07/05/2025: We celebrated our wedding in Casale Marino a few days ago, on April 27th and words are not enough to describe the incredible experience we had inside this wonderful location. The welcome we received every time we went to the facility was nothing short of excellent, we were treated with extreme kindness and professionalism. The staff were excellent and attentive to our every need and to every little detail, from the chef to the dining room staff to the maître. I saw our desires take shape even better than we had imagined. We sincerely thank Stefania, Aristide, Steven, Stefano and all the staff who made our special day even more magical. 30/04/2025: We celebrated my sister's wedding in this location: a unique experience! A fairy tale! Excellent staff, friendly, high professionalism, kindness and helpfulness! Excellent food quality from buffet to dessert! Refined environment, with attention to detail. We thank all the staff and the Director for the unforgettable experience we had! 10/05/2025: All I can say is the Michelin folks missed this one! Chef Kristian Ferretti is the master of his domain. There is a phenomenal wine selection. We had the most incredible multi-course meal, at a most affordable price. reservations advisable. We will return!

13/04/2025: We really enjoyed our sunny afternoon spent at Maude last month. Lewis was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made the wine tasting a lot of fun! The wines were great and if ever back in Wanaka I would definitely go again!

23/03/2025: Wine tasting - delicious, fun and informative experience in the most sunniest surroundings. Loved everything about it: the wines we tased, the sunny spot, and the English guy who did the tasting. Can recommend 100%. Best to make a reservation, it’s 20NZ$. We purchased 2 bottles afterwards and got one wine tasting fee deducted and will remember Maude for our next wine purchase when back in Germany.

03/05/2025: Ottimo cibo, pesce freschissimo, il pane condito e i crackers fatti in casa meritano tanti punti, ottimo servizio, cameriere attento alle nostre esigenze di allergie e ha fornito alternative che potevamo mangiare, ho gradito il fatto che il menù fosse limitato a un numero giusto di piatti senza strafare come in molti altri posti, tovaglia e tovaglioli immacolati. 06/05/2025: Bel posto, informale, caldo ed accogliente, non un bar freddo tipo anni 80, per capirci. Abbiamo preso 3 calici di vino, uno comprensivo di ricco tagliere, una cedrata per un bambino ed un tagliere vegetariano. Formaggi buonissimi ed in grande quantità. Stracciatella, due tipi di pecorino, uno stagionato, squisito, l'altro morbido, altri tipo ricotta dura, tranci di mozzarelle... Salumi, pancetta, cavoli rossi sott'aceto, funghi sott'olio, pomodori secchi, buonissimi, sott'olio, focaccia fragrante, cosa chiedere di più? Abbiamo pagato 40 euro. Considerate che nessuno di noi, dopo, ha cenato perché le porzioni erano davvero abbondanti. Ah, dimenticavo, anche la musica non era affatto male, non le solite cose, orribili, che si sentono in giro.... Ci torneremo, grazie

04/04/2025: Excellent experience in this restaurant! The food was simply delicious, with dishes with attention to detail and quality ingredients. The service was impeccable: the staff, in addition to being professional and attentive, advised us on everything in the right way, from the main dishes to the homemade desserts, which turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. As if that wasn't enough, at the end of the meal they also offered us some local liqueurs, a gesture of great kindness that we really appreciated. We thank Simone and the owner. We will definitely be back!

24/05/2025: Ero un cliente affezionato, da ieri non mi vedranno più. Proposto piatto fuori menù a dir poco esoso. Servizio peggiorato e poca attenzione al cliente. Mi dispiace dover scrivere questo ma per una pizza un piatto di ravioli burro e salvia ed una brocca di birra spendere 60€ è davvero troppo. Au revoir.

18/05/2025: Siamo stati a Montesilvano per 4 giorni un gruppo di 14 persone tra adulti e ragazzi. Ebbene per 3 cene su 4 (ma solo perché il lunedì il ristorante è chiuso) siamo stati a cena da Dino. Ristorante semplice ma dai sapori antichi, Arrosticini ottimi e fantastici antipasti. Una nota particolare al tiramisù scomposto con i biscotti fatti a mano la cui ricetta però è rimasta segreta!

15/05/2025: I stopped suddenly because I work for a week in Pescara. They welcomed me with great kindness, the food is of excellent quality and flavor, and the dishes are plentiful. I recommend the arrosticini, the mixed vegetable dish and the trio of appetizers. Thank you very much and see you soon!

02/06/2025: We arrived for dinner at sunset, we sat on the veranda where you can see a splendid view of the Maiella, we tasted some excellent gnocchi with orapi and good arrosticini, we concluded with a wide variety of gentian all made by them.

I had the opportunity to try the cuisine and the pizzeria... in my opinion the best in the area... oh I forgot, Paolo's (the owner) spritz for the aperitif??? Superlative.. congratulations also to the staff and chef Simone!! We will definitely return... value for money ok
