08/04/2025: Super gentili dall’inizio alla fine ! Siamo arrivati e nell’attesa che il tavolo fosse pronto ci hanno offerto due spritz , la cameriera gentilissima subito è venuta a prendere l’ordine per mia figlia , spaghetti che hanno portato subito senza troppa attesa . Aspettando il nostro piatto ci hanno offerto un insalata di mare x2 squisita ! I nostri primi piatti erano di una bontà e freschezza unica . E a finire un bel tiramisù della casa e limoncello a volontà . Ci torneremo sicuramente ! Grazie

The food is good and typical lake dishes do well on this menu, but the dishes are quite basic, nothing amazing but good, come on. Fast service. However the location is worth a lot Prices on some things a little high but still acceptable on others

17/03/2025: Durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches en Taormina cenamos 2 de las noches en Casa Niclodi. La atención recibida de Maurizio y el personal realmente nos hizo sentir bienvenidos en esta joya escondida del paseo peatonal principal, Corso Umberto. El ambiente interior (todavía demasiado frío para comer al aire libre) es de muy buen gusto y te hace sentir como si estuvieras en una villa siciliana... .. que en realidad era anterior. La comida es fabulosa y estuvimos más que contentos de tomar recomendaciones tanto de comida como de vino de Maurizio, que es parte de la propiedad familiar. Durante las dos visitas, tuvimos pasta de tinta de calamar, ensalada de gambas rojas, ensalada de alcachofas y gambas, pasta de pez espada y carne de res con setas y trufa. ¡Todo magnífico! Nuestro otro camarero que queremos reconocer es Davide en la noche 1 y Vitale en la noche 2. Entre todos ellos nos atendieron personalmente ambas noches y tuvimos varias conversaciones sobre la vida en Sicilia. Esta es una de nuestras partes favoritas de los viajes, realmente conocer un poco sobre las personas que viven y trabajan allí Tenemos la suerte de haber viajado por el mundo y haber estado en algunos restaurantes fabulosos, y podemos decir que este es un top 5 para nosotros. Puede hacer frente a cualquier lugar, en cualquier lugar para el servicio y la calidad. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que visite Taormina!

02/04/2025: What can I say, the place is beautiful, the staff and owner very courteous and welcoming. Let's move on to the food, we had a platter of very good cured meats, amazing agnolotti with roast sauce, and finally, His Majesty the Bagna Caoda, simply divine, very good desserts, and a nice Barolo which went down like a pleasure. Our next time in Turin, we will definitely come back to visit you.

02/04/2025: We came across this restaurant partly by chance, partly attracted by its menu! The interior is very well-kept, the environment is small but so well-arranged that between the various tables you don't disturb each other, indeed everything is even more welcoming and familiar. The girl who served us at the table was uncommonly kind, friendly and sunny! She was able to advise us best, both in the typical dishes and in the portions. We had raw fassona battuta with mustard and bagna cauda (special) as an appetizer, boiled meat with sauces and a braised fassona in Barolo with exquisite baked potatoes. To accompany obviously an EXCELLENT house wine and to finish a spectacular tarte tatin. The owner is very kind and very nice, he delighted us with the history of his family and the culinary traditions handed down by his grandmother! What can I say, a 360° experience between cuisine and good company! More than excellent value for money, you leave the table satisfied, with a full stomach and knowing that you have paid what is right! Surely when we are passing through Turin again we will return to this super little restaurant!
