07/09/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED. Terrible experience. We sat down immediately and ordered via QR code. After ordering, we waited about 30-40 minutes for the sandwiches (the restaurant only had one table besides ours to serve first), not considering one of the sandwiches arrived about 40-50 minutes late. As if that weren't enough, halfway through the sandwich, we had to get up to politely ask if they could bring us DRINKS. (They finally arrived after we'd already eaten half the sandwich.) The sandwich was greasy, like a sponge (at least the one I ordered). Final surprise: when it came to the bill, we found a cover charge that wasn't clearly marked when ordering! PS: I'd give the service 0 stars! Positive notes: Good meat, nice location. Otherwise, not recommended!

31/08/2025: Very good pizza. Bartolomeo (the owner) is very nice and friendly. He speaks very good English :) The pizza is delicious, clean, and the owner is friendly and fun to talk to. If you're visiting Ischia, I highly recommend this place.

26/08/2025: A great restaurant with a beautiful view (terrace). The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a hidden gem away from the crowds of Sorrento. I wholeheartedly recommend it; it's worth a visit!

23/08/2025: A positive experience at Antico Franceschiello. Upon entering, you sense the care and dedication to sharing stories, culture, and traditions. The decor is distinctive, and the service is meticulously crafted. The dessert trolley is enchanting. The only downside is perhaps the portions for the price; they could be a little more generous. Go anyway and immerse yourself in the Sorrento atmosphere, and above all, try the babà and delizia!

Rosita, on the other hand, was my point of reference for every decision: with patience, attention, and a huge heart, she completely realized my dream, taking care of everything down to the smallest detail. The setup was so beautiful it left me speechless; every detail was perfect. A special thank you also goes to Gerardo, who was by my side throughout the evening: with his professionalism and smile, he managed to instill incredible tranquility in me, allowing me to experience everything with serenity. The staff was impeccable, always attentive and available, and the food was truly excellent, rich in quality and flavor. Not a single detail was out of place: everything exceeded every expectation. 07/09/2025: We had lunch today at LA LOCANDA DEI BORGIA for the baptism of our friends' son, we already were on May 1, 2024 and we returned for this event ..... what can I say, very abundant food of the highest quality .... there is the possibility of choosing the land menu or the sea menu ... my wife chose the sea menu and I the land menu, I must say both very abundant and the food was fresh and well cooked ... we were satisfied it is difficult nowadays to find a place where you can feel good and eat very, very well .... not to mention the owner I don't remember the name, a VERY KIND, VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL person, who makes you feel as if you were at home .... he welcomes you very warmly and immediately puts you at ease ..... what can I say, really compliments to this inn ..... we will definitely return as soon as possible .... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING THERE if you want to enjoy excellent food without wasting money .....

06/08/2025: Decided to sit down here to have a drink while we waited for our ferry. Staff is very friendly and warm. Menu is nice with plenty of options at democratic pricing. Drinks are served with a little platter of fried snacks, which is great to ease a little hunger. Did not have the chance to eat, as we were affraid we would miss our boat, but the food at the table next to us looked great 😅 Highly recommend anyone to go here!
