We went for lunch and were immediately greeted with great warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. The place is charming, with a magnificent view and an air of tradition and typical local cuisine, featuring unique dishes and truly excellent local products in generous portions (ravioli with homemade pasta, as well as the typical Abruzzo-style pecorino alla callara, not to mention the homemade parfaits). Everything was exceptional, as was the kindness and friendliness, especially of the owner Leonardo, who truly pampered us and treated us like more than just ordinary customers. We'll definitely be back again.

We stayed for three days at the B&B associated with the trattoria. The breakfasts were plentiful and varied, and the dinners featured a refined menu featuring top-quality local products. There was a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Highly recommended!

My husband's birthday. They were kind enough, seeing I was pregnant, to offer me an alternative to the welcome toast I couldn't eat. Small gestures that make you appreciate not only the food, but also the person serving and preparing it. The platter, from what I was told, was fantastic. Excellent first courses. Incredible view. I recommend the crusco pepper ice cream, truly delicious and unique.

The location is beautiful, the food is excellent (especially the starters and desserts), and the service is fast and professional. The prices are below the value of the dishes. The passion of the owner and his staff is evident.

An excellent restaurant at 680 meters above sea level. Everything was truly excellent, of a quality that's hard to find nowadays. The staff were professional, the bathroom comfortable. What more can I say? Congratulations to everyone who makes this trattoria excellent!

The waiter, I think the owner, was very friendly and nice even though we only spoke a little Italian. The food was delicious, the best pasta 👌 and we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and grilled vegetables. The price for such great service is more than great in my opinion.

A classic trattoria... as a trattoria should be (that's a compliment, not an insult). Friendly and helpful staff. The food is good, generous portions, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. The cured meats you eat are made directly by them. The house specialty is "vrache di mulo," a first course you can only eat there. If you go during the day, you can also enjoy a splendid view of the valley. The prices are more than fair.

13/04/2026: Easter at Tenuta di Sipio has become a pleasant tradition for my family, and this year too, it proved to be an experience that lived up to expectations—if not exceeded. This is the fourth consecutive year we've chosen this place, and each time we're amazed by the quality. The lunch was TOP!: carefully prepared, decidedly gourmet dishes and top-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Great credit also goes to the wine selection, unique and top-notch, perfectly paired with the dishes. A special mention goes to Nino, always extremely helpful, kind, and professional. His attention to everyone's needs—from intolerances (like lactose-free) to children's needs—truly makes a difference and helps make the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you!

05/03/2026: Osteria near Abruzzo Airport. We ordered burgers and pizzas to say goodbye to Italy. The pizza was delicious. The waiter was very attentive and friendly.
