08/06/2026: I'll start by saying we didn't have a reservation, and they found a seat for us. The playlist was phenomenal, the service was friendly, and the selection was wide. There was a bit of a wait, but the portions were generous. The smoked pork ribs were a bit dry, but the flavor was good. The cacio e pepe burger: the egg was supposed to be fried, but the yolk arrived overcooked. Overall, though, it was good. The price was average for the quantity and quality of the meat.

Bisteccheria del Vaticano was a completely accidental discovery during a special day spent with our mother for her birthday in and around Forte dei Marmi... and it ended up becoming the most beautiful memory of the day. We're not locals, we didn't know the restaurant, and we went in almost by instinct. As soon as we arrived, however, we immediately sensed something rare: that authentic welcome that is increasingly difficult to find these days. Andrea and the entire staff made us feel truly welcomed, with a sincere, unpretentious kindness, built on attention, warmth, and professionalism. The quality of the food left us speechless. Exceptional meat, authentic flavors, carefully selected ingredients cooked with respect. Each dish exudes passion, experience, and love for this work. But what truly makes this place special is the soul that permeates within. We felt good. And when you leave a restaurant with that feeling of lighthearted happiness, it means you haven't just eaten well: you've had an experience. It'll be one of those places we'll recommend to all our friends and anyone who wants to discover something authentic in this area. We were truly delighted. The service is always friendly and welcoming. The owner is passionate, professional, and empathetic. In short, we always want to return. I'm not a big meat eater, but his doesn't weigh me down and is very tasty. The price is fair, and the atmosphere is simple, refined, and the staff are truly attentive, allowing you to eat in peace even if you're near the road. Thank you.
