A little place where tradition and innovation find their expression in the form of sweet treats and more... mini pastries, croissants, donuts, tarts, cakes, cake design, cookies, themed parties..., bread, savory appetizers... All always accompanied by a smile, lots of kindness, and availability! Excellent quality... I highlight the use of local, always fresh and minimally processed ingredients. 100% recommended! 2025 update: even better!! The white truffle tiramisu from Serrapotamo is a real delight!

20/10/2025: My friend and I spent a week in this town, and we've had two or three coffees a day here because the owner, Salvatore, has been such a wonderful person to us. He always had a smile and was attentive. Their sunny terrace is fantastic, and I highly recommend the café crème if you're from Spain because we don't have it. But their cappuccino is also delicious. THANK YOU SO MUCH! A big hug from Ainhoa and Julieta.

19/09/2025: Cumuniello is a landmark in Genzano di Lucania, with a long tradition. I've been there several times and have always had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is simple, ideal for those seeking a place steeped in local history.
Their homemade brioches are delicious, but often difficult to find unless you arrive early in the morning.

22/09/2025: We ate wonderfully, from the appetizers (the grilled pecorino was fabulous) to the first courses, not to mention the arrosticini and the Flintstones steak. The house dessert was also delicious. The price was a pleasant surprise!

29/12/2025: We had dinner here on December 26, 2025. It's a truly traditional trattoria, with a small but welcoming atmosphere and a roaring fireplace. The cold cuts were of high quality, as were the rest of the dishes. The owner was friendly and helpful, the food was generous, and the prices were very fair. I hope to return.

08/12/2025: We had an exceptional stay, warmly welcomed by the owners, and the room was clean and warm upon our arrival. The owners, Benito, his mother, and Carmelo, were all incredibly helpful and kind, accommodating every request, even the most unexpected, making us feel at home. The traditional local dishes were spectacular and of the highest quality, all prepared locally. The property, surrounded by greenery, made our stay truly unique. We'll definitely be back!

A charming place with breathtaking views and many well-kept animals.
02/11/2025: We stayed here for a weekend and didn't have a great experience. The rooms had cobwebs, cockroaches, and even the towels weren't changed.
The breakfast was poor, with toast and a couple of cakes.
We had lunch at the hotel and found the prices excessive for the facilities and food.
The room prices are exorbitant for the amenities offered.

Good selection of salads, overall quite comprehensive menu.
I would have given the service a 5 if they hadn't messed up our takeout order:
We put together our €8.90 salad from our cell phone with our choice of ingredients, specifying that we wanted salmon and cruschi peppers.
When we got home, we were surprised to open the packages and find a plain salad WITHOUT ANY SALMON OR CRUSCHI PEPPERS... of a lower commercial value.
Luckily we ordered and the menu was put together from our cell phone; a serious and unprofessional mistake.
I didn't have time to return, but I'll definitely point it out, as I'll have the chance if I ever return.

05/01/2026: Found it by chance while passing through in our camper. We were greeted with hospitality and kindness, Gabriele gave us great advice, and we ate wonderfully. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back if we're in the area again. Thank you (kindness is an added bonus, not always a given).
