08/10/2024: Gran ubicación y cerca de todo. Buen lugar para tener un almuerzo rápido y re energizar. Personal muy servicial Tuve la berenjena parmigiana y mi esposa tuvo la sopa de guisantes tradicional. Si te gusta la berenjena entonces esto es una necesidad y es mucho mejor que lo que tenemos en América. Tiene un queso no tan pesado, lo que lo hace mucho más ligero. La sopa era más una comida que una sopa, así que no la recomiendo.

Piatti tipici, materia prima di qualità. Complimenti anche perché mia moglie, vegana, é stata accontentata senza riserve.

05/12/2024: Worst place we've ever stayed in. Rooms are clean and spacious, but that's it. There are a lot of rooms approx 300, but around the pool only about 40 sunbeds, so if you're not there early, you'll be sitting on the floor, because even the chairs at the pool bar are always full due to the lack of sunbeds. They do have a private beach at about 3 miles from the resort, they provide you with a shuttle service, but the organisation is bad and don't get me started on the road to get to the resort, very long and narrow for miles and miles, never again. Breakfast was not enough for all the guests and the staff was very rude, including the manager, plus the manager would sit and have his breakfast instead of making sure everything is running smooth, to top it all, he'd use a table of 4 all to himself while guests were waiting standing up with their breakfast in their hands for tables to be freed, bonkers and disrespectful. After experiencing the breakfast, we never used their restaurant for tea, instead we dined out since we've traveled by car, luckily, because we found some great places to eat out, but again, they are miles away. So all in all, avoid at all costs. P. S. The only nice staff, ware the boy's at the beach bar.

08/10/2024: I was passing through, I had an appetizer, a large plate of delicious cold cuts and cured meats and then.... His Majesty the "first time" pizza. Ecstatic. A combination of ingredients that gives a PERFECT flavour. Fabulous. I would go back just for that pizza. Then the clean environment, efficient and friendly staff... But that pizza... Legendary

01/08/2024: Roseto Capo Spulico is a beautiful town on the border between Calabria and Basilicata, overlooking a splendid 2024 Blue Flag sea and dominated by the famous and once important castle, through which the Holy Grail apparently even passed. On the beautiful seafront there is the La Stiva restaurant, a nice surprise for fish lovers. The staff, kind and attentive, offered us for dinner an unmissable and rich seafood appetizer, an amazing tuna calamarata and delicious linguine with cuttlefish ink and prawns. For the second course, excellent cod on a bed of courgette and mint pesto. Balanced account. To repeat.

28/07/2024: The cuttlefish ink tagliolini with stracciatella and raw prawns were excellent... the tuna & green apple tartare were delicious! Owner always present and attentive in service. Great selection of wines!

08/09/2024: Tra i paesaggi e scorci di una storia che proviene da lontano, c'è Il ristorante "Palazzo dei Poeti". Veramente ben curato e super accogliente. Servizio eccellente da parte di Paolo, il proprietario, gentilissimo e super preparato. Cortese nei modi e disponibile. Tutto quello che è descritto nel menú è veramente ottimo!! Un consiglio: Andate! Ci ritorneremo davvero per tutto ciò che ci è stato offerto dalla cordialità, ospitalità alla… bontà dei cibi!

22/08/2024: Ho cenato con alcuni amici alcuni giorni fa. Ottimo ristorante ed affascinante location nella vecchia Tursi, nel quartiere della Rabatana. Buonissima la cena allietata dalle poesie dí Albino Pierro e di Antonio Popia. Il ristorante è anche attento alle intolleranze. Una bellissima esperienza, consigliatissima!
