22/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant often for dinners and birthday parties, and I must say they're always very organized and punctual.
The food is excellent and varied, with pizzas made with different toppings, burgers, steaks, fried foods, and more.
They serve dishes quickly, and the mobile reservation system is especially convenient.

12/03/2026: We stopped here for lunch and were greeted warmly. We only wanted something light and the hostess smiled and said, "Absolutely, Aperitivo!" We looked over the menu and were invited to come to the counter to select the meat for our spiedini. The atmosphere is very casual, but this place offers some very serious steaks! Loved the decor and the service was exceptional.
07/03/2026: An extraordinary experience!
We followed the good reviews and reserved a table via WhatsApp what was super easy. But as we came in off-season it wasn’t needed as we had the whole restaurant all for ourselves.
The staff was super friendly and helpful!
Menu was available printed without pictures or online with pictures.
After a quick chat with the chef we decided to go for a princess cut, the salad with like 1.000.000 possibilities to create and potatoes.
Getting the meat served was some of a kind and you have to experience it on yourself.
One star less it is was somehow weird to go next door into another restaurant which was part of the group to pay.
Still a great place!!

18/03/2026: Frequent regular here and it never disappoints. Easily the best chicken in the area—crispy, flavorful, and consistently done right. Great atmosphere and solid service every time.

09/03/2026: This meat restaurant is located on Cesenatico's historic Via Fiorentini, adjacent to the canal harbor. Despite its small size, the atmosphere is warm and intimate. The owner, Paolo, is professional and attentive to the quality of the ingredients. From the appetizers to the cuts of meat, it's a feast for the palate. The wine selection is comprehensive and interesting. Highly recommended when passing through Cesenatico.
08/03/2026: The meat was excellent, the place was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were fair, I ate really well and I'll be back.

18/03/2026: Unfortunately, I was there the night a dead bug was found in the wine. I agree with the reviews that the wine is served pre-opened, so the waiter's attitude of blaming the supplier is inexcusable. In situations like this, a good restaurant owner would cancel the table bill, apologize, and hope the customer accepts. I definitely won't be returning.
08/03/2026: During a dinner, we chose the menu with "house wine." The bottles were brought to our table already opened, and while I was drinking, I found a dead bug in my mouth. The staff apologized and said they would report it to the supplier. It seems obvious to me that the bottles are refilled instead. A terrible experience.

02/02/2026: Specializing in burgers and Tex-Mex. Fast service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean place. Excellent cooking and frying, considering the dishes I ordered and which I recommend: onion rings, mozzarella sticks (choice of these in two different portions), Louisiana chicken. Wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The only flaw... the coffee... it's not exactly the best... but I'll definitely be back.

Incredible food, super tasty combinations of sweet and savory.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, happy to offer recommendations.
There are seating schedules, so you have to leave after a while, but there's still time to enjoy everything.
Highly recommended.
The only downside is that there isn't much parking available.
10/03/2026: I visited Bacco Matto in Bergamo and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is well-kept, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere, making it perfect for both a dinner with friends and a more relaxed evening. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you can immediately sense the attention to detail.
The staff was very kind and professional, always available to explain the dishes and recommend both the food and the perfect wine. The service was attentive but never intrusive, and the timing between courses was just right.
The quality of the food is truly high, especially the grilled meat, which is the restaurant's true strength. The cuts of meat are excellent, perfectly cooked, and very flavorful. The other dishes are also well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and carefully presented. The homemade desserts are also very good, completing the dinner nicely.
The wine list is also interesting, with several options that pair well with the meat dishes. Prices are medium-high but absolutely in line with the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience.
Overall, it's a restaurant I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for good food in Bergamo, especially if you love quality meat. I'll gladly return.

18/01/2026: If you want to experience Cisternino's true gastronomic experience, a stop at Zio Pietro is a must. Here, you don't consult a paper menu; you "read" it with your eyes, right at the butcher's counter.
The Experience:
The ritual is fascinating: as soon as you enter, you line up in front of the meat counter. The selection is vast and of the highest quality. It's impossible not to order the famous bombette (cheese-filled capocollo rolls, available in several variations), the livers (gnumeredd), and the knife-point sausage. Once you've chosen your meat, it's weighed and sent directly to the "fornello" (the traditional Apulian vertical oven) for slow, even cooking.
The Food:
The meat is simply exceptional: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, with that subtle hint of embers that only a traditional stove can provide. The traditional side dishes are also excellent; I loved the pickled vegetables.
The Atmosphere:
The atmosphere is rustic, welcoming, and authentic. You can feel the atmosphere of old-fashioned shops. The staff is quick and friendly, despite the constant crowds (a clear sign that this place deserves it).
17/01/2026: If you wish to experience freshly prepared, and perfectly grilled meat of Puglia, arm your self with the patient. First you will need to q to select the meat from the butchers fresh counter, afterwards it's the table waiting, and at the end food preparation time. However, it is absolutely worth, because that was the most tender and juicest grilled meat I have tasted.

06/12/2025: We came here on the last night of our trip and it was delicious. Not the best pasta I had in Castellammare, but it was flavourful and huge portions with lots of seafood. The addition of curry in the ravioli sauce was unusual but it worked.
The staff are very friendly - we ordered a carafe of wine and only had the thick stemmed water glasses. They were quick to bring us proper white wine glasses and were welcoming of our attempts at Italian!
The outside area is on a slant which isn’t the most comfortable but that’s not the restaurant’s fault.
I would come here again!
08/11/2025: In September, we dined at "La.maidda" a few evenings and had a wonderful time.
The first and second courses were incredibly fresh fish. The tuna and pistachio steak was fantastic.
The house wine was excellent.
The price was reasonable for the dishes.
Recommended!

27/02/2026: I've been to Trattoria del Macellaio Fornaciari in Reggio Emilia and had a truly excellent experience! The atmosphere is pleasant and informal, perfect for a dinner with friends or as a couple. The selection and quality of the meats are extraordinary: every dish is expertly prepared and the flavors are intense and balanced, from the tartare to the tagliata to the wagyu specialties. I highly recommend it!!!
14/02/2026: Let's start by saying that the owner is a true meat and wine expert, capable of providing effective advice, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, this doesn't change the fact that the prices (at least for the menu we ate, featuring Vacca Rossa Reggiana) are far too high, coming in at almost €70 per person for an entry-level bottle of Tuscan Sangiovese. For that price, you'll be dining in a proper restaurant with a proper cover charge (not on a paper placemat) and a very respectable location. Personally, I'll avoid it very carefully.
