21/01/2026: I don't like giving negative reviews, but this place definitely deserves it. Two of us arrived; my partner can't eat tomato, but we thought, "Won't that be a problem, given the wide selection on the menu?" Once we'd made our choice, to our surprise, we were told they'd only be making 4 or 5 dishes from the entire menu that day. So, it wasn't possible to make two ravioli—one with tomato and one with mushrooms—since they already had the sauces ready, boiling 10 ravioli together and then seasoning them differently would probably have been too much effort for them. In any case, both the ravioli and the gnocchi arrived after 5 minutes, undercooked because they were still raw and cold inside, and the sauce was completely separate from the pasta. Within 15 minutes, we were at the cash register, and since no one was there anyway, the rude owner even teased us, saying "See you next time." A totally negative experience, one to forget.

Suitable for both an aperitif and a casual dinner, the food selection is excellent, with always intriguing and sophisticated pairings. Their Pampanella is a great discovery. Excellent value for the quality, these guys do a great job.

13/10/2025: I discovered this little corner on a quiet and beautiful street in Pescara...a pleasant discovery! It's a welcoming and very well-kept place. Delicious coffee, a unique aperitif, and delicious, along with delicious, quality appetizers. All served with kindness by the owners, who are knowledgeable, welcoming, kind, and helpful. My favorite place!

11/10/2025: 3 aperitifs almost €40.....too expensive....good wine.....but really exaggerated price for what goes with it!!!!

18/05/2026: Nice atmosphere, but the service is nothing special. If you only order 2 starters you're not going to be very friendly, apparently. 2 carbonaras with mediocre portions, taste bland and very watered down.

02/05/2026: Let's start from the premise that where there's friendliness and good food, you always feel good. That said, we've been coming to Acqua Marina for years and we've never left the table unhappy. Delicious fish, delicious recipes, an excellent wine selection, and lots and lots of good cheer ❤️

31/01/2026: We ordered chitarra pasta with freshwater shrimp sauce, followed by stewed shrimp. I paired it with a Pecorino "Collecivetta" by Pasetti, a wine I know well. From the first taste, the wine had an unpleasant finish, with a very pronounced crustacean aftertaste, inconsistent with the characteristics of this product. After discreetly reporting it, the staff checked the wine in the kitchen and we were told it was compliant. We preferred not to argue and continue with the meal, but we couldn't drink the wine, so I took it away. It was stored properly and tasted by others, who also noted the same anomalies. For further verification, I purchased another bottle of the same wine, which was completely different and in line with expectations. I work with wine with passion and expertise, so what I've reported is not superficial. A bottle can have a problem; what's unacceptable is the handling of the incident. For this reason, my rating of “A Silvia” is one star, not for the wine itself, but for the way the customer was treated.

22/01/2026: Good pizza, very minimalistic atmosphere. If you want pizza and arrosticini, this is the perfect place. If you're looking for a refined atmosphere for an intimate evening, I wouldn't recommend it. But personally, I wouldn't go to a pizzeria in that case 😅.

10/05/2026: I stopped by this morning for breakfast and was served by Lorenzo and Priscilla...two nice, polite guys. Lorenzo made me smile because he's so friendly and professional! I also liked the atmosphere, very quiet and well-kept. I recommend it!

10/05/2026: A terrible aperitif, pizzas, bread, and rustici that were as hard as if they'd been sitting there for days. We left everything behind.

09/05/2026: I wasn't familiar with this place, and I have to say I loved it! The cold and hot appetizers were excellent, different from the usual ones, as was the roast. The sagne e ceci was also worth it. The staff was professional and friendly. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I still have something to try, like the spaghetti with clams and the fried fish... I'll have to go back 😉

09/05/2026: Truly an excellent experience! A refined restaurant, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent food, with dishes prepared with care and meticulous attention to detail. But what made the evening truly special was the impeccable service. A special thanks to Silvia, extremely kind, professional, and always smiling: she made us feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish with a rare kindness. The entire staff was also extremely friendly and attentive. It's always nice to find people who work with passion and exude a sense of warmth beyond their professionalism. We'll definitely be back and will happily recommend it!
