23/03/2025: We went last night for dinner for a birthday, the location is really beautiful and well-kept. The food is really very good, the choice of sandwiches and appetizers varied. Not to mention the beers, many choices. Recommended. I would have posted some photos, but unfortunately we were so hungry that we devoured everything and I didn't have time!

28/02/2025: I returned to the Taverna after years of absence from Viterbo and, mindful of a very positive memory, I brought several colleagues with me. The place has been renovated and expanded, I still have the memory of the very kind previous owner who always welcomed us with a smile and kindness. Unfortunately the management has changed and with it also the way of welcoming customers. As soon as we arrived we moved the table slightly away from the wall, because the paint was crumbling due to the humidity and we didn't want to get our jackets dirty. We were rudely reprimanded by the blonde-haired waitress. During dinner, with us already seated, she arrives and moves the table again saying that it was crooked, we look at her astonished without saying a word. We ordered some cuts of Black Angus, some weighing 500g. As soon as we started cutting the meat we noticed that it had a lot of nerve filaments and fat inside. I kindly asked them to change the knife. I pointed out that the one they brought me didn't cut either and in response I was told that you can't cut the nerves but you have to fray them. It was almost time for me to be given a lesson in cutting meat, it was the first time I was told that the sinews present in the meat cannot be cut, to justify the problem that the cut brought to the customer was full of sinews and excessive fat (over 200g of the 500gr was fat). Seeing another colleague of mine, who had ordered the same cut of meat and couldn't eat it because it contained more fat than mine, I called the waitress and told her to go to the kitchen and point out that the meat had some problems being consumed and that the cut was evidently very fatty. I asked to tell the chef and I was told "he's busy at the moment, if you want, go and tell him everything". Let's start from good manners, first of all it could have been my daughter and she allows herself to address me firsthand, furthermore I am the customer and I certainly don't go into the kitchen at most the chef goes to the table as soon as it is free and asks what's wrong. Obviously none of this happened, they continued to address us as informal, when we reached the cashier the chef came out of the kitchen and told us that the cuts of meat were all the same. He took a piece of beef loin and exclaimed this is the same as the one you ordered, it's a shame that we ordered Black Angus. In response, I pointed out to him that some cuts of meat can happen with a bit of fat inside but what arrived at our table was truly excessive. Taking into account that the chef was convinced of his reasons, we settled the bill and wished them a good evening. I will refrain from reporting the opinions of other colleagues, suffice it to say that they were all negative and they were deeply disappointed.

31/03/2025: Lunch to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Very nice and original place. Friendly and helpful staff. The owner recommended a sea and mountain menu, which turned out to be varied, good and abundant. Excellent value for money. Reserved parking. My guests and I were very satisfied.

31/03/2025: I returned to this restaurant after some time with my family... I found the food average, the service courteous as always but the surprise was the bill... we paid without checking the receipt... total bill for 5 people 266.00 euros but paying with the card we only noticed later that they had charged us 7.50 more (POS commission?)... also in the bill they had put an extra plate of pasta so another 18 euros... clearly it's our fault because we didn't check but a few too many oversights

18/02/2025: It is a chain of American restaurants of medium quality at high prices. Pleasant environment featuring western style and very informal service. In American style the various courses arrive after a few minutes.

03/03/2025: A must stop when you want an Argentinian steak! The empanadas and side dishes are highly recommended, while the meats are better than others. You can also choose a mixed grill so you can try more types. The strong point is the desserts, amazing! The flan especially.

10/02/2025: Prenotato per pranzo senza conoscere il posto in quanto eravamo di passaggio. Carne di ottima qualità, ben cucinata con ottimo servizio. I ragazzi sono giovani e molto cordiali. Il vino rosso argentino che mi hanno consigliato era eccellente. La tartare, il Tbone…..carne davvero molto buona. Se devo trovare un difetto: Ii contorno di verdure miste grigliate e poi saltate erano un po’ insipide e dure. Per il resto, consiglio di andarci perché la carne è il top!
