.

Il locale è molto centrale, e lavora principalmente con le FFSS con le quali hanno una convenzione. La pasta è al dente, di buona consistenza, mentre il sugo è ben preparato. Ahimè il servizio è lento e ho impiegato davvero tanto per avere il mio piatto. Inoltre il locale è parecchio rumoroso
