It is a small but very nice place, with good air conditioning and a large grill right in the room, where the meat is cooked directly, chosen from a nice variety... The tartare and desserts are also very good. Competent and friendly staff. Price in line with the quality of the food provided. A great experience. Highly recommended!

12/06/2025: An unforgettable meat experience in Tuscany During our trip to Tuscany, we had the privilege of dining in a restaurant that we will never forget. Nestled in the Tuscan hills, this place gave us the best Florentine steak of our lives. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and authentic atmosphere, with the scent of embers in the air that already gave us a taste of the evening. The kind and passionate staff guided us in choosing the cut and in explaining the maturation of the meat, strictly Chianina, cooked rare on live embers as tradition dictates. When the Florentine steak arrived - imposing, succulent, with a perfect outer crust and a pink and very tender heart - it was love at first bite. The flavor was deep, intense and pure, with the quality of the meat and the cooking of true masters. Accompanied by a full-bodied Chianti and simple but tasty sides (roast potatoes and grilled vegetables), it was the absolute star of the evening accompanied by a spectacular bottle of red. The restaurant perfectly reflects the soul of Tuscany: authentic, generous and tied to its roots. If you are a meat lover and want to experience the real Florentine steak, this place is a must.

22/08/2025: The experience was unique: more than the food, what struck me was the convivial atmosphere that reigned within the dining room. My hat's off to Dario for creating something truly unique. That said, I wasn't thrilled with the meat and food in general, especially considering we're in Tuscany, home of the Chianina beef, while here the meat is raised in Spain. As for the restaurant, I think there are better places in the area. Congratulations to Dario for the project and the energy it exudes.

21/08/2025: A truly wonderful and fun experience, eating and sharing a table. Excellent food, some classic cuts, and merch in the shop nearby. Fair prices.

07/08/2025: We organized a blind dinner with a couple of friends and I must say that it exceeded expectations. A really nice and welcoming place. Large motorcycle parking. Nice outdoor area for summer dining. Staff always smiling, polite and ready to smile. And what can I say about the food... excellent, I would say we ate for 10 and even the wine did its part! We'll be back soon!

The raw fish dish was very disappointing; the oyster and scampi were flavorless, and the scampi were not peeled. €35 for a very meager dish. Good pizza. Courteous staff. The hand dryer in the bathroom doesn't work, and there was no paper towel. High final bill. Awful asking for a tip at the cashier while paying. **Update after 3 days** They invited me to respond on Facebook to find out what went wrong. I left a polite and constructive response. They decided, being clearly mistaken on many fronts, to first delete my comment, then block me to prevent the review I left on social media from being seen. They only leave positive ones to attract those who haven't been there before. I hope this review on Google will help future customers make a wise choice about where to go. ***REPLY TO THE CAPTAIN*** Good morning, I'm not being mean in any way. I expressed a polite, respectful, and constructive opinion on Facebook after visiting your restaurant. You're incapable of accepting a less-than-positive review, but that's your problem, not mine. I definitely wasn't just talking about the price; I specifically said that the quality wasn't bad, while the presentation of the food was, unfortunately, poorly done. I also spoke well of the dining room staff, for they were kind, unlike you, who writes insults and puts words in my mouth that I've never said, since I haven't called anyone a scammer or a thief. You're talking about pockets, mine in this case... but I'll tell you, without offense, that I chose your restaurant to take my child to a less formal place, therefore a bit "lowbrow," as they say. She shot herself in the foot by thinking she was being clever by deleting a comment—I repeat, polite and constructive—without offending anyone, as she did. We ordered meat main courses and various side dishes (very good meat), it's a shame the famous Florentine steak wasn't there, due to demand from previous tables. The only flaw, however, as I mentioned previously, was the service when ordering. Otherwise, I'll gladly return.
