16/03/2025: Group of 6 people, we stayed 7 days during a ski mountaineering trip, in February 2024. At the Rendez Vous Hotel we find all the charm of the Aosta Valley: good, genuine Valdotan family cuisine and a simple, warm welcome. Very good value for money half board. Central hotel in the valley, very well located for getting around. A good address. I returned there, under the same conditions, in January and February 2025, with two groups, for a stay, each of one week, of ski mountaineering. Always the same assessment: very warm welcome, comfort, cuisine, etc. I confirm, a very good address with excellent value for money.

24/02/2025: I stayed for three nights in this hotel with my partner. 3-star hotel, very nice, renovated, clean. Very nice wooden rooms in Alpine style. There is also the possibility of using the spa. Excellent and abundant cuisine with typical Aosta Valley dishes. Breakfast both sweet - with homemade cakes and delicious jams - and savory with excellent cold cuts and cheeses. Thanks to the owners who always gave us excellent advice to enjoy the holiday to the fullest.

26/03/2025: It was a fantastic experience to walk through the area, the castle, and the restaurant with the owner's guidance. Since 1600, the 100-hectare property with olive trees and the beautiful castle has been passed down from generation to generation. The area and the building are breathtaking, especially when lit up at night. In the restaurant, we take part in a fantastic multi-course dinner, accompanied by a performance by dancers. Every course of the dinner was perfect, the evening was a real experience.

05/11/2024: I can only review the restaurant as we were there for dinner only. I had seen a lot about this place in social media so at first I was sceptical as the instagrammable places usually end up being disappointing BUT Masseria Salamina absolutely met and exceeded all expectations! The pasta was done to perfection and the fish (according to my boyfriend) was perfectly tender. And of course how can I miss the stunning atmosphere in the courtyard- spectacular! We would love to come back and stay overnight!

05/12/2024: With some friends we wanted to eat Scandinavian dishes and we found this beautiful bistro. warm and welcoming environment, not only for the furnishings, decorations and warmth but also for the kindness and preparation of the owner and the girl who served us. he recommended and illustrated all the dishes to us, they were all good, fresh and beautiful to look at. the fresh smoked salmon they smoked was superb, a real delight!! There wasn't a single dish that we didn't like from starter to dessert!!

31/03/2025: Extremely well-kept elegant environment, imaginative and very friendly kitchen team, I attended the inauguration after a restyling of the Araba Fenice hotel, the same property and therefore the same staff. The event consisted of a served buffet dinner, we were placed in the private room. The attentive and courteous welcome was already noticeable upon our arrival at the car park, we had a parking space in front of the restaurant, not far away there was a large parking area with a dedicated shuttle service, welcomed at the entrance with extreme courtesy, welcomed with a smile by one of the resident chefs who explained the evening to us, the place is wonderful, the hotel consists of over 40 rooms and several suites with hydromassage, bar area, external veranda for a good aperitif or a dinner/lunch along the water of Lake Iseo. Private dock for landing directly from the lake. Excellent raw materials, succulent dishes, excellent choice of wines and spirits. Highly recommended and I also recommend booking, given the high quality of the structure, location, food & beverage.

The combinations of ingredients, sometimes unexpected, create a perfect harmony between tradition and innovation, enhancing every bite. The service was impeccable: attentive, discreet and very professional. The refined and welcoming environment made the evening even more pleasant. A restaurant that does not just serve food, but offers a unique sensorial experience. Absolutely must try!

10/03/2025: Appena Siamo arrivati sono rimasta incantata dal Luogo dall atmosfera e dall accoglienza ….personale di Sala veramente gentile professionale e ospitale …da questo inizio mi sarei aspettata di ma giare piatti all altezza del posto invece siamo rimasti tutti un po’ delusi …piatti anonimi e dal gusto impersonale …davvero un gran peccato …

29/03/2025: My wife recommended this place to me. Good food, especially the breakfast pastries (cinnamon roll) and the staff is friendly. The setting is the gem: a beautiful and suggestive place, every seat is comfortable and above all special.

24/03/2025: Premise. I can also digest stones. This is the first time I've given a negative review and it's the sixth time I've come to this place. This afternoon I tried the Lemon Meringue Cake. At the first taste it was sour so I asked to change the cake then the manager intervened saying that he had prepared it according to the recipe. I decided to continue eating it. It's 2.30 am and I'm still sick with severe gastritis and burning pain in the pit of my stomach. I hope it's an isolated incident.

08/04/2025: Un hermoso entorno de limoneros y naranjos con personal amable y servicial. Tuvimos una comida muy agradable - el plato de mariscos era muy agradable, y la carbonara y la carne de res eran muy sabrosos también. El vino tinto de la casa no era demasiado bueno, pero el personal lo cambió por otro vino sin duda. Un restaurante realmente encantador que vale la pena visitar cuando está en Sorrento.

22/10/2024: We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the San Carlo. The hotel is cozy and clean. In the evening we had an outstanding “Tartufo Experience” menu. You can tell how much love and appreciation goes into cooking here. The ingredients were local and fresh, everything was beautifully prepared and served with a top wine recommendation. Paola and Carlo are warm hosts, you immediately feel welcome and in good hands.

13/04/2025: Abbiamo passato ben due ore dentro il locale: sono stata a matrimoni che sono durati meno. Vi chiederete: “Sì ma cosa avete ordinato?”. Un bagel, un toast con uova strapazzate, una Caesar Salad+ tre dolci (una red velvet, una bowl di yogurt e un waffel). Tra l’arrivo e l’ordine sono passati 20 minuti; tra l’ordine e le prime portate ben 40. “Ma almeno ne è valsa la pena?”. Non lo so: quanto devono essere buone delle uova strapazzate per giustificare un’ora di attesa? Il personale è molto cortese e ovviamente si è scusato per il ritardo e va detto che il locale era pieno ma la domanda è: se l’organizzazione della cucina non è eccellente, che senso ha riempire un intero locale di gente in…Dolce attesa?

04/04/2025: Restaurant and pizzeria. So there's something for everyone. Proximity to the airport is great. Just as nice to sit outside. Upscale restaurant, good cuisine. Negative: At least I had hardly any cell phone reception there. But: Restaurant let me use the WiFi.
