01/11/2025: The owners are incredibly kind and friendly. The common room is spectacular, absolutely beautiful!!! All the furnishings are tastefully done; all immersed in the relaxing nature of the Abruzzo countryside with a spectacular view of the Gran Sasso.
25/10/2025: We originally planned to stay here for four nights. Because Claudia and Andrea were such incredibly warm hosts, the room was beautiful and clean, and the surroundings were fantastic, we stayed for seven nights. Andrea and Claudia fulfilled our every wish, the food was lovingly prepared and always fresh. The breakfast was a dream...
It was hard to say goodbye, but we will come back again sometime.
Thank you so much for the wonderful stay with you.

24/11/2025: Leavened by true masters, with an incredible pan pizza: crispy, light, and flavorful. The combinations are original and well-researched, perfect for those seeking something different yet balanced.
Also ideal for an alternative aperitif, a glass of wine and a few slices to share.
And then there's the energy that permeates the interior, the constant coming and going of bread, focaccia, and sandwiches... everything contributes to a warm, lively, authentic atmosphere.
A place that knows how to be much more than a bakery.

24/01/2026: I've become a regular customer now. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I won't even mention the fish soup, it's amazing. If you want to eat good fish soup at very reasonable prices in a relaxed atmosphere, I highly recommend it. See you next time!
02/01/2026: I didn't like the fish soup, never mind. But what bothered me was that I paid €40 for 2 or 3 bruschettas and an inedible fried dish.

02/10/2025: Disappointed that they do have gluten-free ice cream, but they don't rule out the possibility of contamination.
It's fine for those with gluten intolerances, but certainly not for celiacs.
In any case, I appreciated the sales assistant's honesty.

19/02/2026: I had the pleasure of celebrating their New Year's Eve for the first time, and I must say it was a wonderful experience, both seeing and tasting their specially prepared dishes and the entire organization of the evening, from the bingo to the DJ set with a singer, and finally the midnight fireworks display. My compliments, and I, like some of my friends, will probably repeat the experience next year. In the meantime, I've attached some photos of the evening.
21/12/2025: I was at a party a few days ago and I have to say that I had a really good time, the food was very good, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, the staff was attentive and very helpful.

Located away from the hustle and bustle of the busier streets, ROSARUBRA MOOD presents itself as a small pearl of intimacy and refinement.
24/12/2025: They refused to serve us anything but a drink (not food, mind you) because 30 minutes before closing time, "we gave orders not to bring anything to the tables" on Christmas Eve.
