15/06/2026: July 2025: The best beach resort in the area. Renovated bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and, as expected, a smoking ban under the umbrellas. Well done!

14/06/2026: We went on a Sunday (I recommend reserving an umbrella) and the place is really beautiful. The umbrellas are spaced well apart and the staff is very friendly. For four people—two adults, a girl, and a four-year-old boy—the cost of an umbrella and two lounge chairs was €35 for the whole day. You also have to factor in parking, which was €6 for six hours. We didn't use the self-service option because we thought the portions were too small.

24/04/2026: For years now, it's been our vacation spot, our happy place, our home in the countryside. Super-equipped campsite, cozy and well-equipped cabins. The beach is just a few minutes away, with a shuttle service from morning to evening at excellent intervals. You can also enjoy delicious food at one of the restaurants and grills. Different shows every evening. An ideal place for families, couples, and friends. Large, shaded pitches. You can bring your pets along. What more can I say? See you at Cieloverde in 3 months! 💙💚

13/05/2026: Easily accessible from major roads and a short distance from the city center, the Hotel Minerva is a four-star hotel with ample on-site parking, accessible even late at night thanks to a 24-hour concierge service. The hotel, divided into two buildings connected by the reception, offers impeccable service. The rooms are perfectly spacious for two people. The bathroom is spacious and clean, but unfortunately windowless. All amenities, including a safe, minibar, and television, are included in the rooms. The building also features a restaurant (also accessible to non-hotel guests), a fitness center, and spacious conference rooms. Another convenience is the connection to the city center, just a short walk from the hotel.

13/05/2026: I visited this hotel unexpectedly and was very pleasantly surprised. They managed to have a room ready for me early and we're very helpful considering my unplanned arrival. The restaurant menu and wine list were superb and I had one of the best meals I have ever had in all of Italy in over 20 years of travelling through the country, and in particular in Tuscany. The location was a little Off the Beaten path for my needs, however it was well worth the additional walk in the opposite direction of Center city and is very walkable from the train station. The complimentary breakfast was full service. And the room was priced very gently. I don't have plans to visit the town again but I will certainly return to stay at this hotel, it was a nice luxury treat for myself in the middle of a busy work situation. I highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant and their helpful staff!

08/01/2026: Re Gambrinus is the perfect choice for a big celebration. I've eaten divinely both on New Year's Eve and for several birthdays: the quality of the dishes is consistent and the organization is always impeccable. Their set menus are unbeatable for variety and value, ideal for those who want to enjoy the evening without surprises. The real touch of class is the karaoke, which transforms every dinner into a moment of pure fun and excitement. Excellent food and a fantastic atmosphere; I highly recommend it for any occasion!

01/06/2026: Terrible service!!!!!! 98 euros for a Florentine steak, we had a little less than half left, so we asked to take it away. Once at the checkout, we were told, "We're sorry, it was thrown away. If it had been for a dog, we would have taken it from the bin, but we don't think so." What a waste.....congratulations.

24/05/2026: The tortelli and meat were top-notch!! A great chef. The wait staff were excellent: kind, courteous, and always attentive. The atmosphere was informal, making us feel right at home!

17/05/2026: The food quality was excellent, but the wait times between courses were unacceptable: we waited almost an hour between the first and second courses. It was very busy (Sunday lunch), and I completely respect the work of others, but we didn't receive even a half-hearted apology for waiting so long. Two people at our table received their second courses shortly after us, and after waiting only 15 minutes after the first course. They probably forgot our order, or something went wrong. I would have expected at least an apology for the wait. I repeat, I respect the work of others, and I understand that Sunday lunch is very busy. The food quality was excellent.

29/03/2026: A great place to eat unusual burgers. The place doesn't look great... we're on Via Pistoiese and it looks like the garage of a house down the road. Inside, they've done everything they could to make it nice and welcoming. That aside, my family and I appreciated the young woman who served our table for her proactive presence and helpfulness. The burger was also very good, without too many frills. The meat and fries were good. The cheesecake was also good. Everything was homemade. The beer from the masters is a sure thing. Well done.

26/04/2026: A memorable dinner at L’Antica Macelleria in Pietrasanta! We had a wonderful Florentine steak, truly delicious, cooked to perfection: tender, flavorful, and of exceptional quality. A splendid bottle of Tenuta San Guido wine paired it, making the experience even more special. The restaurant is centrally located, and the outdoor seating creates a delightful atmosphere, perfect for enjoying dinner in the heart of Pietrasanta. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Tuscan meat and flavors.
