A fairytale wedding: absolute perfection! Our eyes and hearts are still filled with joy after celebrating our daughter Chiara's wedding to Simone in this splendid location. A magical place, where the beauty of nature blends with that of the Casale. From our first meeting, the owner Aristide welcomed us with rare kindness and availability. Chef Stefano literally exceeded every expectation, taking care of every detail of each dish and customizing them to suit the guests' needs and tastes. Steven and his extraordinary team orchestrated everything impeccably and courteously. The organization and service were simply perfect. Steven coordinated the day with such mastery that we enjoyed every single moment of the celebration. On May 16th, we attended my son Simone's wedding with his great love, Chiara. They had told me in advance that everything would be beautiful. The reality exceeded every imaginable expectation. There are no words to describe who and what Casale Marino is. We chose this place to celebrate and then celebrate our wedding because, right from the start, from our first visit, we were overwhelmed by the professionalism, passion, respect, and elegance of the place and the people. We completely trusted Aristide (a person we now hold dear), who supported us from the beginning in organizing the entire day and, for us, was like a father helping his children realize their dreams! The same professionalism extends to the entire staff, from Steven to chef Stefano, to Letizia, and all the waiters and kitchen staff. We celebrated the ceremony on the terrace, and, thanks to the beautiful day, it was beautiful and moving. Then came the party, a feast of wonderfully prepared food, a buffet rich in meat, fish, sushi, and a thousand other unique delicacies. Dinner, two first courses and a second course, were of the same high standard as the buffet. To conclude, the desserts, each more delicious than the last, and the wonderful wedding cake, perfectly decorated to our taste. Highly recommended for those who are getting married and want to make a great impression on their guests.

The location is splendid, well-maintained, and perfect for such an important event: elegant yet welcoming. The food was excellent, appreciated by all our guests, both for the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. I chose this venue to celebrate my graduation luncheon, and I couldn't have made a better choice! It was a special day, and they helped make it even more beautiful. 06/06/2026: An absolute guarantee. Consistent quality and excellent seafood. We returned to Carmine's for a family dinner and, as always, we were reassured that this place is a must-try for those seeking excellent seafood. Their consistency in the quality of their ingredients and service is admirable. The experience started off great with the two house mixed appetizers. It's a beautifully structured menu, offering a series of hot and cold tastings where the ingredients take center stage. Dishes are clean in flavor, never overpowered by excessive seasoning, ranging from the delicacy of local seafood to more delicious traditional seafood dishes, all served with perfect timing. The freshness of the fish is evident in every bite. The highlight of the evening were the first courses, all executed with remarkable technical precision. For our little girl, we ordered gnocchi with scampi in tomato sauce: the pasta had the perfect consistency, and the rich, creamy sauce was perfectly balanced for a child's tastes, so much so that she swiped it all up in no time. The marinara risotto was a real surprise, impeccably creamed, with perfectly separated grains and an intense aroma of the sea. The spaghetti with clams was also top-notch: pasta decidedly al dente, bound together by a perfect emulsion, flavorful and without a trace of sand. We finished by sharing a mixed Adriatic fry between three: dry, crispy, and very light. To drink, we had a half liter of house white wine, chilled and delicious throughout the dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the staff stands out for their professionalism, never stiff, with an old-fashioned attention to detail, even for the children. The bill was absolutely fair for the quality of the dinner. We always come back and continue to recommend it.
