We went to Avigliano to eat cod at Osteria Gagliardi. It was truly delicious. The dishes, from appetizers to first and second courses, paired beautifully and delicately with this fish. Excellent value for money. The place is small, but very elegant and not crowded. The service was impeccable, fast, and attentive. It's best to book well in advance because it's very popular. We were coming from Bari, so we drove a bit, but it was worth it.

A delightful surprise discovered by chance during a work lunch break. The first course was excellent (orecchiette, cod, and crusco peppers). Excellent value. I'll definitely be back.

Where, however, tradition is a fundamental characteristic tied to home and family. A lovely restaurant, a cordial encounter with the owners and staff. Kindness, but above all, excellent food. All based on the traditional ingredient, humble yet exquisite: cod. Anyone who travels through these places and has these experiences is left with a lasting impression. A must-try experience, and then return.
