13/03/2026: Last night I was invited to Pizzeria California for the first time and was really pleased with the pizza I ordered: it was soft, very light even with plenty of toppings, I digested it in a flash and it was truly delicious! I also want to say a word about the staff, who were kind, fast, and knowledgeable. The pizza chef, of course, is superb! I recommend this pizzeria to everyone, but reservations are recommended!

18/04/2026: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance before going to a show.
The guy at the cashier was super friendly and fast, and the pizza was really good.
If I ever return to Bologna and want a good pizza, I'll definitely come back here.
18/04/2026: I've ordered takeout pizza in the "baby" size twice, and both times I received very small pizzas compared to those served at the tables.
Another negative is the wait for the pizzas: I ordered them at 9:30 PM and received them at 10:05 PM. The first time I received them, too, I received them 30 minutes later than scheduled.
It's a shame about the wait and the small pizza, because the ingredients are good.
Maybe it's worth eating there, because they rightly give priority to tables so there's less of a wait and the small pizzas.

22/02/2026: We had the pleasure of meeting Cristiano. He was extremely polite, kind, and helpful. The property is immaculately maintained. The level of hygiene was excellent, especially since it was completely renovated. In addition to sleeping, we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, and we had dinner there. The food was very good: excellent arrosticini, juicy and not too fatty. The lamb was truly delicious. Overall, we had a great time. We also really appreciated his approach to food waste. I fully agree with this approach, but at the same time, he demonstrated genuine helpfulness. We will definitely be back. Thank you Cristiano, nice to meet you.

04/04/2026: This is a unique and special place. The best taverna I’ve been to in Italy by far, and dishes that were so packed with flavor and soul that I continue to think about them many days since. This the kind of cooking that manages to be totally unique while also seeming completely familiar, like the warm embrace of someone you love but haven’t seen in a long time. Taverna 58 is a spiritual experience and I can’t wait to go back.

Between D'Annunzio and Flaiano, the excellent Gabriele continues a long tradition (Giovanni teaches us) and transforms it into a perfect delight.
The history, the meticulously maintained restaurant, the high-quality products, the love for local cuisine.

16/02/2026: The slaughterhouse is a splendid gem. The waiters and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The dishes are varied, each one worth discovering. The highlights are obviously the meat dishes and steaks, although the flavors are further enhanced when accompanied by a cheese board and a nice red wine on tap.
P.S. Regardless, the cheese board is always well-prepared, seasonally based, and very varied, so it's a must-try.
We stop by often and are always pleasantly surprised, both by the high quality and the competitive price.

04/05/2026: A very cute and welcoming place, the piadinas are delicious and very imaginative. They're beautifully presented and delicious, perfect with a cold lager.
Not to mention the dessert, I recommend the berry cheesecake, a true delight, the icing on the cake!
