03/05/2026: Despite the short notice, they quickly found us a table in the upstairs room. The atmosphere was different from the usual: black walls, soft lighting, and very little noise. The dishes were generous and very good: the bison burger was delicious! The staff was young and polite. My special compliments go to Giorgia, who, with her kindness and smile, made our evening unforgettable! Highly recommended! Congratulations!

17/05/2026: Today, Sunday, May 17th, we decided to have a family lunch at the Museum restaurant in Fiuggi, and believe me, calling it just "a wonderful experience" would be an understatement. It was a true triumph of flavors, courtesy, and professionalism. ​As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean location, an elegant and warm atmosphere, where every detail is meticulously designed. ​The service was simply excellent; the staff demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and extraordinary kindness, qualities that are now rare and make you feel pampered from the first to the last moment. ​And then... the food. It's truly difficult to find the right words to describe how delicious everything was. We started with an incredible assortment of appetizers: excellent, top-quality cured meats, amazing cheeses, and expertly cooked vegetables. A start that alone was worth the visit. But the real highlight came with the first courses: simply superb, a perfect balance of flavors that left the whole family extremely satisfied. At the Museum restaurant, you don't just go to eat; you go to enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience. Kudos to the entire staff for the passion you convey in every detail. 12/03/2026: We stopped here for lunch and were greeted warmly. We only wanted something light and the hostess smiled and said, "Absolutely, Aperitivo!" We looked over the menu and were invited to come to the counter to select the meat for our spiedini. The atmosphere is very casual, but this place offers some very serious steaks! Loved the decor and the service was exceptional.

07/03/2026: An extraordinary experience! We followed the good reviews and reserved a table via WhatsApp what was super easy. But as we came in off-season it wasn’t needed as we had the whole restaurant all for ourselves. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Menu was available printed without pictures or online with pictures. After a quick chat with the chef we decided to go for a princess cut, the salad with like 1.000.000 possibilities to create and potatoes. Getting the meat served was some of a kind and you have to experience it on yourself. One star less it is was somehow weird to go next door into another restaurant which was part of the group to pay. Still a great place!!

28/03/2026: Honest review: FLORENTINE STEAK SHOULD NOT BE SERVED PRE-CUT. Even though they brought us a grill to keep the dish warm, it was COLD. This happens because it's cut before being served at the table. Consequently, it loses juices and heat, and the "experience" doesn't reflect the quality (if there is any...). The chef should know these things... We ordered the Piedmontese Ox menu, and I quite liked the rest, but I can't say the same about the Florentine steak... it's a premium cut, and you have to be careful how it's served. Also, be careful with the bill: when paying with the POS, the gentleman with gray/white hair entered a certain amount first (the payment didn't go through the first time) and then, on the second attempt, entered the correct amount. I only noticed it afterwards, but I don't think it was a mistake... The prices are fair, but the details that make the difference need to be fixed. Would I go back? Unfortunately, not...

06/05/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for several years, especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays, when it offers a special offer on rib-eye steak and fillet steak. For this very reason, I recently decided to return with friends, confident I'd rediscover the quality and integrity I'd appreciated in the past. Unfortunately, the recent experience was deeply disappointing. Four of us returned and ordered rib-eye steak and fillet steak, expecting everyone to get similar cuts, as would be expected for such a specialty. Instead, completely different cuts arrived at the table: on one side, a thick, well-presented rib-eye steak; on the other, much smaller cuts, decidedly inferior in thickness and appearance. Such a striking difference, especially at the same price, is simply unacceptable. The problem wasn't just the meat, but also the way it was handled. When we pointed out the difference, we received an unprofessional and superficial response that left us truly perplexed. Instead of receiving a serious explanation or even a modicum of attention to customers who have been frequenting the restaurant for years, we almost felt reprimanded for simply noticing a glaring disparity. I find it disappointing that, when paying for a special offer, at least some consistency in service and product isn't guaranteed. If some cuts are smaller or less generous, it would be fair to communicate this clearly, especially since the customer has the right to know what they're ordering and what they're paying for. The way things were done, however, almost feels like a mockery. The evening was ruined not only by the subpar quality, but also by the atmosphere at the table: between embarrassment, arguments, and a lack of professionalism, the overall experience was anything but positive. I'm sorry to say, but after years of frequenting, this time we left feeling deeply disappointed. I advise against going to this restaurant on special offer days, at least without paying close attention to the cuts served. Personally, before returning, I will ensure that a more serious standard is maintained, both in the product and in customer relations.
