08/09/2025: Compliments to the chef! We stumbled upon it by chance while looking at maps after visiting Punta Aderci. The food was very good, mostly seafood, of excellent quality and freshness. The cuisine and atmosphere were quite homey and pleasant. The restaurant is surrounded by nature with a spectacular view of the sea, overlooking some rocks where a trabocco once stood, as seen in several photos. The owner/waiter is incredibly kind, and even lets you enjoy the outside area during aperitifs or dessert. This restaurant, dating back to the 1960s and 1970s, has received numerous awards and is frequented by some of the most famous people of the time, as evidenced by the various paintings inside. It needs a little updating, and more attention to order and cleanliness inside, although that's difficult in the midst of nature.

If they have limited covers available in a service then this should be communicated on their listing. Poor customer service considering the prices they look to charge.

13/09/2025: I've been frequenting the Trabocco Punta Cavalluccio restaurant for years, not to be confused with the Punta Cavalluccio restaurant. The Trabocco Punta Cavalluccio is unique for its location, the quality of its food, the variety of its offerings, the friendliness and skill of Pina (the chef), the friendliness of Marta and Ilaria, and the skill and helpfulness of the staff, who are attentive to your every need. An experience worth having for lunch or dinner. And if the moon is shining, the experience is even more enchanting.

24/09/2025: We spent five days at this truly beautiful resort. We stayed in the junior suite; the veranda with the Jacuzzi is truly amazing. The view is beautiful: cultivated hills, and you can even see the sea. We truly relaxed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone, and the rooms with Jacuzzis are a huge plus!

05/08/2025: In the heart of Pollutri, we discovered this magnificent agriturismo/restaurant run with overwhelming passion by Francesco and Maria Concetta. Their cuisine is the most sincere and delicious expression of Abruzzo's tradition: simple, authentic dishes prepared with excellent, locally sourced seasonal produce. Every flavor tells the story of this wonderful land. Francesco and Maria Concetta are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel instantly at home, like family. A culinary and human experience we recommend to anyone near Vasto. If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Abruzzo and a warm welcome, L'Olivastro is a must-see. We'll be back very soon!

23/08/2025: I was speechless. An infinitely good place, perfect and delicious local recipes. Let's start with the appetizers, which perfectly reflect Abruzzo tradition. Don't worry, the owner will bring them all to you without fearing you won't order the first courses. You have to try them all, especially the PIZZA AND FOJE, EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA, and GRILLED CHEESE. If you'd like, you can call her and reserve the COD menu, amazing... The first courses I tried were SAGNE AND CHICKPEAS and GOAT RICOTTA RAVIOLI with TOMATO SAUCE... and I couldn't say which of the two amazed me more. For the second course, we had the grilled lamb... Divine! Good selection of wines, without pretensions. I'll be back and try more. For now, compliments to the cuisine and the impeccable, kind, and welcoming service!

07/09/2025: Far from the quality it once was; they only cater to passing tourists, of whom there is no shortage. The air conditioning has been out of order for two days and there was no notice when booking. The pan of mussels and clams wasn't worth the price (€18). The octopus was overcooked. The fried food didn't contain what was ordered (red mullet and cod), but only four anchovies and the calamari were soft and therefore probably frozen. Prices were out of context.

02/10/2025: The establishment has an embarrassing kitchen, with frozen and poorly cooked food. You expect to eat fresh catch of the day, but instead you're left disappointed. Poor restaurant food at an insane price.
