16/05/2025: I loved the food. All the plates were very good. Didn’t like the meatballs but loved everything else. We were on our honeymoon and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. I loved that we watched our meal getting cooked, they’re a big family in there and the food was very homemade and homely and wholesome. 15/05/2025: We had a party of 13. Fantastic service. The food was amazing. The eggplant parmigiana was to die for and the cod was the best I've ever had. (Better than England and Iceland....)You won't be disappointed. Don't forget to order the Tiramisu.

19/05/2025: Eating very well while paying very little, almost nothing. With a few euros, first course, second course, dessert, wine, water. A TRUE MIRACLE from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, reasonable prices and excellent quality. It is not just a restaurant, it is an example. Thank you.

27/04/2025: Sempre guidati siamo stato in questo caratteristico locale, dove abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici della cucina campana, alcuni dei quali non assaporavo da tempo. Il titolare che ha personalizzato il locale, con una attenta scelta dei prodotti e vini proposti di qualità eccelsa. Un piacere per il palato che lascia il segno a chi ama questo tipo di esperienze. Calore e simpatia completano l’esperienza che consiglio e spero di ripetere alla prossima occasione che saremo da queste parti. Complimenti!

26/04/2025: Cena di coppia. Abbiamo trovato questo posto su internet fidandoci delle recensioni. Siamo rimasti più che delusi. In primis il servizio. Abbiamo scelto in totale 3 piatti tra quelli esposti in vetrina, li scaldano palesemente a microonde e ce li servono. Nulla da dire sulla modalità ma innanzitutto non erano ben caldi e soprattutto dopo pochi secondi il terzo piatto era gelato. Nulla cambiava se avessero aspettato a portarci l'ultimo piatto ma eviatavomo di mangiare con l'imbuto. I piatti sobo risultati pesanti e molto conditi. Va bene per riempire la pancia con l' unico vantaggio di spendere poco.

18/05/2025: Vi dico solo che me ne sono andata dicendo: "ci rivediamo molto presto, tipo domani... A colazione!". Mangerei tutti i giorni qui. Ho mangiato l'antipasto misto e la lardiata... Meravigliosi! Ma anche gli altri piatti avevano un aspetto bellissimo. Servizio efficiente e personale simpatico! E anche molto paziente, perché li abbiamo fatti chiudere tardi!

18/05/2025: Vi el nombre en google y tuve que ir ya que comparto un nombre! ¡No decepcionó! La comida era preciosa, pedimos algunas cosas diferentes para compartir, todo estaba delicioso, pero la berenjena era mi favorita. El personal era muy amable y acogedor, sin duda volvería la próxima vez que esté en Nápoles.

16/05/2025: We went there last night as the restaurant was recommended to us. We had a beautiful meal. Sorry, but we forgot to take a photo of each course. We had starters with a main & side dish. Not wine drinkers so I can't comment on their selection. We were not up to pudding unfortunately this time. The menu is a seafood lovers paradise! I could have eaten most of it but my husband has a mollusc allergy so mussels & clams are out. He opted for the mixed starter which had anchovy balls, cod in milk, fish parmigiana and something else. I chose the squid. All gorgeous. For the main I had the small octopus with tomato sauce and my husband had the swordfish steak. Both so tasty. I have never had such well cooked squid and octopus before at a restaurant. So soft and tender. We would absolutely recommend that if you are in the area you pop by and try it. You will not be disappointed ❤️

22/05/2025: Invited to dinner by one of my best friends, my first experience at La Vecchia Casa was truly a wonderful experience. Pellegrino and his staff offered many traditional dishes with the best local raw materials. The three parmigiana of artichokes, aubergines and coppery onion from Montoro are textbook. Local meat that melts in your mouth, a grilled provola with porcini mushrooms to which Pellegrino added grated scorzone truffle from Bagnoli Irpino, chantilly tart and strawberries to finish. Intimate and welcoming atmosphere. A beautiful evening

06/04/2025: I went for dinner and the experience was really pleasant. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff is courteous, helpful and always attentive. We ordered a mixed house starter, followed by ravioli with sauce and a mixed grill. Everything was fresh, well cooked and served with care. The homemade zeppole made by dear Monica are also excellent! Fair prices and generous portions. Definitely a place to return.

06/04/2025: I went for lunch with my family... welcoming environment, super food, top service with Carlo who makes you feel at home straight away. I made the slipper in ravioli with pancakes. Pieces of pork with rocket and potatoes have never tasted so good. Even the children ate everything. Modest prices considering the quality of the food.... highly recommended

29/04/2025: Going to Sant Angelo by bus is an adventure, because you have to be seated at the start to avoid being constantly shaken. Then at the terminus take Antonio's scooter (4 seats) to reach Sant Angelo at the bottom and avoid 20 minutes of walking then 40 on the way back because the slope is steep. The place is splendid!

24/04/2025: 3 day trip, not many but I visited the main things. Get a bus ticket at the port, 11 euros for 3 days, you can go everywhere, the bus service is continuous at all times and reaches any place, you get on and off wherever you want. Luckily I was on uncrowded days, so I got around here really well. I recommend Sant'Angelo, a village to visit on foot, Aragonese castle, 12 euros entrance, MORTELLA gardens, 12 euros, Poseidon spa gardens, after 6pm, to visit, 7 euros... all magnificent!

12/05/2025: We ordered a seafood salad and it was tasteless, then two anonymous seafood risottos, then, still hungry, we ordered a margherita pizza and it was good. the waiters were nice.

07/05/2025: Absolutely amazing family owned authentic Italian! Seafood pasta & risotto is out of this world. Fantastic appetisers. Gluten free options, the mother of the restaurant is GF. Lovely staff- and great drinks. 10/10 ❤️
