29/08/2024: Bar Campaldo is absolutely one of my favorite places in Limone, although the walk up there can be tiring, here you meet hospitable people beyond all limits, delicious food and a fantastic view of the lake

26/08/2024: Small , multi generation running restaurant with a breathtaking view. Opens at 7pm every day. Food portions are huge, stake is the best. We ordered salad it’s came in a giant bowl to share and also fries was huge portion. My husband loves stakes, he said it was the best he had ever. Prices are very very reasonable, We’ll be back for sure.

29/08/2024: Excellent food, good staff and quite a nice space to eat in, just watch that the meat dishes don't have accompaniments so order a side. Though the steak on its own was great!

31/08/2024: Nothing made the visit unforgettable. But we really liked the rustic, quiet atmosphere in the mountains. Something different from the hustle and bustle in Bolgheri. And the prices are also really moderate for this region. Especially since the pizza was extremely tasty, as was the pasta. We'd love to come back.

12/08/2024: Very friendly and hospitable. Delicate, very tender "Pepe" pepper steak and fish. The tiramisu has a clear coffee note and the mascarpone has vanilla added (perhaps pudding?) Highly recommended! Price-performance is great!

14/07/2024: In the last year I have drastically reduced my meat consumption but every now and then I allow myself to break the rule. And this time I chose the Trattoria del Macellaio Fornaciari in Reggio Emilia. Booked the table with 10/11 days' notice, I arrive on site and sit down (even though it seemed to me that they hadn't marked my reservation..) The menu offers a vast selection of meats, including foreign ones, but processed on Italian soil. There is also a part with more valuable cuts, also in price. I decide for a medallion of Piedmontese fassona fillet with a side of potatoes; good yes and a lot but it doesn't scream miracle. Not even the baked potatoes which in my opinion were from the day before and reheated at the moment so a little... limp. The mascarpone with chocolate flakes for dessert, however, is good. Too bad for the very… “washed out” coffee, pass the term to me. I think the price is correct for the historical moment but a bit high overall. The restaurant, however, is modern and well furnished, with moderate air conditioning. Easy to find and with parking both in front and nearby. I went willingly, I ate well and the owner is really knowledgeable and nice but I have been to more engaging places. But I promote it and recommend it as they recommended it to me!

Managed by Michele and Enrica in a simple but elegant way, it presents itself externally as a garden terrace overlooking a picturesque panorama, especially in the evening. Trendy place with excellent quality in the food offered. It has parking underneath. Better to book given the demand it fortunately enjoys. It also offers a delicious breakfast for those who can go there after nine in the morning...

27/08/2024: We went in with the idea of ​​getting 2 takeaway pizzas and discovered that in addition to those, everything can be taken away. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, we were very kindly obliged to our request to eat directly there. In the end we chose to eat 2 burgers which were delicious accompanied by equally good beers. To conclude, a nice dessert. Absolutely honest price and priceless courtesy. Highly recommended

27/08/2024: Overall the food wasn't bad, but unfortunately the prices were ridiculously high for the raw materials used which, although of high quality, still remained extremely low cost ingredients (a puff pastry with cheese inside was €14), the service however waiter was friendly and was extremely slow with the first dish arriving an hour and fifteen minutes after our order. I wouldn't go back.

05/08/2024: The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. Excellent food and family service. Outside, even at two in the afternoon, there is a very pleasant breeze, but perhaps this is a year-round characteristic, given the name of the restaurant. The only thing I would suggest, especially in these extremely hot summers, is a shade cloth for the parking lot, which should be removed at the end of the hot season. However, the place makes up for this small shortcoming.

28/07/2024: Siamo arrivati alle ore 13 e 15, parcheggio con solo 2 auto, siamo entrati chiedendo se era possibile per 2 persone pranzare, visto che sulla sala mangiavano solo 4 persone, la risposta è stata, se non avete prenotato potete andarvene qui è pieno ci sono altri ristoranti. Veramente gretto,Mai più
