Although we had made a booking for a table outside when we arrived we were told that the weather is not good (it was very good btw) and that we can’t sit outside. Expensive food but not so good! Although the place is very beautiful and the welcome plates that came to us were the most delicious of the night hahaha.

There were four of us (two couples) at Regia Corte, and we had made a reservation in advance. The restaurant itself is truly beautiful. The open kitchen, the impressive wine cellar, and especially the breathtaking view create a wonderful ambiance. The food also impressed us – very high quality and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is, of course, on the pricier side, which is perfectly acceptable and to be expected for this type of establishment. Unfortunately, the overall excellent impression was completely overshadowed by the service. The head waiter, a rather young employee, repeatedly treated us disrespectfully and arrogantly. He repeatedly referred to us as "children," which we found extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. Even more unpleasant was the fact that he treated his colleagues arrogantly and condescendingly right in front of the guests – behavior that has absolutely no place in a restaurant of this caliber. In addition, we were seated directly in front of a jukebox that was much too loud. Only after we complained several times was it turned down. A short time later, the same employee turned the music up again on his phone—as if deliberately ignoring our complaint. We've truly never experienced anything like it. The low point came at the end of the evening: All the remaining guests were offered a complimentary glass of champagne. Our table was pointedly ignored, accompanied by the remark that this was something they did "for good guests." Such an unprofessional and disrespectful comment is completely incomprehensible for a restaurant with this level of prestige. In conclusion: A fantastic location, excellent food, and a great concept. It's all the more regrettable that the entire evening was ruined by unprofessional and disrespectful service. As long as this behavior doesn't change, we unfortunately won't be returning. Overall, the restaurant would be highly recommended if it weren't for the service.

We've been to this restaurant several times over the past few years and have always been delighted. Both the service and the food were outstanding, which is why we were so looking forward to our next visit. Unfortunately, this time things have changed for the worse. The food was still excellent – ​​a huge compliment to the chef and the kitchen team. The quality of the dishes remains at a very high level. However, the service has unfortunately declined significantly. The new head waiter, in particular, didn't make a professional impression. Right from the start, we were pressured into ordering very expensive wines in the €500 to €1,000 range, which we found unpleasant. He also made several inappropriate remarks and reprimanded his staff in front of the guests in a disrespectful tone. Guests shouldn't have to witness such situations. Another negative point was the music. The speaker was located right next to our table, and the music was far too loud. After we politely asked them to turn the volume down, they did so briefly. A little later, however, the music was turned up again and the speaker was pointed in our direction once more. We found this disrespectful. After the main course, we unfortunately felt completely forgotten. No one paid any attention to us, and we had to ask for the bill three times before we finally received it. It's truly a shame that a restaurant with such excellent cuisine has suffered such a decline in service. Our previous visits had all been outstanding, which is why this development is particularly disappointing. We're not sure at the moment whether we'll give the restaurant another chance.

Excellent restaurant, almost bistro-style with a fusion cuisine. Breathtaking views of the city and surrounding area. Impeccable service.

What a beautiful restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the view is magnificent. However, it is very expensive and the portions are small. 10 euros for a Fanta, 15 euros for a glass of wine. And you really have to order quite a few small dishes just to avoid going home hungry. That is a shame, because otherwise it is amazing 🤩
