30/08/2024: Hostel located in the city of Matera. The facilities are in perfect condition, the rooms have everything you need to have a great stay. The quality of the attention of the owner and her son stood out, they were very helpful during our stay.

24/08/2024: A clean, comfortable place, at a decent price, I recommend it to those with a car and who want to visit the area.

28/03/2025: I ate an amazing pasta here! Everything was good and the vibe of the place was lovely. Very good prices for what you get.

15/03/2025: Food very bland. We tried several dishes (carbonara, brusquetta, lasagne, second set and vegetable soup. We definitely do not recommend it. A plus for the atmosphere, but that's only one plus of this place. We subtract points for the service because the gentleman forgot about one dish that we didn't get at all.

03/11/2024: Fantastic discovery to say the least! We were in the village for a short stay, fantastic welcome, everyone was super kind and friendly, food beyond expectations! Small tip, try all the starters, they are exceptional, the first course with crusco pepper is delicious. If we are passing through or in the surrounding area, Il Caminetto will be our fixed stop! The attention to detail, the internal and external environments, the food, the availability, all small components of a perfect puzzle. Very careful with guests who, due to various needs, could not eat certain dishes. Finally, the icing on the cake, namely the owner Anna, an exquisite person, always available and particularly attentive in advising you and directing you so that everything is perfect... Choosing Ermica means aiming for the best... We will never stop thanking everyone who works within the structure for making our wedding day unique and unforgettable... Thank you all... 30/09/2024: We chose the Sala Ermica for our wedding reception and we can say that it was a wonderful day. All this is due to the location but above all to the kindness and helpfulness of the sweet Anna and all the staff! We had appreciated their skill and kindness already in the months preceding the wedding, while we were defining our day down to the smallest details and throughout the day, we always felt "at ease" since all the staff (without exception) were always impeccable and this gave us enormous pleasure. Aperitif, starters, lunch and dessert buffet were exquisite and all the guests complimented the quality offered and the exquisiteness of the dishes. I thank Anna again for her attention to the smallest details, to the details, from the table linen to the wonderful flowers. Thank you so much for everything you did and for making our day unforgettable!

19/02/2025: Visitato per una cena di lavoro. Locale gradevole: non di lusso ma accogliente e caldo. Il proprietario è molto cortese ed aiuta nella scelta dei piatti. Il pesce, i molluschi ed i crostacei sono freschissimi e preparati con cura e qualità. Dunque ottime le materie prime ma egualmente ottima la professionalità in cucina (notare "a vista"). Carta dei vini non ampia ma con sufficiente possibilità di scelta (ricarico onesto). Porzioni direi generose. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente corretto. Tornerò sicuramente.

Stesso stile lo ritrovi nei piatti proposti, noi abbiamo preso l’antipasto percorso di mare dove viene proposto una mini porzione di tutti gli antipasti…buonissimo il baccalà in pastella. Poi abbiamo preso i primi e consiglio sicuramente gli spaghetti al nero di seppia, spettacolari; uno dei primi al nero di seppia più buoni che ho mangiato. Buoni anche il risotto ai 3 carciofi e non male gli spaghetti all’assassina, ma nulla di eccezionale a mio avviso. Ottimo anche la tagliata di tonno. Buonissimo il pane che propongono, fatto direttamente dalla chef. Abbiamo provato più dolci, ma il numero uno il tiramisù da comporre direttamente al tavolo. Ottima proposta di vini, molto variegata e che copre tutti i gusti. Servizio impeccabile e curato per i dettagli, personale veloce ed attento. Tappa consigliata, meglio prenotare.

23/02/2025: Truly a nice discovery. The cuisine is excellent, with some very slight flaws (but nothing serious) on the service, probably linked to the full room and, therefore, to the fact that the cuisine is particularly appreciated! Quality raw materials, generous portions, excellent "hand" in the kitchen. Combined with a walk along the seafront, it heals body and soul. Congratulations to chef Enza Crucinio.

19/10/2024: Once upon a time the simple margherita pizza was excellent, but the price varies according to the owner's mood, sometimes 5 euros, other times 8 euros. 🥴🥴🥴 Be careful, they bring the chips to your table as a gift and gesture of courtesy, then they make you pay for them with the excuse that you didn't refuse them. You can only find buffalo mozzarella if you go to Caianello.🥴🥴🥴
