The food is good, generous portions, and the atmosphere is family-friendly.
The cured meats you eat are made directly by them.
The house specialty is "vrache di mulo," a first course you can only eat there.
If you go during the day, you can also enjoy a splendid view of the valley.
The prices are more than fair.

Great experience. We were welcomed with bubbles and a savory tart. The cheese platter included delicious cheeses. The first course, "Vrache di mulo," was amazing! For dessert, "La pizza Doce," the best I've ever eaten. We'll definitely be back!!!

There are three things that, in my opinion, are absolutely worth a visit, things you won't find anywhere else: the vrache di mulo, one of the best first courses I've ever tasted in all of Abruzzo; the bread (we even bought a loaf); and the cheesecake. The owner and all the staff are kind and genuine.

Returning to Dal Pagano is always a pleasure. It's not the first time we've been here, and each time you can sense a constant search for goodness and tradition done right.
We loved the cheeses, the rintrociolo and ravioli, the grilled lamb, and the mutton alla callara: all authentic and carefully prepared dishes. The desserts are excellent, especially the fig parfait with San Pasquale.
The friendliness and professionalism are impeccable. A trattoria that passionately showcases the local area.
