13/05/2025: Very central place with many options for aperitifs, dinners or other. I found the products to be of good quality, unfortunately having never frequented it I was not clear on how to best combine the various treats. The only thing I did not like were some customers who on Saturdays are looking for attention with that exaggerated way of speaking to show off. I would not return on Saturdays

08/06/2025: Servizio pessimo, prezzi assurdi, abbiamo speso 40€ a testa per mangiare un primo e due fette di prosciutto con un ciotolino di mostarda. Eravamo in 23 , abbiamo chiesto dei bis di minestre e il cameriere ci ha portato 8 primi di un tipo e 5 di un altro in piatti separati, non riusciva a capire cosa fosse un bis, vino buono ma non da 30€ a bottiglia. Sconsiglio I ragazzi non hanno nemmeno mangiato un piatto di pasta a testa, causa cameriere che continuava a non capire .tagliata alla rucola, senza rucola in quanto era finita..ma nessuno ha avvisato, la mia amica ha mangiato un pezzo di carne scondito di tutto.

25/05/2025: I stopped with my two daughters in this pleasant restaurant for lunch during the Giardini Aperti 2025 initiative, and we really enjoyed it, the quality of the dishes was high and the service was very attentive, homemade pasta was very good, balanced condiments, rather responsive times. Average price. An additional note of merit goes to the homemade sandwich bread, but above all to the friendliness, kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism of the very good waiter who took care of our table. Thank you very much for everything!

02/06/2025: Ristorante eccellente Il cibo ottimo, il servizio attento, cortese e molto frizzante. I piatti vengono cortesemente enumerati dai camerieri, lasciando al tavolo solo l’infinita lista di vini. Abbiamo ordinato i fiori di zucca come antipasto e poi tagliolini ai porcini, panissa di primi e costata, lumache in umido e foie gras d’oca di secondo. Come vino un Bramaterra del 2016 ottimo. Il cibo davvero di alto livello il foie gras in particolare nulla a che invidiare ai piu’ blasonati cugini d’oltralpe. Il conto certamente non economico, proporzionato alla qualita’ del cibo e del servizio.

21/05/2025: I went there for the first time 3 weeks ago. Nice and welcoming place, friendly staff. Menu repeated in non-existent paper rigmarole. Mediocre dishes, asparagus risotto a tasteless mess. Not satisfactory.

15/05/2025: The best restaurant in Burano. Loved the fish risotto and the meringues cake.Lovely outdoor table. Waiter remembered us from our previous visits.

31/05/2025: Great experience in this former brothel restaurant. The dishes are very selected and prepared with taste and skill. The staff is very kind. If I really have to find a flaw, it is that when it fills up with customers there is a bit too much confusion.

05/06/2025: Een hoge kwaliteit van het eten, alles vers en vol van smaak. We gaan hier zeker nog een keer terug om de rest van de kaarten proberen. Het citroen toetje was een mooie afsluiting in de koffie perfect.

01/06/2025: Tuvimos una gran cena aquí esta noche. . . protagonizábamos con las albóndigas como aperitivo, pero para ser honestos, a 22 € por 6 albóndigas pequeñas que eran poco notables, definitivamente no lo recomendaría. . . pero el taglioloni fresco con trufa fresca era excelente y mi costoletta de ternera con las papas fritas de trufa / regianos también (enorme, no pude terminarlo) , era sabroso y húmedo! No tenía espacio para el postre, y el servicio era muy bueno! La factura ascendió a 173 €, incluidas las botellas de agua y vino y el "cuperto obligatorio", que era de 10 € . . sobreprecio en nuestra opinión, pero disfrutamos de la comida, el servicio y el ambiente.

02/06/2025: This is clearly not a michelin table. For anyone used to french michelin table (I'm not talking about stars or anything) please don't be fulled. When a client is asking for a non alcoholic drink and the only thing you have to propose is sprits without proposing anything else when the client is not interested, this is not a michelin. The menu is made of paper sheets, decorated with oil drops 👌 this is not a michelin. The quality of the starters, well, there is no balance in the tastes, the salade is thrown in the plate the sauces are too acidic. For the plate, you don't put aluminium paper around a potato in a michelin table plate, nothing is neat, from the poor salad leaves that are lost in the plate, the stuffing is grossly cut, no balance in the tastes. This is really the level of an average braaserie you'll find in france, and that you'll forget about. Let's skip the dessert cause it is of the same level really. I was scared of another tourist trap, well I should have thought twice before going there.

23/05/2025: We had a wonderful lunch on Saturday, May 17th at Stornello: the dishes were excellent and refined, and the service impeccable. The best part: Mimo's friendliness. The server, in addition to being cheerful and attentive to his customers, gave us ideas for visiting the beautiful town of Stresa. Thanks, Mimo. Vincenzo and Alessandra

20/05/2025: Attentive, kind and thoughtful service. Fantastic location. A very well-known restaurant for its Florentine steak which, unfortunately, perhaps due to bad luck, did not satisfy me at all. Given the cost of €70/kg I expected the meat to be as tender as butter but it was tough. Too bad. We will try again. Only wines from Perusini and Bracco (in my opinion the wine list could be improved). A round of applause to the staff. Good work

10/05/2025: Argentinian management, which can be felt in the preparation of the meat dishes, all of excellent quality. Excellent service and price in line with the quality offered.

23/05/2025: 8 people in our group got sick. One had to go to hospital, restaurant person in charge replied can you prove it. Not even sorry, perhaps something wasn't fresh . But there was no concern. While there, they were very nice, polite and great service. No complaints about the workers. But not when they are called to be told what happened they didn't care

13/06/2025: Nothing to complain about. We arrived quite late in the evening and there was enormous flexibility to provide us with a snack. Beautiful spacious room with fantastic view, excellent mattress. Very extensive breakfast. Beautiful location in an authentic village, Santa Maria del Monte.

11/06/2025: We spent a weekend at Borducan combining an engagement we had in Varese with a stay in Santa Maria del Monte. We were very impressed by the location, the history and the atmosphere of the place. The view from our room was breathtaking. Some things could be improved (the parking lot for example is really tight and sometimes the service doors in the stairs leading to our room were open) but this does not take away from the magic of the place.
