Excellent experience, found by chance and immediately put on the list of places to return.

We chose La Finlanda to celebrate my partner's birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the first phone call to the last goodbye, we felt pampered and welcomed in a way that rarely happens. The owner and the entire staff were simply extraordinary: thoughtful, attentive, and available at all times. You can clearly sense the passion and care they put into their work, and that makes all the difference. They made the evening truly special, with a kindness and professionalism that far exceeded expectations. The venue is beautiful, with attention to every detail, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. A perfect setting for a festive evening. And then, the food. Every dish was a true experience: authentic flavors, top-quality ingredients, Tuscan cuisine that respects tradition without sacrificing finesse. Everything was excellent, from the first bite to the last. We'll definitely be back!

The place is beautiful and very well-kept (and clean!). Excellent service, Gianpaolo is an attentive and truly friendly host. The food has nothing but praise. We had the best wild boar ragù we've ever tasted, with handmade pappardelle by Barbara, who takes excellent care of the kitchen.

An impeccable experience for those who love good wine and refined cuisine. We relied entirely on them for the wine selection by the glass and were thrilled: perfect pairings that enhanced every course. The cuisine was top-notch, from appetizer to dessert. A place where expertise meets taste. We'll definitely be back!

An excellent experience at La Filanda in Manciano. We ordered the crispy egg pasta with zucchini fondue and fresh truffle and the Maremma prosciutto heart with Manciano-style schiacciata. Both were delicious, with quality ingredients and beautifully showcased flavors. For our first courses, the paccheri carbonara with Cinta Senese pork cheek, Tuscan pecorino cheese, and fresh truffle was rich and flavorful, while the pappardelle with Manciano-style wild boar ragù was truly excellent, with an authentic flavor. Careful cuisine, excellent ingredients, and a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended.
