Beautiful atmosphere, carefully prepared dishes, and various off-menu offerings. They cater to guests with allergies, with menu changes. A special mention to the waiter, whose name I unfortunately didn't write down, but he was very kind!

There were 14 of us who went to eat, and everyone was satisfied with the staff and the food, which was all very good and plentiful, with fresh fish. I recommend it.

On the occasion of a two-day wedding anniversary celebration... I concluded with a seafood lunch at this historic restaurant in Ortona. A few dishes, updated with the catch of the day, with a truly delightful vision of flavors and pairings. Honestly, when I learned at the end of lunch that the management had only changed hands a year ago, I was amazed... The passion of this group and their care in choosing excellent local products make the experience unique. If you're nearby... and I mean even 50 km away, it's absolutely worth it to be lulled by the flavors and attention of this group, who puts their heart and soul into what they do... and it shows in their dishes. Excellent, I'll be back as soon as possible... I highly recommend it... It's better to eat out less often... But to eat where there's the utmost care and passion for the customer... Excellent GUYS... YOU ARE A FORCE, especially the waitress, who proved to be very attentive to our requests.

Excellent Sunday lunch, all the dishes offered were very good, very kind staff.

A truly excellent seafood restaurant! The quality is immediately apparent: the fish is incredibly fresh, cooked with respect and meticulous attention to detail. The dishes are balanced, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with friendly and professional service that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The desserts deserve special mention: homemade, meticulously prepared, and amazing! A place I'd love to return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

Il Gambero is an excellent restaurant in Ortona. We ate very well, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes. The wide selection of local wines is also excellent, perfect to accompany the menu. Recommended for those looking for good food and a nice selection of local wines.

First time at this restaurant. Very welcoming staff. Food is well-cooked and of good quality. The menu doesn't have a lot of choice, but it's complemented by daily specials. I'll gladly return.
