Do you love spontaneity, local products, ancient grains, and good food? At "La Locanda del Corvo" you can find it all! The owner and chef of the restaurant welcomes you warmly and expertly guides you through her passion for cooking and her land ❤️ The dishes are rich in flavor and taste, made with excellent ingredients and as locally sourced as possible. P.S. The bread and pasta are made by her with an amazing blend of ancient grains!

We stopped in for lunch, passing through to admire and visit the fortress. The setting is small but charming and well-kept. The owner welcomed us warmly and explained the menu with kindness and passion. We tried a delicious appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, and the delicious pasta balls. The first course was tagliatelle, truly handmade and delicious! Kudos to you for your passion and dedication! We would have also tried the second course, but unfortunately we were in too much of a rush.

Today's adventure took us to Roccascalegna, a quaint village located on the slopes of the Maiella National Park. After visiting the stunning castle, we had lunch at the Locanda del Corvo, where we found a perfect blend of kindness, professionalism, and, above all, the authentic quality of the traditional cuisine. Highly recommended.

The food was exceptional, everything was fresh and carefully crafted, from appetizers to dessert. The service was impeccable: the staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to our every need. The organization was truly extraordinary; we felt welcomed like family, and everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was beautiful, the venue was well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly professional. Another aspect that really impressed us was the value for money: it's truly rare to find a place like this, where you eat so well, are treated so kindly, and the price is also reasonable. Thank you so much for making such an important day for our daughter unforgettable. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone! Congratulations to Stefano, her mother Antonina, and the entire staff! They were fantastic!
