24/05/2026: Lots of unique vegan options, and you can see the thought and quality of the work. The dessert selection is excellent; I had a raw cake that I still dream about at night!

24/05/2026: The place is a bit small but cozy. A few dishes are good, but they're limited. Specialty: arrosticini: exceptional! The liver ones are also excellent. The cheese and egg plates are very good. A pleasant surprise. I hope to return soon.
21/05/2026: We visited this restaurant based on the reviews we saw and they did not disappoint!!! It was awesome!! Everyone was so friendly and we had no problem speaking English. Our server, Christian, was so kind and helpful and we really enjoyed chatting with him. The environment is great, warm and cosy and super clean but the star of the show is definitely the food! The arrosticini was incredible. So tender and flavorful with great prices. We also tried 4 different bruschetta.. all of which were delicious but my favorite was the Lard of Colonnata - incredible!! Melt in your mouth delicious- please try it! We enjoyed the house red and it paired perfectly with our dinner. Absolutely recommend and would totally return.

30/09/2025: The food is good, and Alessio can recommend even the most discerning palates. Hot appetizers include excellent and very tender pecorino alla callara (sheep's bread), followed by a must-try onion platter, which is amazingly good, and the meat stew! The charcuterie board is usually found in other places. The arrosticini are good, but it lacked a bit of salt. The bill is okay. Good service, very friendly waiters, and the place is well-decorated. In the summer, they even have a veranda where you can eat outside. They also do takeout. Overall, it's good!

03/12/2025: What can I say... as soon as you enter the restaurant, you feel right at home; the smiles on the faces of the staff make you feel welcomed into a friendly place. Let's move on to the "main course": pizza!!! Masterfully crafted by Leonardo: very light dough, easy to digest in a short time, a wide selection of pizzas, and two days a week, whole wheat dough... wow!!! The fridge has a good selection of specialty beers. I think it's best to book a table, not just on weekends, because fortunately it's always full.

The quality has remained consistent over the years: the dough is incredibly light and easy to digest, and the ingredients are always fresh and plentiful. The atmosphere is family-friendly, the staff friendly, and the quality/price ratio is unbeatable. It's one of my go-to places in the area when I want to be sure. Highly recommended!

The fish is excellent, and the staff is friendly and quick with their service. The appetizers are excellent, as is the fried fish.

As soon as you sit down, you immediately understand that this place is no joke: the service is precise, attentive, almost choreographed. Never intrusive, always present, like an invisible director accompanying each course. And then comes the food. An elegant journey, without ever becoming pretentious. 02/02/2026: There are many types of cuisine, but Chef Pierluigi's cuisine at Don Evandro is an act of love. Love for the land, love for the raw materials, which are enhanced in every way (we drank a cocktail with onion extract that was a revelation), love for culinary art and technique, and love for his guests. We had the pleasure of tasting so many different dishes, combining tradition and innovation, transforming "a simple onion" into a masterpiece, bringing "chitarra" with crayfish to the table with a sauce that is truly a distillation of flavors, blending earthy roots with freshwater flavors. All this was topped off by Eugenia's kindness and warmth, which made us feel welcomed and at home in a minimalist yet meticulously maintained setting. If cooking is an act of love, you just need to trust and be guided, with an open mind and a palate ready for an experience to remember.
29/01/2026: Don Evandro was an excellent fine dining experience. The food was excellent, sourced locally, and cooked/presented in a way that highlighted the ingredients and flavours of the local region. The staff were friendly and despite the formality of the dining experience, I found myself to be quite comfortable.
