We discovered this restaurant by chance 2 years ago. This time we drove up here from Roseto degli Abruzzi and it was worth it!!! The food is just super delicious. Homemade ravioli and especially Arosta Misto are highly recommended. We will be back!

Typical home cooking... if you want to eat well and without restraint this is the right place! Located a stone's throw from the small center of Caramanico, we found ourselves passing through several times and had lunch here! Everything is really excellent and always too abundant but without waste because they provide you with everything you need to take any uneaten meals home! On Easter day I decided to bring some relatives, certain not to disappoint them and they were all very enthusiastic. See you next time with a super typical Abruzzese meal complete with slipper so as not to leave anything on the plate because even the simple sauce is delicious!

Like eating at home and having your grandmother in the kitchen. Guarantee of fresh and homemade products, especially abundance in portions, if there are 4 of you, you order for 2 and you leave full! Honest prices appropriate to the place. In short, an unpretentious guarantee for a nice family lunch or after a walk in the mountains.

Fort éloigné des routes les plus fréquentées, ce restaurant ne se trouve jamais 'par hasard' et sa clientèle est constituée plutôt d'habitués... Pourtant , il mérite tout à fait d'être découvert. Un site spacieux entouré de paysages sublimes avec de nombreuses tables aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'en terrasse, une petite aire de jeux pour les enfants. La cuisine traditionnelle des Abruzzes est servie en portions abondantes. Il est vrai que le choix est plutôt réduit, mais la qualité des ingrédients, les prix plus que raisonnables et l'efficacité du service méritent largement le détour . Dernier détail, les amis à quatre pattes sont les bienvenus.

11/02/2024: Small restaurant found by chance. Even though it was fully booked inside, we asked to eat outside (not planned) and they obliged, thanks to the splendid day. Excellent Grottino appetizer, spectacular kebabs. The most appreciated things, the hospitality and kindness of the staff. Really good, thanks!

CarpeDiem Ristorante Pizzeria Braceria

03/04/2024: Delicious and super light pizza dough. It's the first time that after eating a whole pizza I feel like eating another one straight away! Too bad there were no homemade desserts but only ready ones when my friends and I went for dinner.
29/03/2024: The deliciousness of the pizzas is only comparable to the excellent service, the young people who wait on the tables and the lady who says goodbye when you pay the bill, congratulations to all!
