06/08/2025: Capitati quasi per caso dopo una rapida ricerca. Volevamo mangiare della carne, ma al tempo stesso volevamo anche altro e questo posto ci sembrava soddisfare la richiesta. Location nulla di sfavillante, ma giusto così per una braceria. Comunque tenuta benissimo e in ordine. Quindi promossa. Il menù è giustamente monotematico, ma presenta una ricca selezione di antipasti e contorni. Personalmente ho apprezzato molto la salsiccia (nonostante non fosse ben cotta per nostra dimenticanza al momento di ordinare) e la tagliata (questa perfetta). Buone anche le bombette. Ottime le polpettine di benvenuto. Del resto ho apprezzato la cheesecake di zucchine come antipasto e, anche se non fatta da loro, era buona anche la torta ricotta e pera come dolce. Servizio eccellente: simpatia, cortesia e disponibilità. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che onesto. Meglio prenotare almeno 24 ore prima.

10/08/2025: We discovered this restaurant via The Fork. It was a great experience. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The food was excellent, the only thing we weren't crazy about was the amount of oil in the pasta dishes. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Plenty of vegetarian options. Order the tiramisu with Pandistelle because it was truly out of this world.

08/08/2025: My friends and I have been organizing dinners at this restaurant for at least three or four years, and we're sorry to admit that this last time we had a bad experience. The price has gone up, which is completely understandable, but the quality and variety of the dishes (both the buffet and the meat) has declined, and we didn't find the service particularly pleasant either. Furthermore, they removed the caramelized pineapple at the end of the meal; it's now served separately. This time, we were disappointed!

21/07/2025: I ate here with my girlfriend. It's the perfect place for a romantic evening. We had their set menu, €50 per person. Everything was delicious; we loved everything from appetizer to dessert. The wine was very good, and the service was impeccable. The terrace is breathtaking. I highly recommend it.

20/07/2025: Excellent, I ordered the set menu on the balcony (which is actually a small terrace with only tables for two, one level lower than the terrace). Top service and well-prepared, well-presented dishes. The seafood risotto was incredible. A bit pricey, but absolutely justified.

06/08/2025: A great discovery. You can choose your meat and watch it cook in front of you. The servers are active and efficient. The meat is very good quality! I recommend it! And good value for money, not too expensive.

04/08/2025: A pleasant dinner: we tried several different versions of bombette, both classic and revisited. Some surprised us, others less so, but overall we were satisfied. The outdoor atmosphere was very pleasant, with tables in the square and the lights creating a beautiful setting. Prices were reasonable. The staff were helpful. The only issue to note: the bathrooms were not fully usable, with a door that wouldn't close and no sign indicating otherwise. Nothing serious, but a little more attention would improve the experience. Overall, a good stop for a casual evening in Brindisi.

27/07/2025: Dinner at Bisteccheria de Il Vaticano in Pietrasanta: absolutely top-notch!!! Impeccable service, attentive and friendly staff. Warm and elegant atmosphere, perfect for a special dinner. The meat? Excellent quality: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for those who love flavor and attention to detail.

15/07/2025: On our host's recommendation, we went to this lovely, well-stocked butcher's shop where you choose what you want directly from the counter and are shortly thereafter served directly to your table. The Bombette and zander are truly excellent, and the staff are attentive and friendly. A must-see if you're passing through Gioia del Colle.

14/08/2025: We had dinner at this beautiful place. The view, the location, the animals, and especially the food were amazing. My son had a blast seeing the animals, the games, and the adorable dog. We'll definitely be back!

13/08/2025: In a beautiful setting, we enjoyed a delicious and very generous menu prepared with fresh and local products, typical of Tuscan cuisine. In addition, the wine, from the neighboring winery “Montalbino”, is the best Chianti we have had the opportunity to taste. The waitress was adorable and attentive. A perfect dinner at sunset!
