Particular environment, on several floors, well-kept, the result of a modern renovation that highlights the ancient, welcoming structure and with a plus for the spaced tables.
Giampaolo in the dining room and Barbara in the kitchen offer hospitality in a polite and competent way, testifying to the territory in an authentic and contemporary way.
The truffle menu was available, of which we enjoyed the egg parcel and the beef steak. The chickpea and soppressa crostoni and the maltagliati with ragù (grandmother's recipe) are excellent. We had a great time and you discover the rest❗️

Excellent service, delicious food, thanks to the chef who prepares the dishes in a traditional way but with a touch of innovation.
Excellent quality ingredients, excellent apple strudel.

Good food but nothing special.
I think the service needs to be reviewed. We didn't feel as pampered as a place like this should be... an open space and quite chaotic environment, the atmosphere we were looking for from that place was missing. Price normal.

This is our 3rd time (aug 2023, nov 23 and jan 24). All three excellent cooking, good wine options and advice with the focus on local area, perfect balance between cosy and comfy with a twist of sophistication and creativity with no pretence or impact on good family traditions. During the summer you can seat outside and have breathtaking sunset! In winter times you have wonderful dining room quite a modern twist to an old building, excellent team of people with a chef and husband playing excellent roles in cooking, wine pairing and friendly atmosphere.

There were 9 of us last night (4 adults, 5 children).
Good food, excellent service, excellent food.
Only one negative note: musty smell as soon as you enter and a lot of mold on the interior walls of the restaurant.

Una cena piacevolissima, ci eravamo stati qualche anno fa, ci ricordavamo che avevamo mangiato bene ma stavolta anche meglio! Locale accogliente, proprietari simpatici che ti mettono immediatamente a tuo agio ma soprattutto abbiamo mangiato all’altezza delle aspettative, bevuto nel modo migliore e signore e signori….. lo strudel con gelato alla cannella PAZZESCO! Grazie di cuore a Barbara chef bravissima che ci ha ridato la certezza che oltre agli chef improvvisati creati dalla tv che oramai nascono come funghi, quelli veri e che amano questo lavoro ancora esistono!

Lots of SUBSTANCE in the Filanda kitchen. Chef Barbara's tagliolini with white wild boar ragù which accompanies her dishes to the table are extraordinary. Everything to our liking. Even the children's menu is absolutely in line with the restaurant. But the authentic passion of the cook emerges entirely at the moment of dessert... there is no need to choose the chef's surprise which will not disappoint you.
In an elegant but sober context we spent a very pleasant evening with the family... thanks to all the staff!! Top
