The place is very welcoming, and I mean comfortable, comfortable, welcoming.
You immediately notice the attention to detail and to the customer, they want to make you feel good and they succeed.
As soon as you enter, your gaze is captured by the varied and tempting selection of cheeses and meat.
You sit down and are pampered. The welcome dish was a pleasant surprise, not to be taken for granted: a cup with Jerusalem artichokes and chocolate, and not to mention squares of very good polenta, which is also not to be taken for granted, fried polenta rarely has any flavour!
After this pampering, we decided to taste the starter of the day: fried buffalo in kataifi pastry on original and good escarole cream, followed by buffalo steak and potatoes. All washed down with a Roma rosso casa divine providence, and yes because nothing is left to chance, and even the cellar is an added value with a varied and much appreciated offer.
Accompanying the coffee was a very good chef's chocolate and Mrs Anna's pinches which were also very tasty.
To conclude: pampering and taste, the right combination, well done.

After a few weeks we returned and found the warm and attentive welcome that distinguishes this place, with the thousand small attentions, already mentioned: a delicious welcome dish of brioche bread with porcini ice cream and very tasty buffalo ragù, the truly exceptional ragù, and the fried polenta. This time we tasted the taste of the mill, a mix of cheeses and cold cuts that were certainly not banal both in the choice of presentation and in the taste... a truly excellent platter, followed by tortello with buffalo Genoese with pecorino air, and here too taste and podium presentation. The chef is very good at combining flavors and presenting small works of art to be admired, never banal. This time the choice of wine fell on a ruby red Sperone from the Arctic company, which was also excellent.
This lunch, accompanied among other things by excellent music, was also top notch.
I plan to go back sooner rather than later. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU!

Nice restaurant in a predominantly land-based hamlet of S.Felice Circeo, the right mix
between the genuine and the refined. Excellent barbecued and grilled meat, buffalo meat is widely served. Imaginative and rather abundant first courses. Good choice of wines. Courteous and competent service. I advise.

Cucina di livello con scelta volutamente limitata proposta da un servizio accurato e amichevole in un posto che non ti aspetti nella campagna fra Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo e Terracina. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, merita senz'altro una deviazione dalla statale Mediana o in alternativa ai locali più famosi sulla costa.

Bel locale trovato a San Felice Circeo, ristorante stile moderno, con radici per la cucina tradizionale, carne di bufala divina, ampio menu, ampia scelta di vini, personale gentile, parcheggio di fronte al ristorante, prezzi medioalti, unica cosa che cambierei sarebbe il tipo di pasta che legava poco cln gli ingredienti..
