25/08/2025: The atmosphere was peaceful, and we were greeted warmly at a late hour without a reservation. This was very much appreciated, as we'd been turned down at many other places. I came here on the recommendation of the pasta, and we ordered ragu, cheeses, and wine. Everything was delicious. I came here on the recommendation and would return. The cheese board is best ordered for 4-6 people, and the pasta was very good value for money. They charge 2.5 per person per cover. A good place to come.

09/08/2025: A fantastic experience, absolutely worth a try. First of all, you have to book on their website (they're very well organized). We went for dinner; you're asked to arrive between 7 and 7:30 PM. There's a small aperitif with bread, lard (Chianti butter), and wine/water. Then, at 8 PM, the tables begin to be set up—a much-appreciated idea, a great way to meet new people and share experiences. Once you're seated, the food begins immediately. At the table, we find: unlimited water and wine, a bowl of raw vegetables (carrots, celery, and onions), and a dip. After a few minutes, the various cuts of meat are presented, from the delicious raw meat to the queen, the Fiorentina. We finish with a piece of simple cake, coffee, and grappa. The whole thing costs €50 per person. You won't leave hungry; it's always a pleasure to return.

13/08/2025: The food was good, what I could eat! I regret not having eaten the rest of the order because I'm sure it would have been good too, but after waiting more than 40 minutes for my first course, I realized they'd forgotten, so I had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses and a bowl of chickpeas. The location needs improvement! The service was kind, from the waiter and the owner, but that's not enough. You also need to deliver good service, and that's what's missing in my one experience, both due to the timing and the oversights. It's a shame because the cooked dishes are otherwise good.

13/08/2025: We don't know if we happened to be there on a bad night, but the staff was very agitated. That said, we expected excellent food based on the reviews, but that wasn't the case. Long story short, the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms tasted like a Mexican dish because of how spicy they were (since when does spicy go into a dish like that?) and then the pappardelle with wild boar, which, well, maybe the sauce was Barilla, and the tagliatelle were definitely not Barilla, but rather off-brand, I swear... and already pre-cooked. The Angus steak was the second course... it would have been... but we didn't have the chance to try it because we got up after a 40-minute wait. The reward of the evening (not as excellent culinary-wise as we understood it to be) were the local ladies outside enjoying the night, wonderful 🥰👋🏼

13/07/2025: We ate two evenings at this charming trattoria. The quality of the ingredients and the house red wine were excellent. We can recommend the appetizers, first courses, and meat dishes. We also recommend the amazing panna cotta dessert with real strawberry sauce and whipped cream. For the price, we'd say a generous appetizer shared between two, two meat dishes with sides, a liter of red wine, and dessert cost us €60 for two. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Reservations are required.

08/07/2025: Great place to try local food! We were lucky enough to get the last available table - and it went great. They are not flexible with the cooking point of the meat... But honestly, I get it Would strongly recommend it!

14/08/2025: We had an amazing cooking class with Chef Barbara, who is amazingly fun, talented, passionate about cooking great food and very patience, specially with my 7 year old kids. We all had an amazing morning learning about Tuscan cuisine and a superb meal afterwards. Thanks for creating such a special moment for our family.

27/07/2025: Dinner at Bisteccheria de Il Vaticano in Pietrasanta: absolutely top-notch!!! Impeccable service, attentive and friendly staff. Warm and elegant atmosphere, perfect for a special dinner. The meat? Excellent quality: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for those who love flavor and attention to detail.

14/08/2025: We had dinner at this beautiful place. The view, the location, the animals, and especially the food were amazing. My son had a blast seeing the animals, the games, and the adorable dog. We'll definitely be back!

13/08/2025: In a beautiful setting, we enjoyed a delicious and very generous menu prepared with fresh and local products, typical of Tuscan cuisine. In addition, the wine, from the neighboring winery “Montalbino”, is the best Chianti we have had the opportunity to taste. The waitress was adorable and attentive. A perfect dinner at sunset!

07/07/2025: Rustic place with very kind staff and excellent meat. Absolutely not to be missed for those traveling on the A1 in the Arezzo area. Monte San Savino motorway exit, with a large parking lot right outside. We will also return on the way back north.

16/08/2025: I was just at the restaurant and we ordered €250 of grilled meat, as always. We arrived at 8:25 PM and it arrived at 9:52 PM, but I can understand that it was a hiccup. But since we're tolerant people and aren't used to arguing and arguing, we waited and it finally arrived, very greasy and poorly cooked, in a different way than usual. And we don't understand why; perhaps something has changed. But beyond that, I went to the cashier and politely said it was a bit of a disappointment, and the response was simply, "WEIRD, €250, please." They didn't even pretend to ask for more details, maybe even an apology, and ask if we'd even symbolically offer a limoncello. I'm sorry. I've been going to this place for 10 years, and it's deeply disappointed me...

12/08/2025: This restaurant is a 5 star expirence from start to finish. First off, the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful with romantic lighting and posters all over the walls. The waiters are so professional and kind and the food - it will be the best meal you eat in florence. The steak is so tender with a perfectly seared exterior. The sides of cannelloni beans and mashed potatoes are just divine. This is good food done right! I highly recommend dining here if looking for an upscale experience in Florence for the best steak in the city!
