We had a mixed fry, a tomato and buffalo pizza, and kebabs.
I wouldn't take the mixed fried food again... a little poor except for the supplì which were top marks
The amazing pizza, perhaps one of the best I've ever eaten, thin at the right point, crunchy and wow tomato, sweet, pulpy, a delight.
Arrosticini absolutely welcome

quiet environment, very precise and friendly staff.
the food is worth mentioning positively as we had delicious pizza and kebabs.
the pizzas were very thin and crunchy cooked just right while the kebabs were equally well cooked and with the right amount of salt.
overall more than positive review! try it too!

13/09/2024: 5 stars is not enough, Il Corsaro deserves at least 10 ;) the best seafood I have ever eaten and the owners are the best hosts I have ever met. You can't go there just once and only for a moment because it is a little paradise on earth to which you should come back.

02/11/2024: Al momento, il miglior ristorante di Chieti alta, a mio giudizio. Buona varietà di antipasti, ottimi primi, così come la carne. E nemmeno la pizza è male. Prezzi giusti, il locale è anche carino.
24/10/2024: Ottima cucina tipica in in ambiente tradizionale ed elegante. Ottimi i consigli del personale di sala, sempre gentile ed accogliente....... e prezzi bassissimi! Consigliatissimo per tutti i tipi di serata con cena ;-)

03/11/2024: Abbiamo mangiato egregiamente in questa trattoria un po fuori dai giri turistici ma in una bellissima posizione da cui si può scorgere il mare. Ottima cibo locale con attenzione ai prodotti più tradizionali. Personale super cortese e professionale, davvero soddisfatti della scelta consigliata dalla nostra guida escursionistica che ci aveva accompagnato alle Gole di San Martino.

15/08/2024: Nice experience in a simple but characteristic place of local farms. Home cooking, with typical products cooked well but with simplicity. Starter of self-produced cured meats and cheeses, along with other vegetable delights. Excellent favioli with butter and sauce, such as spaghetti alla guitar and courgette and sausage pasta. Mixed grill, vegetables and dessert. The wine was negative, the price was right.

15/09/2024: Devo dire che l’arrosto era buono e anche gli Arrosticini.Il menù molto confusionario, non dettagliato e con parti mancanti.Si apprezza il tentativo di creare un ambiente diverso dagli altri locali ma mal riuscito soprattutto per la non capacità dei camerieri ( soprattutto quelli che ci ha serviti) di essere cortesi e disponibili nei confronti del cliente.

Menu ricco di pietanze particolari
15/08/2024: Location esterna molto carina e suggestiva. Piatti ottimi (non è un ristorante tipico abruzzese ma hanno anche dei piatti tipici). Abbiamo provato 2 antipasti e 2 primi, calice di vino e acqua. Conto sinceramente un po' alto (59€) ma Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, quindi li abbiamo spesi volentieri. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Simple, quality food as if you were eating in the home of a typical Abruzzo family.

12/11/2024: Pietro and his family make you feel at home. Unique welcome, friendliness and quality lunch. One of the things that surprised me most pleasantly was the dinner, Pietro manages it (if you want) by uniting all the guests' tables and we are all happily together like friends. Beautiful.
