02/05/2025: Attese lunghissime e personale pessimo. Dopo aver mangiato il pranzo abbiamo ordinato caffè e ginseng, il cameriere ha fatto cadere il caffè sul disegno della mia sorellina, il ginseng sembrava acqua sporca e il cioccolatino sciolto.

02/05/2025: Personale sgarbato, locale buio. Attese infinite. Ci sono stata a pranzo con mie figlie perché ci trovavamo di passaggio. Mai più... Sconsiglio a chiunque capiti nella zona.

In addition, the wrong sandwiches were miserable sandwiches with warm meat soles, with nothing else inside. But how can you offer such a service in a Mac chain like yours??!! I order sauces for the chips and they don't put anything in the bag, not even a napkin. How can you make a mistake 3 times with just one customer??!! I imagine you do it with others too, otherwise I can't explain it! I strongly advise the managers to choose the staff better and train them properly, as well as supervise them! It's shameful to say the least. Furthermore, once you get take-out food, you take it away and you only notice when you're far away, you don't even want to take it back because of how upset you are about it!! I'm sorry but you deserve this review, I hope you will change your policy otherwise you should close!
