28/01/2026: I stay weekly at this very comfortable and quiet hotel. Brothers Federico and Antonio run the establishment with warmth, professionalism, and empathy. The rooms are very spacious and well-heated in winter and cool in summer. Great attention is paid to cleanliness. Breakfast satisfies both sweet and savory palates. Parking is available. Two meeting rooms are available. Centrally located, less than 100 meters from the beautiful Montesilvano beach. I recommend this establishment for both business and leisure. It feels like family.

From the start, the culinary journey was a crescendo of authentic flavors: the platter of local cured meats and cheeses opened the evening with fresh, authentic ingredients, but the real highlight were the cheese and egg meatballs... simply amazing! Soft, flavorful, with that enveloping taste that lingers in the memory: they alone were worth the dinner. Following, the first courses confirmed the excellence of the cuisine: the fragrant and delicate truffle gnocchi, and the rich, full-bodied, and irresistible pappardelle with wild boar ragù. A triumph of authentic Abruzzo flavors. To conclude on a sweet note, the cantucci with Moscatello: crunchy traditional biscuits paired with this sweet and aromatic fortified wine, perfect for dunking and capable of enhancing every bite. A flawless finish! Special praise also goes to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and with a smile on their faces: a detail that makes the experience even more pleasant and familiar. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable dinner in Caramanico Terme.

03/12/2025: What can I say... as soon as you enter the restaurant, you feel right at home; the smiles on the faces of the staff make you feel welcomed into a friendly place. Let's move on to the "main course": pizza!!! Masterfully crafted by Leonardo: very light dough, easy to digest in a short time, a wide selection of pizzas, and two days a week, whole wheat dough... wow!!! The fridge has a good selection of specialty beers. I think it's best to book a table, not just on weekends, because fortunately it's always full.

It was a pleasant discovery, and from the outside I thought there wouldn't be any room because it was practically full...which is already a good sign. 05/01/2026: Compared to the last time we visited the restaurant to enjoy Abruzzo arrosticini (then called Margherita Due), in my opinion, the cuisine has undergone a significant downgrade. The tables, set haphazardly with minimal cutlery and napkins, weren't enhanced by the house wines, very much house wines, which were acceptable, while the tap water was served in jugs unsuitable for a restaurant that wasn't at all cheap. What can I say about the bruschetta dish with very generic and cheap side dishes? The arrosticini, well-cooked and of good quality, were overly salty, to the point that the salt covered the flavor of the mutton. The bread that accompanied the arrosticini was overly refined and too rich in crumbs. The French fries were original only in shape. To finish, the coffee tasted like a regular Borbone coffee, but without the option of having it decaf. I advise customers to pay particular attention to the price of the dinner, which, in my opinion, is excessive, perhaps due to a miscalculation by the handyman or to unfair prices (€100 for four servings of arrosticini seems a lot to me). Pay attention to the layout of the restaurant, which has an excessive number of stairs.
